Dear Axis Bank team,
Your team just called and they didn't explain anything about One Assist Service charges. Simply they debit 2599 from my account.plz refund the amount and cancel the plan as well.

    On 29th of September 18899/- has been deducted from my savings account for the sake of one assist service without my permission. Even I did not get a call before deduction of the money.So my question is who gave the permission to Axis Bank to deduct such a huge amount of money from my account without my consent? I need my money back... otherwise I will close all my cards and account of Axis Bank.

      Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like PTL/SCG.VISA.POS.DT 260923. I asked at the bank they say I used my debit card more then 4 times for refuelling in a month so you are been charged this amount, this isint the first time i am using it, i have been using this past many years and this is happening for the first time..

      And secondly I never applied for credit card and its amount(392.92) has also been debited from my account..upon asking in bank they said apne apply kiya hoga and iska refund nahe hoga. First of all i never applied and if at all i have applied it has been over a month i never received such card.
      Being a priority account holder this all is happening. Better close the account and open in some other bank.

            I had an UTI Bank Credit Card ([protected]) in year 2007. UTI Bank later became Axis Bank. Due to unprecedented circumstances, dues of this credit card was not paid. Now this CC has come to Written off status. I want to settle this dues and can pay 25% of due amount in the present situation. Please help me to come out of this debt.

              I had FK Axis Card. I applied it at launch (FYF). In an year I realized, it didn't even use it much. Primarily, I'm more comfortable using Amazon,
              Why because dear flipkart you avoided free delivery from flipkart plus members so closed if I buy something from FK (during sales) most card like SBI/ICICI/HDFC have discount. As, I wasn't using it much, so closed it (requested them for LTF, but they denied), but still shows as active card in FK app.
              "After I closed now your Started FLIPKART PREMIUM PLUS FOR FREE DELIVERY WHAT A FUNNY INCIDENT 😄 " IAM ALSO A FLIPKART PREMIUM PLUS MEMBER

              I have called FK team times and every time they reverted, it's showing Active from AXIS, and they fetch info from Axis. On the other hand, Axis has clearly saying that your card is totally closed. What's going who the responsible for it DEAR FLIPKART AXIS BANK CREDIT CARD YOUR TWO COMBINED WITH BUT NOT TAKING FOR YOUR RESPONSE FOR THE ISSUE VERY BAD THINNG YOUR DOING IT

                I am Mohammed Uzair Dawalji

                I have made a merchant payment via UPI from my KARNATAKA VIKAS GRAMEENA BANK ACCOUNT and money is not credited into merchant's account. I have checked all the payment proof of debited amount it was debited from my bank.

                The transaction I have made for 1, 000 via Gpay app to GPay merchant account.

                The transaction supposed to credit into merchant account linked with GPAY that is Maharashtra bank.

                  I unfortunately took a credit card in 2007, now I'm getting calls regarding my overdue bill of a credit card which was already paid in 2007 and the caller is harrassing me and my family to pay due amount,

                        Dear sir, my name is Bhanu Pratap. I have an account in Axis Bank, which is in zero balance due to my being unemployed for the last two years. Sir, I have got a job now, so that account was activated and as soon as it was started, Rs 1434 was deducted from it. Dear sir, I have never asked for a single rupee loan from anyone in my life and this is being done to me, so how will I survive?

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          My name is Sandip, I have an account in Axis Bank, Hadapsar Pune Branch.
                          I am coming across from last 3 months Axis bank is incorrectly debiting the amount as saying non maintenance of Average balance even after maintaining balance.

                          Amount deducted this time as 166.86 and past 3 months they are deducting.

                          It seems there is some fraud and fraud employees who are doing this. Even in one called I told Bank employee and he has immediately cut the call.

                          I request to credit my account immediately.

                            I have requested to provid tha lod of modgaje property, Avinash Verma saying in very attitude wait for 40days, he was not interested to give to lod, he was not given answer properly, finally Avinash ji self make lod & given to me after 2month . I am asking to u sir

                              I went axis bank atm near Kamalanagar Shankarnag Bustand at 10.pm on saturday. I tried to withdraw Rs: 10, 000 but the atm doesnt dispense the cash, even i didnt cash counting sound also. Atlast after 5min atm displayed transaction timeout.
                              But i received debit message of Rs: 10, 000 to my mobile. Till now i didnt received cash refund. Kindly look into this issue as soon as possible.

                                I wanted to open a normal account with Axis Bank considering that it was an international bank and as such I tried and then had to go to the bank in person to do so as the online method was not possible as the bank said that I already had a zero balance account there and it was closed after sometime in the last 3 years or so. I wanted to open an account with the 25k initial limit and had begun the proceedings and everything and then they made up some reason saying my year of birth in my Aadhaar was not visible properly and then the agent asked me for e-aadhar with my signature and then without any intimation they initiated third party verification saying my year of birth was not visible. The third party verifier also took photocopies of my aadhaar and driving license. Let it be known for a fact that I already have account in Kotak Mahindra and IDFC and Bank of Baroda with the same documents which was opened without any hassle.
                                Then they deducted the amount which was presented via a cheque and then the agent came back again asking me to sign exactly as I did in my PAN card. I told him that I don't use that signature anymore and that my aadhaar and driving license and all other documents had the same signature. He brought in a signature change form and was blabbering something about requiring the signature for identity uploading purposes. When clearly none of the other banks have this procedure. So I withdrew my application and asked him to promptly begin proceedings to return my 25k initial deposit to open the account via Demand draft or cheque. It's been 15 days and he still has not returned the money and everytime I call him up, he gives a reason which is of the backend team's responsibilty and something else. Pathetic service Axis bank. Return my money as soon as possible or I'm going to lodge a complaint against the Rajarajeshwari Nagar branch of Axis Bank.

                                  Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like TIP/SCG.VISA.POS.DT 02.09.23. If I ask customer care they say if I use my debit card in hotel or some shopping it will be charged. Am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card. The restaurant or super market or where ever we swipe they charge 2 percent for using card, the merchant will pay the bank some percentage and why the hell you guys charging from us too. you guys charging all sort of service charge, ATM usage charge, quarterly charge etc from use without fail, including all this charge this hidden changers.

                                    Hi Sir/Mam,
                                    I am existing customer of Axis Bank since 2011. I am a priority customer but not getting treated like that or Axis bank executives does not understand what it means by Priority.
                                    My account is freezed for all debit and credit transactions. My salary could not get credited in my account for Aug month that was expected on 31Aug. It took 2 min to me to change my salary account. But it’s a loss for Axis bank only.
                                    After 12+ years of relationship with Axis Bank, I was planning to extend my relationship with it and requested Manish Kumar Mani (Manager at SCO No 29, Sec 31-32 A Gurugram, Mob No +91 [protected]), at sector 31 Gurgaon branch to create family id and one daughter’s minor account because I had to open SSY account for her. Family id and daughter’s minor account is opened but he could not open SSY account even after one month of continuous follow-up. I got frustrated and cancelled to proceed further with Axis Bank because another bank did the same for me in just one week. Unfortunately, in these frustrating incidents, I forgot to submit my one document that was expected from me. Due to that my account got freeze and I accepted my mistake and went to Axis Bank, sec 31 Gurgaon branch to get it rectified.
                                    Another frustrating incident happened when I met with another bank executive and told him entire story and requested him to get my account unfreeze. He gets my request form filled and get my Aadhaar copy and confirmed it will be done by 2 working days, and confirmed that cannot be done on same day. Service Request No –[protected] raised. But that great so called intelligent bank executive get it closed on same day mentioning “Apologies, your request could not processed further. Kindly contact branch for further details”.

                                    Unfortunately, I could not find his name or other details in the ticket history otherwise I would have given his details as well here. But I am sure Axis Bank must know who was that great person who is expert in frustrating customer by extending the hustle and make it more painful. Just like government bank, visit multiple time if you want to resolve your issue. Axis Bank staff is also not capable enough that they could resolve the issue in one go.

                                    Help Needed:
                                    Now after so many frustrations caused by Axis Bank executives (i.e., Manish Mani - 91 [protected] email id Manish.[protected]@axisbank.com) that could not open SSY account in one month even after so many follow-up and executive who raised service request –[protected] but no intention to resolve the issue),
                                    I am requesting to resolve just first 2 issues below (3rd option I leave on Bank intellect of justice): -
                                    1) Get my saving account unfreeze for debit and credit as soon as possible.
                                    2) Please do not open any SSY account any further because I got it opened in other bank.
                                    3) Take strict action against Manish Kumar mani and person who raised[protected] but get it closed same day without resolving. They may give false reasons to justify themselves, but I have no reason to tell such concerns about these 2 person only other than unsatisfactory service received from them. Action by Axis Bank will ultimately benefit to Axis Bank only in retaining the customers in future.
                                    With a good hope from Axis Bank Senior Executive, I am requesting to get above issues resolved ASAP without any hassle if they really want to retain customer like me.
