I've ordered a Slippers in Amazon, Order I'D:[protected] on 7th March, 2020. I cancelled the order and I checked with Amazon Customer Care. My refund has been issued from their end on 15th March, 2020. But still I didn't receive my refund of amount Rs. 2089/- into my account.

I have ordered from amazon and made payment through my bob card but further i cancelled the product and they have initiated the refund. Amazon refund reference number -30005401770149190565403. But i haven't got my refund in my bank account as they have initiated refund 10 days earlier....

I m a business man in mavelikara, kerala and using your bob card swipe machine at my surgical equipment shop. My bob card swipe machine is not working from a very longer time.

Request you to please repair it or replace it. I have swiped cards for many transactions but settlement is not showing up in my account. This way i am losing most of my business and i have to force customers for cash payment.

I am a customer of bob since 2014, first time i face a issue with this bank, from past few months in my account rs.2065 is shown and i cant able to use. When i speak to the customer care they did not satisfy me with their answer even they also don't know why this is blocked or lien in my account, from more than a half year they blocked this amount without any reason.
