Hi,
I had placed an order worth INR 5810 on Myntra using Axis Bank Grab Deal offers[1] to avail a 10% instant discount and 6% cashback. As per the Axis Bank (Grab Deals) Terms & Conditions, if no confirmation SMS is received within a week of the transaction date, a support ticket can be raised via their portal [2].
However, the support portal is non-functional despite repeated attempts on iOS, Android, and a laptop—it does not proceed when I click on the "Submit" button.
Recently, I received an SMS from Axis Bank stating that a cashback of INR 311[3] will reflect in my upcoming statement, but this amount corresponds to only 5% cashback, which is incorrect as per the Grab Deals offer.
To clarify, I followed all necessary steps for this transaction:
- Accessed Myntra via the Grab Deals portal (kept the portal open).
- Added all items to the cart while logged in to Grab Deals.
- Made the purchase using my Flipkart Axis Bank card on Myntra.
I also contacted Axis Bank (not Grab Deals) customer support, who confirmed the 5% cashback amount. This clearly violates the Grab Deals cashback offer of 6%.
I request:
- A clear explanation for this cashback discrepancy.
- Rectification to ensure I receive the correct cashback amount.
- Immediate action to fix the non-functional Grab Deals support portal[2].
Please look into this matter urgently. I have attached relevant documentation for your reference.
