refund issue (payment not received) through amazon online shopping

I have been purchase "i bell torch" from amazon online shopping site but cant delivered and my rupess is deduct 1190r. S which is not refund by amazon.
I talk to amazon customer care he says i have been already initate my refund on date 2 april and give me refrence number (74332740094009328492072) and says report charge dispute form.

Please refund my money...

Refund money not received in account

My name is Hrishikesh Gawankar and I had order food of Rs-232 and Rs-212 from Zomato on 11 June 2020 and my order was cancelled from their side then too i didn't receive my money back and on 19 June 2020 Zomato initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money . i am complaint regarding refund amount amazon drone refund but amount not reflect in my account

I am not received my 2100 rupees

Address: Lalganj ajhara pratapgarh, 230132, (U.P)

Refund of rs. 2100/- has been made by amazon on 28th of may 2020 regarding a product (Order number is "the reference number of the refund is ref - 30005401520149133061497.
But, the refund has not been received yet.
Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
I need bank to resolve...

this is regarding i have not got my refund amount in my bank which was initiated by amazon

Bank charge dispute

My name is sandeep kushwaha and i had ordered acer aspire 5 laptop of rs.36990 in amazon on 08/06/2020 and after 12/06/2020 i returned this order due to personal reason. And on 12/06/2020
Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number aoworwqd0000kam4cip5 and told me to fill charge dispute form. So

Fraud - online transaction - bank of baroda

Im not a bob customer nor i hold any savings account in bob and found some suspicious messages coming to my phone number.
