Please check request has been raised on 2nd may 2020. But not entertained yet. Ro is pending for service after amc was done. No one visited for service yet in a year. The person came at the time of renewal of amc for working.

Now ro has stopped working. Please align an engineer for visit as i am facing a huge problem.

Hoping to get a revert soon.

There was problem in filtration of water since last two days and due to corona lockdown no service representative was visiting to our home, my wife asked me to do the necessary maintenance as I am also an engineer and worked for almost 10 years for water treatment companies and I have tried to do initial maintenance like cleaning of re-filter candle. Not even picking up the call a disconnecting the call abruptly without even attending the issue.

Called and raised the complaint to the customer service guys and closed the complaint abruptly without attending the issue.

When asked disconnecting my call and not even answerable to any of my emails.

Better stay away from ao smith and it's like hitting the head with our own hand if we choose this...

After a month of installation heating problem starts. After replacing coil 2-3 times. Exchanged the product. Now again the problem starts. Very very very very much poor product. Three complaints for same issue over the period of one month.
Now service guy is not showing up after multiple escalations. Nor they have any idea about how to fix the leakage issue.

Water drainage is regularly happening from past one month. That too has started after getting it serviced by your company agent. I am fed up of calling customer care everyday...

Fraud. Very poor service. 100% amount taken 15 days ago and no product delivery. The ao smith employee here in pune has no sense to talk to his customers. Fake commitments and non serious about customer grievance even after take 100% advance amount. Please take some immediate action. I will start posting my review on all online website and portals if my issue not addressed within 1 day.

Sub standard filters and service. Selling agent/ao smith customer care centre says filters works upto 10000 litres where as the filters works not even 3000 litres. This is purely a fraud commitment. Even the warranty period if any failures they will do half of the work to manage till expiry of warrant period and suggest to proceed for amc.

I had a worst experience with ao smith customer care service point of view..
