I have purchased ASUS laptop FX506LH from authorized ASUS SHOP at SURAT. GUJARAT on 3RD/7/2021 .From IST day I have complaint that in any application down load front camera not working just like Zoom. The Shop person has try two to three time update software and application but problem was not solve. I have request to shop and customer care dept but then can not solve my problem

My Ticket Number is EMP-032358 . My documents have been approved long back in March 2020. Still, I haven't received the offer prize. I got a call 30 days back from the ASUS team to verify my address and to change my dispatching address as I have to shift to another location due to COVID.
I was told that I will receive my offer within 10 days. But I haven't received it yet. It has been more than 50 days. When contacted to Asuspromo...

Phone was problem in finger print option
So that phone sends to KARNATAKA . DAVANAGERE service center.problem not solved so it's send to MUMBAI service center
But customer care not properly respond me .
I compliant to replace phone . Or refund the money
Am called to customer care . That guys told problem solved in 48 hours butbr...

I bought this laptop on 21/06/2021 ASUS NOTEBOOK (M515DA-EJ312TS).
From Day 6 on 27/06/2021 I was facing issue with the button (F2) it was working fine sometimes and sometimes it's was not responding so today I visited service center for this issue on 6/07/2021 So they gave me estimate of 3169 and told me that it's physical damage but the issue is not from my end laptop is totally new how this is possible only F2 button is pop out...

I brought this laptop on 1st April 2021 and after a month around 20 may 21, it has been malfunctioning . It had wifi issue, bluetooth issue, mic issue, airplane mode, sreen rotation locker isse, camera issue . I already had availed online and offline support from asus but nothing helped .as a result, I am unsatisfied with fraud company had played on me and demand the replacement of my laptop immediately...

I purchased asus prediator...within one year ut it started giving prblm like battery low within hour, and some light patches on screen.. now motherboard has gone.. processor has gone.. worst worst product quality.....

I had purchased Asus ROG phone II on Flipkart and got it delivered on 10th January 2020 and warranty expiry on January 9th 2021. I soon ran into heating issues, I asked Flipkart for a replacement as I purchased from their website, but Flipkart rejected the exchange saying heating is common in smartphones, so I used it anyway with a tiny heartache of owning an expensive phone which claimed to have good heat management...

Respected sir, In my Asus laptop there is a blue screen error. And my laptop is under Perimium warranty. In this problem, in every 3-4 minutes my laptop is restarted automatically. In that tym i lost all running data. And university test are also canceled due to this problem... On 3 june 2021 I went to service centre and told about blue screen error. They told me that they will fix the problem in 7 days. On 10june 2020 i picked up my laptop....

The laptop after 8 month of purchase, the display has gone without any external damage. I am trying to get service for about 45 days and since no acceptable response arrived yet. Once a agent of Service centre come to my location and checked it and told me it may be some internal damage caused by some outside effect, but there is no sign of damage that agent has verified.
