Regarding defective camera of my laptop

Laptop fraud

I had submitted my laptop in Nehru Place service centre - New Delhi (Devika towers) on 18th Aug 2021 with the only issue of display and everything else was working fine (INIHM80361)
The team somehow fixed it and I went to pick it up on 4th Sep.

Customer service - DO NOT buy laptop for potential buyers

In years dealing with various laptops and customer services, Asus has by far been the worst. I have been having one problem with the laptop that is build quality problem in the laptop. But the customer service refuses to fix it under warranty, because they found an unrelated keyboard key broken( which I don't even want fixed) . Asus laptop R541U

This laptop is crap
There is a problem since i bought it. It automatically turn off
And also in past 3 years it became too slow it has i5 with 8gb ram
And Also body condition is too bad cracks and paint removed from edges
I just wasted 50k ₹ on this crap...

Misguide about warranty & now ask to pay

I have called asus customer care about my desktop issue and provide necessary details to check about warranty status, they checked the same and ask me my product is under warranty & filed my complaint on 23rd july, 2021. after so many reminders they pick my pc and take almost 1 month 2 days to resolve the issue. they deliver my pc on 01st september, 2021 and forgot to deliver adaptor on same day. and at night they deliver the same. Asus 1TB promo goodies not received

I purchased a new laptop on the month of may 2021 . Post that I had applied and paid for the ASUS promo offers which included 2years extended warranty, a 1TB hard disk. Poor Asus Service and Poor Repairing.

The issue that I have experienced was: After continuous repair since 1 month .
My RMA ID's of multiple repair - INJNM80104, INJNM70125, INJNM0012 .

I am facing screen freezing problem since 1½ months . Since then I am continuously talking to ASUS service center and ASUS help desk.

But After 4 continuous repair which lasts around 10-15 days, they have wasted my 1 Month and still my problem is not resolved.br...

Replacement for ASUS TUF A15 because of manufacturing defect

I bought my laptop on 28th July 2021 and within 5-6 days I saw a problem in my display of screen flickering so I asked on asus forum and got reply to troubleshoot and update my display drivers. I did that and it became fine so I thought maybe it was just a software problem and my replacement period ended. Regarding clarity of camera & defect in SSD connector

Bad behaviour of service centre employee

Asus has one of the worst employee in my city Gorakhpur.She is such a hot headed, see I'm a student and they were asking 7500 to replace my laptop screen, since it's a large amount so I needed to talk to my father but she didn't understand and started passing comments"Jb sb jgh se thakk har jaiyega to mujhe bta dijiye ga" to which I didn't reply and left service centre.I will get my laptop repaired in other city and will never buy Asus products...
