Amazon customer care says that you can't pay my payment to my account other wise you have give refferences number.. I have already more time wast in this refund. Give me right information on my payment? Amazon told to me 2700 rupee sent her bank account but i can't recived. Few a day ago i was call on your customer care but you can't help me properly so plz check my money and sent my account otherwise i will case on your bank....

I had returned a product from amazon and my refund was issued on 10 nov 2018. I haven't received my refund yet. I kept visiting the bank but they are not cooperating to tell me the details. I gave them the reference no. Given by the amazon but tge bank is not accepting it. I want file a charge dispute to know where's my refund. I want my refund as soon as possible....

I have already complaints against bank & complaint update no is 2147871 still my 1749 rs. Amount is not credit on my account from their side. I do not get any call from their side. No amount is credit. No action taken. Kindly take strict action against bank. I called in customer care & told them to charge dispute file against bank & no one help from bank side. I got mail from your side but no response from bank representative...

I have got a refund of rs. 924/- and rs. 949/- dated 12/10/2018 from amazon. The amazon has provided me reference number[protected] and[protected]. I was told to call customer service and provide the refund reference number. The call center executive of bob mr. Ramesh k. Dated 17/11/2018 at 23.39 and 23.22 approx but he flatly refused to help. He even told he to file an appropriate complaint. He was absolutely rude....

I ordered a one plus 6t on 4/11/2018 in exchange of a redmi note 4 for 34, 063. It wasn't delivered as the redmi phone had some scratches on it. So i was asked to order it again and my refund was promised in 2 days. Later, as i have a government bank account it was promised on 17th of november. I still haven't received it but they're insisting that they've initiated the refund on the 7th of november and it is the banks' fault....

Today (17/11/2018) i went to deposit the fund (₹200/) in the bank (Jogeshvari east branch).
First i have to tray in cdm but machine is not accepting ₹200 note, so i need 100x2 note so i talk with cashier and he is denay "hum log 6utta nahi dete".
After i fill deposit slip and i went the counter and he says "hum log 6ota amount nahi-lete".
The cashier denied to deposit the same, by giving the reason of we are not...

I have sent an application at the abhay khand indirapuram branch regarding email id registration and it's been more than 2 weeks my email id hasn't been register with my bank account. I need to take out my bank statement. Kindly register it asap.

Such disgusting and poor services are not acceptable. They don't pick calls. All the time their system isn't working and they say the staff is not there, we are busy with the other...

I m very fedup because online complaint management system sending the mail like that : dear customer we are unable to refund deposit amount due to customer had access cash and took all notes_ban-regards bank of baroda.
This type of reply given to the customer by management system...

In case no resolution is obtain with in a fortnight i shall be complaint to take up the matter...
