A refund has been made by amazon on 12th of october regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. no help desk in mmo branch

Dear Sir/Madam,

I visited BOB MMO Branch, Fort, to take pin for net banking. After receiving pin, i asked for guidance about NEFT but they refused saying they don't have access to Bank of Baroda site and we cannot guide you here. it is Such a reputed bank and they don't provide guidance to customer. I was doing net banking for the first time and your employee is asking to watch video in youtube and if any mistakes happens...

refund has not been transferred in my account

about not increasing the limit of mudra loan

I shiv agrawal want to complaint against the branch manager of baroda bank, regarding not increasing the limit of mudra loan which i have taken on 2017. Without giving any valid reason. regarding lien amount release

I am a customer of bank of baroda since 2016, first time i face a issue with this bank, from past few days in my account rs. 236 is shown as lien amount and i cant able to use. bob mpassbook not working

I am using bob mpassbook but at time of otp this application didnot generate otp, but the sms charges are deducted from my account.
Other messegae from bob i get on regular basis such as debit credit and other otp but in case of mpassbook it is not working. I already drop a mail but didnot responded. It may be due to portability as i portable from tata docomo to airtel. Before portability i get the otp n mpassbook is working but now...

refund for failed transaction through debit card

I booked train tickets online (Debit card) on 07/10/2018 through irctc application, but the transaction didn't go through and 195.98 rupees got deducted from my account once... And its been 3 working days still it hasn't been refunded.. And irctc say they have already refunded the money.

complaint about branch staff at kalina branch

Since last 1month doing follow up with bob customer care service representative but did not got any resolution so far. I have transaction of rs 1810 on 29 aug 2018 via aeps. My amount deduct from account but not credit to csp account. Transaction is failed but my amount not credit till date.
