I have been calling cusomer care so many times but no answer they infact dont resolve it and tells to transfer here there. Now this number doesnot exist. They are just fooling people and i think my hard earned money have gone waste. I have paid 16000 but these people dont understand the value for money. They assign relationship manager who says "Jo kar sko karlo". So i just want this to be addressed to the correct person. I have a profile of my sister. I dont understand whats the use of making fool to people. sir its a matter of marriage why are you making fool. People should be aware that Bharat Matrimony is providing fake buisness and making money out of it. Puneet [protected]

    I am writing this out of irritation. Being a tester I spent a lot of time testing and finding bugs and noticing minute things which I feel proud of as it came handy this time around. I have noticed a lot of things on this bharat matrimony and want everyone to know. 1) Starts with calls from the customer care (constantly every alternate day 2-3 times a day) this happens usually when your membership is about to expire in a few day’s time. They call you up to find out about the responses or the service they are providing which they will never ask for about 2 and half months. As the expiration of the membership gets closer the frequency of the calls to renew the membership also increases. 2) Out of the blue you start getting Interests (mind you cannot even look at those people. They don’t fit into the expectation criteria and according to me should be fake profiles) 2-3 interests everyday till the time your membership expires. And between those 2 and half months you will have 0 interest. 3) Once the membership Expires: The very next day you will find a Message in the Unread message box. Ah!! Thinking that you might find the one, you like a fool pay and renew the membership. The very next moment there won’t be any message under the unread message tab I have experienced this twice. And making sure not getting fooled this time around.I hardly get any response. I feel most of the profiles are fake. This bharat matrimony people are fooling around big time. A serious action needs to be taken Be cautious people!

      Hi My profile id is M1319458 they convinced me for assisted matrimony where i had to pay 17000 rs tell they will send me 4 contacts every week that happened and also promised that relationship manager will talk on my behalf But the shocking news is that all the profiles have rejected me i am not sure when i was in free membership i have got many interest and message which didn't happen in last 3 months because i was at assisted matrimony and now they are coming back telling please renew and was this a justify able job or this is how bharat matrominy work Please help me on getting refund

        This is with reference to your email regarding the telephonic conversation dated 01/02/2014 requesting Bharatmatrimony to transfer the paid membership from "ACM1048579" to " G1085567.

        I ( Sujana Shah) registered my brother ( Aditya Uralath (G[protected] on
        BharatMatrimony after finding life partner for myself and my sister in law
        through Bharatmatrimony. We were looking forward to find a suitable partner
        for my brother through same. Iasked my father to pay for the membership and
        some how ( I have not clue how did they managed ) they made him a paid
        member on "anycastematrimony"( which they say is a kind of brach of bharat
        matrimony).
        All we requested was to transfer his paid membership from ACM to
        Bharatmatrimony( above ID's). I am sure its not that difficult as they are
        differnt braches of same big tree. My father is in contact of local
        matrimony office somewhere near Adajan Road in Surat( lady called Pragya
        (tel no: 0091 [protected]) and her team mates) but no one is co-operating.
        They keep on telling him that they are dealing with the situation ( I am
        sure its not that complicated). Now they have stopped taking his calls and
        avoiding him total. I am sure you are not in a situation where yo guys dont
        want anymore customers.
        I thought I (residing in UK) will try and contact them.I spoke
        to some gentleman called Sathish, he said he will sort things out and
        update me through email. I didnt recieve any email and when I tried to ring
        him back again no one is answering my call. If some takes my call then he
        just cuts my phone off and not answer it any more.I have no idea whats
        going on with it. We are really tired now.
        For this first time I have started feeling that Bharatmatrimony is good but
        not the customer service. I will be really glad if someone can come up with
        some solutions.
        In the end I also tried calling the customer service. He promised me to do the needful and will inform me on email but still Ididnt get any information.
        I have been requesting about one thing from 1st feb 2014, today it is already 17 feb 14 and still I have not heard anything about it.
        I hope some one can help me with this.
        Hi (R1543450) We had taken Assisted matromony service from
        bharatmatromony services Nagpur Anisha singh manager of nagpur branch ramnager
        guide me that services collected fee from me and give me that
        assurity.According to that one relationship manager apoint to work on my
        profile according to that

        1) they search the profiles as per our requirement &
        send 4 profile per week

        2) after acceptance from the member she will communicate
        with the prospect .

        3) Take follow- up 4) Fix meeting .

        5) If RM is on leave ... than she will compensate the leave
        days .

        6) will call the member at least twice a week and share the
        follow - up .

        7) If the member is not satisfied with the services, then
        the RM with compensate that days also .

        If they cant provide these services we will get money back.
        At the time of payment they said its money back guarantee.They can't provide
        any facilities which mention above except sending the proposal .They give 3
        Month 30 march2013package they started my service 4 to 5 days late.

        My relationship manager had another problems (her own
        marrage)after one month she started get the leaves her supervisor deepali
        tarodkar didn't take my phone.

        Not any compensation for leaves take by my relationship
        manager We kept on telling them our requirement but they never provided it to
        us. finally I have logged the complaint to customer care on 6th july-2013 they
        have replied on around 4 to5 days back and that time aashish bhargawa
        maharashtra head told me that for selling the package the sell manager make that
        type of promises.We will compensate u what will be happen.Then after i will calling him he can't talk with me. .After that anisha singh promise me i handle that issuse give u
        the result.but she is aiso not able to solve it.Every time i complaint that but
        no one can't respons me.

        Now the worst think is that Anisha singh who collected money
        from me she left the job.Still i complaint for that in bharatmatromony site but
        no replied i got yet. Now the problem is I am continously following but no proer respons.
        Bharatmatromony office ramnager Nagpur for getting my money back.I just want to ask u what kind of work you did on my profile .
        Please help me out of that.

          groom, when we call royapuram store incharge he told you are
          eligible only for 45 calls only, but no body tells this matter while collecting
          money withus, while we contact him today he told you contact helpline
          we cant do anything, first i want 45 calls again, next you should print this
          message in all your receipt in front page, then you must show this message
          in your web page openly, now iam expecting your reply immediately, otherwise
          iam publish this matter into all social medias, and then iam going to consumer
          forum to jutise for me

            Complaint !!

            Hi,

            Have made cash payment on 21/01/2014 at 10am in BTM branch. Receipt number 3297. I was informed that the profile will be activated with 24hrs.

            It has been more than 36 hrs and till now no response. I need to call up and check for the status to understand that it will take another 24hrs to get activated. Is this the kind of service i can expect from a reputed company like Bharatmatrimony??

            Never expected such a poor service from a reputed company/service provide like yours. The least you could have done is to keep me informed if there were any technical issues/other challenges.

            Am totally disappointed by the service provided and i dont think i can recommend any one to create profile here.

            I was chatting with the customer care person called Mallikarjunudu. Person was absolutely inhuman, no apology offered for the inconvenience. Towards the end the person offered assistance by asking if there was anything else that he may help, i said i wanted email id to raise a complaint. That person just logged out without any reply.

            I was wondering if i was chatting with a human or ROBOT. Please train your customer service personnel to be human and to able to connect with emotions and have courtesy!!

            I would request you to refund the money i paid as i do not wish to continue any service here. Its has just been a waste of time for me to go to your office, pay and then do a follow up to get such answers. I dont deserve to be treated this way.

              Suspended account making false claim and gross

              These bunch of crooks suspended our account making false claim that a "celebrity" photo was uploaded. I personally handled the account and I know that it is impossible. They should have at least checked with us on the authenticity of the photograph but instead they simply "deactivated" account.               I am also facing the same issue. This is like cheating people simply saying they have matching profiles and after paying they will start saying they don't have any profile.The complain board never reply to mails or calls.They take people for granted. Never expected cheating for this type of company.

                Hi, I am making this formal complaint to highlight gross negligence and malpractices by your personnel:- I would request anonymity 1. Your sales professional are over-zelous pathologically when they have to acquire any payment but exactly the opposite happens once service has been subscribed. Your sales professional adopt dirty tricks like repeatedly calling other family members like by calling at landlines while the instructions are very clear call the mobile numbers and within certain timeline. This think they do to exert pressure on the person (as marriage is such a sensitive and must thing in our society) to extract payment. ( The name of the professional was Sushma boss of Suparna Nath, I think she should be suitably coached and taught about the nuances of customer dealing) 2. Also your professional for assisted matrimony in this case Rohan Chandra didnt give suitable service, in the first week he gave 1 profile/ week only while Sushma after her due-diligence said that they would be able to give min 4 profiles very week. Then he said change the photo and virtually stopped giving any profiles for almost 2 week till the photos were shared, he could have kept on giving profile but could have held back from applying till new photo were given. So basically he used the lack of new photograph as a means to not work for 2-3 week (in a subscription for 3 months which is 12 weeks) Is that justified? Also when I followed up with him he became bit active in giving profiles, but again around Durga Pooja he slowed down and then as we asked his for some info of profiles in more than one occassion he talked about not being well and will give the information later. And after giving such sloppy service he again became active just before end of subscription and had the audacity of asking for renewal of service. He needs be coached about how one's job is done. One may or may not find a match but the effort from your professional was lacking or wrong due diligence was been done by Sushma.

                    There are so many frauds, flirts and spammers in shaadi sites. Shaadi sites are encouraging those profiles instead of blocking them. There is one fraud from Kerala aged above 50 years. He is playing with the ladies in all shaadi sites. He talks like a gentleman. He sends 10 or 20 years old 3 to 4 snaps of him. If you ask some new one, he tells some bundle stories. He tells he is working in abroad and has some good amount of money and property in Kerala. He assures ladies that he will be going to marry in 2 or 3 months after taking retirement. He tells that, he is going to meet her personally at the earliest as he is returning to job to tender resignation. But he never meets the ladies, by telling one or the other reason. He will be postponing the meeting. But Till 2 to 3 months he will be in touch with the ladies through mobile or email by telling he is communicating with that girl only. (But he will be communicating 2 to 3 ladies at a time). Finally he tells that he got visa suddenly and he is flying and tells to wait for 2 months. As soon as he comes back after taking retirement, he is going to marry definitely. And he will be in touch through one or two mails and then disappearing. Finally a new profile in all Shaadi sites. The girl will be waiting for that fraud, thinking he is a genuine person. He is doing the same business since so many years. He is roaming in shaadi sites by different names. He was in Shaadi.com by name Tony Philip (SH[protected] and Renjith.P. Both profiles are blocked now. Still he is created new accounts. Right now he is searching ladies to flirt in Shadi.com by name Renjith.P (SH[protected], in Jeevansathi (ZZTA1697) and in Bharath Matrimony (E2633966). Instead of blocking these type of flirts shaadi sites are encouraging them and making money. Because of these flirts real people are not getting benefit from these sites. Day 6: i msg her saying was the problem resolved, she did not replay. i kept on sending the msg and to my disappointment no reply. then is when i sensed that they were fake and i felt i was betrayed(tears started rolling from my eyes for this) i went in to the Bharat Matrimony profile and checked to only find out the profile is suspended. i had ringed the customer services and they said the profiled was not verified and thought it was fake and they suspended it. this is very unfortunate that Bharat matrimony did not inform me. people be careful when you send requests to free members. i think they have stolen someone's identity but i have uploaded the picks of the girl to save some one else if they try to cheat. i don't care what people think but i am only sharing this because i don't want any one else to be a victim. i have also uploaded the transcript we chatted, read it and its interesting at times. please keep in mind all that glitters(girl in profile) is not gold. i have made a formal complaint to Bharat Matrimony that why did they not let me know that the profile is Fake and suspended? there is no answer from them.

                        As everyone know almost every Indian will receive promotional emails from Bharat Matrinony.com irrespective of their age. And thus, Email servers are treating emails from Bharat matrimony as "Spams" and it will be auto-directed to spam / junk folder. Still we are receiving some emails in inbox too. The issue is, Even for the paid members of Bharat Matrimony, messages will come to Spam folder. Even though there is one inbox in Baharat matrimony profile, when some messages are coming to Inbox, users will not even think of checking spam box. Honestly, more than 50% of my sent messages are not read by the recipient because of this spam issue. I had a talk with the technical staff, They advised me to add bharatmatrimony's email to contacts. Still the issue remains unsolved. I have sent complaints so many times, they are still sending automatic reply emails saying "We regret inconvenience caused to you, already forwarded to the concerned team" Even this email I got in spam folder !!! This would be disappointing for all Paid members of www.bharatmatrimony.com because, days are counting. I am not putting my Account ID because, Since I know this issue, I know the solution for my incoming emails. I will check spam folder also. I am only concerned about sending mails. So this Bharatmatrimony.com review is genuine, I can provide my details with all proof of this issue. Sincerely, Easwaran.P

                          I wanted to sign up for bharat matrimony and had called their call center for details. They gave me details of elite matrimony saying that it would suit my profile and that they had excellent profiles. I thought that it would be good considering my background and hence I signed up. I clearlly asked that wheteher they will have that many elite profiles. I was said there hundreds!!! I was given one profile of a smart educated girl. That was good. I was promised 2 3 profile per week. After the first profile it just went downhill. the rest of the profiles where hardly elite. It is rude but the fact is they were profiles of even simple graduates from lower middle class families. How was that elite??? I was promised upper class families opr educated. The profiles never met both the criteria. I complained to a manager called swati jain swati.[protected]@elitematrimony.com. ([protected])She said she will intervene and sort it. She says that my community there arent many elite profiles so she is sedni8ng me simple profiles. After that the profile quality did not improve but infact I did not even get feedback from the company on the profiles sent to me. Now the profiles being sent has gone down to almost 1 per week. May be cause i have only few weeks left that they are trying to finish my time and say that my time period is over. This is absolute cheating. They sold me the elite profile knowing that they dont have profiles. Then their basic service also stops. There is nothing elite about the service...that is gauranteed. They are grossly misleading people.

                            I am a thiyyan and i registered in bharat matrimony as thiyyan now i can see my caste is being changed to ezhava, which is completely a different caste and when i wrote to the customer care they replied i can either accept it or withdraw my profile. This is such a disgusting way of treating the customers and a serious cyber crime of mis-using my personal information. I am sure Bharat Matrimony is just worried about money and nothing else. I hope the office bearers of the Bharth Matrimony will look into this. Regards

                              That's true...it's such a foolish website that grabs people's money and the best in wasting time. The customer service is too bad, In a day two people would call from customer service and enquire and ask when we would sponsor for packages etc. By the time I ask them, dnt you guys maintain a tracker or sheet wherein you'll have track of whom you called just 4-5hrs back??? they disconnect my call.. The next day, I received a message to my mobile that "Congrats, for your marriage getting fixed! ", I was shocked to see this message, it's so cruel that they see for certain time and if the profile is a free account then they mark it or close it this way. For namesake, your account will be active but if people enquire about Us?, they inform that the person got engaged or his/her marriage is FIXED. Money is evrrything to them, no trust nothing...

                                Dear Sir/Ma'am, As I have created a profile of my elder brother on bharatmatrimony and I subscribed for Classic plus on again and again requesting by bharatmatrimony agent Surya partap agarwal. He told me before subscribed that you will get the good response and i will be hired on your profile, I will be managed your profile, i will call regularly after every 4-5 days that you are getting the good responses or not. But when i subscribed he did not even recieve my call. What should i call this matrimonial site " A fraud, making fool of peoples". This is really disappointed me and i just want my money back.                                   Hello, While browsing through the payment options I was led to believe that I was paying in Indian rupees when I was charged 138 USD by this company. Within a matter of hours I called Bharatmatrimony and asked for my membership to be cancelled as I was charged more than what I was expecting without any forewarning. Bharatmatrimony representatives are very rude and have straightaway rejected refunding y money even though I do not intend to use their service for the exorbitant price I paid. I would like to know what options I can pursue to get back my money? Thank You.

I availed CLASSIC ASSISTED SERVICE FOR 6 MONTHS -from MARCH 2013 -Under the direction given by Mr. Ram santosh-who has RESIGNED FROM HIS SERVICE LAST JULY 2013 and he NEVER BOTHERED TO INFORM ME THAT HE HAS RESIGNED FROM HIS JOB-WHILE MY SERVICE WAS GOING ON. He did not give PROPER RESPONSE to me that he is going to resign- IMPROPER SERVICE-NO FOLLOW UPS-EITHER BY EMAIL OR BY PHONE.                                     I can not give a single star to assisted matrimony. I am very much disapointed with seervices of assisted matrimony. Total wastage of time and money. Relationship manager just cheat us by there false promises and fake proposals. Can not recommend anyone for this services.

                                    I registered in the name of my daughter Pallavi S. I have paid Rs.3200/- for membership under vellalar matrimony, a unit of Bharat Matrimony. A confirmation sms came to my cell on 28th January 2016 that my profile had been upgraded with GOLD 3 month's package. But still I appear as a free member when logging in and I am not able to view the phone no. etc. of others. The matrimony did not do anything to make me a paid member till today. I tried to contact their Founder Mr. Murugavelan Janakiraman. But he has turned invisible and uncontactable. I am trying for a recourse.
                                    in fact I am planning for legal recourse.I paid them 2900 as demanded in chat assistance by their service executive. but for last 3 days I'm running from pillar to post .after 2900 debited from my account, I'm still not upgraded on my membership. no body either call centre gives responsible assistance. even [protected]@bharatmatrimony.com is sitting on my complaint for 3 days doing nothing .I'm writing directly to md Mr.janakiraman

                                    My name is Aakash . I had a booking for your photography Team for my marriage ceremony which has held on (21/08/2016 & 22/08/2016) . And we waited to see my marriage album preview for 128 days ( 29/12/2016). On next next day i have given the approval for printing due to its already delayed ( 30/12/2016) with the conformation of we will get the album Delivered with in 7 to 10 working days from the day of approval . But we got the delivery by the end of janvary month with completely messed up with faded photos in my album . Even a local photographer will take good Photograph . But you people creating a Brand Image but no one knows how take a good photos On the same day i returned album to same delivery person by telling i need my marrage album in good condition he took it and went . on next day morning i called to your staff nandhini ([protected]) she told this is only delivery deparment and gave MR Imran contact number ([protected]) to call him . When ever i call him he never picks the call for these kind of attitude person you have given company cug Number . Is this the way You people Treat your Customer .After keep on trying him finally he picked the call and i explained him the issue . he told he will call back after seen the album . But i called him after two days please tell me whether it will take two days to see the album is it with complaints are not . After that also MR Imran didnt call me i called him to get the status at that time he told that he had told his team to reprint the album again and you will get the corrected album within two days But i didnt get any call after two days . I was waited to get a call i didnt call back due to i lost the patience . i thought i will get happiness poped up after receiving the album but you people smashed my happiest ceremony . After two and half weeks later i got the call from your delivery team regarding I am near to your house i will bring the album delivery within 20 mints . I don't know whether you guys have sense . i should have got the call my morning itself whether we can delivery are not . this is a way the customer service has to . Without any prior information due you think i have to cancell all my plan and i have to wait for your delivery guy . and i told him to bring on monday (20/02/2016) but he didnt turned up today ( 27/02/2016) i called again Mr Imran And asked regarding the album delivery he passed the phone to a delivery person . he spoked and told only two times we can delivery the album only for that company will pay for us for third time you have to come collect it are else will courier it after paying balance amount ( 4000) after hearing these words i told that guy to pass the phone to manager i know it very well he refused the call and again the san=me guy came on line and told he is speaking to customer on other line THEN WHO AM I . please tell us is ther any mistake from our side . Then why should i pay for that rubish album . do you thing customers are idiot . I dont want my album please keep it safe with you and i never pay for it i have my photos in CD i can print separate album with good technician . Your guys are unfit for this job i am going to paste a feed back in social media so that no one should lose there sweet memories like what you people have done to me
