unauthorized deduction from my bank account

On 25/03/018 my bank account balance was rs 18966.34. When i checked balance on 26/03/2018 morning i was surprised to know that my balance was showing rs 0=00
When i checked in transaction history i came to know there was a deduction of rs 18966.34 under lfcev_160317 to 150318.
When i contacted to my bank branch they says that i have done transactions more then limit.

transaction limit/sms charges

Dear sir,

Today, from my saving a/c 3600 has been debited. Then i have deposit 500 rs in my a/c and balance is showing 0.00 and lien amount is showing 1965 rs. I called customer care they told me you have done more than 50 transaction in half year so bank has charged you 15 rs + 18% gst per transaction.

For only online transactions, they have charged me 3600 rs.

I have a query in this case,...

wrongly ledger folio charges deducted.

As i have not done transaction more than 50 from my account from my home branch within 6months. complaint about staff services to clients and that also includes the manager

I have been a customer with bank of baroda both in india as well as abroad for pass 30 years. When enquiring about our accounts and emailing them. I have noticed that there is no respond whatsoever. When you call them they do not pick up phones and wasting lot of our time. Complaing to the head office doesn't make any difference as our report as said ids forwarded to our managers ans this all goes in circle....

issue in opening phone banking and also netbanking password not received from 6 months

Dear bob team,

We are facing problem during opening a phone banking (Mconnect) or not recieved netbanking password since 6 months.

I applied for netbanking at the month of oct 2017 but no solution provided by bank of baroda till now.

extra unusual deduction of monkey from saving account

I talk to customer care but he did not talk properly, i am student.
Bank of baroda comes under reserve bank of india act and every bank comes under rbi act but, i talked to other banks they told there is no such charges and it's bank responsible. If bank of baroda deducted such charges then it might applicable to other bank also but other private bank will also should...

imps timed out

I am having a current account no. [protected] in the name of sharmila mehta with sector 4, udaipur branch. And i am using net banking also.
On 23rd march 2018 i have transferred rs. 100000/- (Rs. One lac only) by using imps in another account. After doing transaction message received ‘your last transaction has been timed out’. And rs. 1 lac has been debited from my bank account.
But beneficiary account is not credited...

Today when checked my balance in bank of baroda app i came to know that a balance of 868 rupees has been deducted. I don't know why they have deducted even though i didn't made any transaction today and i don't even get message of this transaction. How can you deduct customers money without any prior notice and not even informing after the deduction also.
