refund not processed still after 1 and half month

Hello my name is pranav matkar and i ordered a sanitizer (Dabur) on 9th june from amazon. I cancelled it because it didnt came on time. Refund was supposed to be done by 16th of june,
Amazon said they have initiated the refund and told to file dispute.

Y name is Pranav Matkar and i had ordered a amazon pantry of Rs. amount 3349 ( amazon pantry ) in Amazon on 2nd of july. I returned this order for personal reasons. and on 16th july Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still did'nt get the money. Void sale

I had done a transaction of rs 8629, on 14 th of july 2020. The transaction wasarked as void sale. I had not got my refund till now. Nor branch or customer care are helping me with that. This is such a bad service which is being provided by this bank....

Refund from Amazon is not reflected in my bank account

Refund from amazon has been initiated on 03 th july 2020 regarding a product,
Reference number of the refund is #aoh21wi60000kalodzfb,
But the refund ha not been received yet,

Bank is saying that no amount is received by them whenever i have talked them again, no response is given by bank about my refund,
So, i need to file a "charge dispute" on them to get the full details.

Guard not present at atm only 1-2 hour in a day
