Dear Team,

This is in reference to the AMC I have taken last year in May where post that I have received service only once. Also that took two weeks to get the technician on our proper time as mostly he was late to visit. But that’s still not the main concern.

The concern is last AMC I got no service during pandemic and neither the AMC is extended nor I got any intimation regarding the renewal of the same. Now even when I’m asking to take the AMC for the water purifier as I have got problem I’m being asked to get the service done first and pay extra and then take the AMC for which I guess AO Smith will be servicing once as it is said by the executive that I have not contacted them to ask for the service or AMC. This is ridiculously pathetic service and not acceptable at all.

This is clearly a robbery done by AO Smith and when asked for a senior to talk to... it was told that they are not available. Seriously????
AO Smith is running its operations without any senior monitoring??? Do you want me to believe that..???

I want this resolution fast as we are having shortage of water as it is not serviced. Any issues faced by us will now be responsibility of AO Smith and i[censored] guys are so proud of yourself that a customer is not worth talking to then I think nobody in the country shall deal with AO Smith anymore for which I’ll be reaching out to everyone so that they are safe.

    I have raised a complaint against the service, It's been more than 3months completed till now I haven't heard anything from these guys, My water purifier is not even Switching ON, Called to customer care many times but no response from them. And Warranty is completing[protected] then after I didn't get any replacement parts so I requesting them to provide the service ASAP.

        There was a leak in the water purifier. Same was taken to the notice of the company on july 1st through call and they said due to shortage in man power there would be a delay but someone would be arranged for visit soon. After that we called them several times in the span of these 30days but to waste. Nobody called or visited us. Later we were compelled to use the water purifier with leakage as there was no water to drink. Our electricity in the kitchen (Where the water purifier is present) went down completely. The electrician told us that usage of the purifier even in the leak caused a electric fuse off due to which the electricity was down. He asked us not to turn on the purifier. We are borrowing water from our neighbours ever since. This is one of the worst situations we have ever faced. The company just cannot understand the situation of the customer. The company gave us a contact no. But they are only moving the case from their own bucket and putting it in someone else's. We are fed up. This is the complaint no.           I had a z9 model water purifier purchased on 2019 october from then each and every month there is a problem. Company is not providing any solution as it is in warranty. Ao smith is not responding.

            After one year called customer care for first free service but they said technician has already visited us on 18 november but in real no technician has visited till date for first service . Please resolve this problem as soon as posible my registered mobile no. Is [protected]

              Dear sir,

              Purchased ao smith water purifier z8 mode two years ago and last year took amc. One month ago purifier is stopped working and raised the complaint on june 22, it has been a month and no one is responding, called several times and every time they say in 96hr i will get call and same repeating and no response yet.

              Not sure where to complaint and who to call. I will be very thankful if someone can help or guide me to get the problem resolved or raise complaint against them.

                I have raised a complaint for issue with water purifier and there has been no response at all. We have no drinking water at all as it keeps flashing the scpa error each time we put the machine on.
                In current situation we cannot even order water hence will appreciate if this issue can be addressed asap.

                  We have purchased ao smith geyser on dated 06.01.2020 and it was under warranty period and i have raise complain at ao smith service center toll free no. On dated 05.07.2020 when my ao smith geyser was not working so one technician came to our home on dated 13.07.2020 and do something in geyser and gone but my geyser was still not working so i raise issue again as my ao smith geyser was still not working then they came and told us please put your geyser down from wall so that they see the issue so i say it was your duty to put down that geyser from wall as your service engineer will install that geyser not mine so they leave my geyser and told us that you do from your end and when your geyser was put down from wall then you call me i was comelled to do that work as i have no other option so we put down that geyser and call him but service center person mr shashank kumar pandey mobile no.[protected] told us that we will take installation charges for mounting your geyser on wall so my issue was that why should i pay charges as my geyser was under warranty and who will do that work to mount my geyser on wall so please resolve the issue and i have recording of each and every call which was done by me to service i was too much harrased my ao smith company and i have issue that these companies will cheat us by betraying our belief

                    My AO Smith is not working since last 2 months I lodge complaint in the month of May. But they are saying no body is working.
                    If this is the case then why you people are selling AO smith. Previously i had EUREKHA FORBES, the service was excellent.

                    Its pathetic situation.

                      Please note that myself, mr romin bose, had purchased a. O. Smith geyser 3ltr/3kw, on 29.03.18, replacing my regular brand of racold water geyser.

                      Last year also same incident of tripping issue was observed and was later rectified by ao smith technician.

                      Now same thing of tripping of water geyser repeated again.

                      Request to send technician by earliest to rectifying the issue.

                        I purchased to system from flipkart in the month of march 2020 but installation couldn't be done due to covid by ao smith and they contacted very first time in month of may 2020 for installation.. I asked how the warranty will e effective.. It must be from installation date nit from invoice date and ao smith agreed but thereafter its more than months now but no resolution.. Service is pathetic.. Everytime they mentioned they are looking into the issue, request is considered but no resolution..
                        Moreover today there is heavy leakages from ro body and abnormal sound against which against i registered the complaint but not sure whether they will attend in time..
                        Flipkart also not supporting...
                        Both together are fooling customer

                          This is in regards to the complaint lodged with you on monday with reference number 12971159,
                          I was assigned a technician by name mr ch hanmanth with mobile number [protected], who had spoke to me, after explaining to him he said that there is no stock of the product in office and i will come with the same on tuesday, after him not calling and i telling him that he had to come for resolving the issue have has answered me that he is far away from the place and he cannot come today [ tuesday ] i have told him that i will escalate this issue to the superiors and he in an instant tells me you can go ahead. I think as a representative of the company he has put up such a poor image, i feel that the company has not taught its employees to be apologetic or responsible enough on top the company tolerates its attitude of the employees, other wise i dare not talk to a company which has got such a renowned name to be spoilt by such employee.
                          Following which there has been no representation from the company or follow up by the same technician, for the service of the products am so resentful for buying a product of ao smith even after having a product of kent in which the service is excellent.
                          I will take up this matter in a consumer court so that you know how to value your customers

                            Sir/ma'am, i am a serving air force officer and had purchased the above ro purifier z8 in the year 2018 while posted to delhi. I had been availing amc every year since then... Presently i am posted at nagpur and availing the serving by dialling the ao smith service provided number of nagpur i. E. [protected] for registering my complaints and getting rectified as per the desired results. My z8 started giving problems since mid mar 2020 and since then i have been approaching the nagpur customer service number since then i. E. Within amc period, but none of the personnel of your company attended my complaints due to covid-19. On 06 jun 2020 when my z8 completely stopped functioning i had to resort to complaining online, wherein due to unusual attitudinal issues of personnel at nagpur and not attending my complaints within amc period, i am now being charged the full amount. The repeated calls to customer service number of nagpur is not being considered for waiving off the amount being charged, which otherwise was not attended by your company personnel in time. Request assistance from your side to sort out this petty issue of such a reputed company. I have already paid the amount in full.

                            Expecting an early settlement of the issue please.

                                  This is my service request number # 12832079 logged on 13th may with ao smith and the status is still open, i have called up many times almost twice a week. Every time i get same response stating technician will visit in a day or two to fix the water purifier. As the water is not safe its a high risk for my family's life. Ao smith is not responding in a professional manner, my warranty got expired but they didn't inform about it. Still am ready to pay for the replacement of filters. Am not happy with the service.

                                    Hi, i have registered my service request[protected] on 30th april when my x4 water purified stopped working suddenly. Though my purifier is under complete amc for 2 years, none has visited it in almost 2 months time. Once i call, either service engineer assigned doesn't pick up the phone or i get some false commitments of visits. After repetitive requests, i am now become frustrated and even don't feel to call them again to get another false date.

                                    Please help.

                                      I have purchased ao smith z8 water purifier on 1st feb 2020 and won microwave oven as new year scratch card gift redemption offer.
                                      I have uploaded all the documents like coupon no and invoice bill copy of the purchase on same date 1st feb 2020 and received acknowledgment number as 60883. My coupon no is 4788.
                                      It was promised that i will receive the gift within 45 days. Till now i haven't received my gift yet.
                                      Could you please look into this and provide an update.

                                        Our purifier is not working since 1 week... When i call to customer services they are not taking my complaint and people are talking irresponsibly and even they are not responding properly... If they are not respond with in 2 days we will go to consumers court...
