Keyboard no more working

Automatic shutdown

I have complained it more than 4 times in service center.

ASUS TUF 504 laptop constant issues even after repair repairs at service center.

I have a ASUS TUF504 laptop which I purchased 2 years back and is still in warranty. It started within 5 months of purchase like first it was getting over heated even while watching movies and no apps running in background, Its soo called "anti-dust" fans were full of dust. Fraudulent activities from Asus which I never expected

Customer care, database and response

The worst service possible in mankind. Thats sums their ### up! They keep escalating when you call and thats the last you will ever hear. Buy a different phone/laptop or whatever from any other brand. If you buy ASUS, forget their CUSTOMER service....

Asus tuf gaming laptop keyboard backlight not working

Recently, when I started my ASUS TUF GAMING LAPTOP I found that the KEYBOARD BACKLIGHT WAS NOT WORKING for no reason.
It was perfectly working earlier. It stopped working abruptly the next day. PLEASE DO SOMETHING.
I even checked the brightness and other settings as well.
REALLY DISAPPOINTED!...

Recovery media not came along with ASUS system nor even having facility to download the Digital OS recovery media for Preinstalled

Rog phone 2

Phone keeps shutting down again and again while I'm playing games.
It is clearly stated from you guys(ASUS ROG TEAM) that this is a gaming phone, and we can play games for a long time( 5-6 hrs a day) at a minimum.
But after the update of ROG PHONE II, it has been the worst shutting down automatically and either than restarting it goes under loop of bootloader. Didn't expect this from you guys. It was the best phone TILL IT SHOWED...

LAPTOP RUINED INSTEAD OF FIXING,touchpad issue still there and they caused heating issue ,body noise as well

ASUS un-qualified and liar service engineer has ruined the whole laptop instead of fixing it,
on 2nd dec, 2020 I reported the touchpad issue and showed them the video proof too,
the asus engineer installed pirated windows and then after seven days changed the whole keyboard and touchpad combo but broke the motherboard, because of which i was not able to use its touchpad for 5 days and he also lied this from service center...
