My graphic card stopped working suddenly.
So went to the asus service center and they passed the graphic card to the company but they rejected it. And the reason mentioned on it is said due to Customer induced damage (CID). And they damage they are specifying is burnt. My Graphic Card is under warranty. But then also such issue.
Please take this into consideration as a priority.

I purchased the product 3 months back, since then I am facing issues with product.I complaint against it there and then but it's in escalated mode Since last 4 months. Engineer comes and take the product for one week and issues are still the same.

Please either replace or return my money. It's the Rog system on which you feel very proud.i investment my money for ###....

I have given my laptop to Asus Service Center for repair last 17 days ago, but currently not received my laptop . I was follow-up the laptop every single day from the last 8 days, but with the service center speaking, I will give it tomorrow. but still received my laptop.

Asus ZenFone 5z S/N-J8AAGF002998KTH.
This is my first Asus product and I regret why I believe in Asus. The phone cost me 25k in 2018, Dec. Within 1.5 years one day it became dead. I went to service center they said MB problem and asking for 28, 000 for repair. Camera, Processor, battery, Touch screen, other parts everything is ok but that MB, I am sure they are not skilled technicians. That's why they said MB...

Asus have very poor customer service. Got a FOTA update on Asus Maxpro M2. After updating it. The phone's motherboard crashed and it never started. Now, they're asking 11K for the motherboard....

I bought Asus 6z in Feb month 2020 from Flipkart . As soon as I understood the problem witin the product, return policy was finished as Flipkart had 10 days return policy . I reached service centre, but it was close. I went back to my job city . Lock down happened & I couldn't come back to Kanpur City [ my home town ] So again I came in July month again I went to service centre, again it was close. No body was there. I called many many times...

I placed an order of 1TB harddisk and 2 year warranty extension of the cost 2098 INR on asusromo.in on 13th August 2020. Completed the Payment process on 19th August 2020. It showed the delivery of offer on 27th September 2020. I thought it's okay that it'll take time to deliver since we have lockdown in some places. I waited till 27th September and checked in the asuspromo.in that what is the status. So it showed that expected date of fullfillment...

It is sad to see that my product hasn't been delivered yet and what is worse is that you are not responding to my email. I'm again saying that availed an offer from https://www.asuspromo.in/ on 1 TB hard drive pertaining to the purchase of an ASUS Rog. I already paid the required amount (screenshot attached) but haven't received the hard disk yet. Can I know why haven't I received it yet? Please

Sir i purchased it in feb 15 2020, from the date of purchase it got repaired consecutively 4-5 times.
1)first laptop was shutting down itself with in purchase of 15 days
2)next time the laptop was booting black screen itself
3)two times software os got crashed instantly without a reason.they installed new os without proper report of problem cause
4)this is the where critical time which laptop was booting to bios...

W.rost android mobile ever.. Asus mean factory of bug. Every time when it's give update its full with bug. Waiting waiting... All asus max pro m2 customer waiting for update... Speakers, notches, light, software, finger print and network issue... Plzz provide true stable update....
