Phone dead for ten days

Sir,
My landline number[protected] is dead for the past 10 days and I had lodged a compliant on 10.04.2023 with docket number[protected]. I had been following with your customer care [protected] and I get the same reply WE ARE ESCLATING AND STAFF WILL CALL YOU SHORTLY..!! When I ask them to transfer the line to the next authority the flatly refuse or say NO HIGHER UPS ARE AVAILABLE..!!

Refund related to online recharge.

My outgoing services were stopped although I have balance due to expiry date. So I have done 201 rupees per second plan recharge for my plan extension on 02/04/2023. I made this transaction on BSNL app and made payment through BHIM UPI(Transaction id:[protected]. It was shown that the recharge was unsuccessful and the transaction id is NUW[protected].Please resolve this problem as soon as possible and please refund my amount...

BB Disturbance in line (BSNL FTTH SLT

I have been facing issue since 24th of March 2023. Broadband (FTTHWLT) connection went down at around 13:00 hrs which got restored on 26th of March 2023 at aeound 18:00 (Outage was about 53 hrs). Broadband connection almost NEVER available

I have a broadband connection in Amini, UT of Lakshadweep associated with number [protected]. It is a BSNL connection. The Wifi almost always does not work. Repeated complaints filed with BSNL but no use.

Continuous message to pay BSNL due even after paying all the due

Hi Team,

This is to inform you that I'm getting messages continuously about the payment which I'm unaware of since I have paid all the outstanding amount at the time of closure of my connection .

Attaching the receipt for your reference.

BSNL Not Providing UPC to Port Out

Unable to generate UPC to Port Out from BSNL. Everytime the same error, Delayed and Unable to Process. How many times do I need to waste my money in recharges and all just to get that OTP....

Noise

My aged mother soley depends on the BSNL landline.. she is unable to hear the voice from the receiver's end as it has too much of noise.. many bsnl people have visited but still no change.. i even bought a new landline phone ... Same noise exists.. i have been paying their bills promptly but still there is no solution to this noise issue....
