I am trying to port my number . Tried five to six times with 30 days unlimited plans and enough balance. But i keep getting this msgs.It has been more than 24 hours

My UPC could not be processed.

My Phone number is [protected].Several time i sms for UPC code number, My sms charge is debited but UPC Could not be processed.
Always two sms is come
One- "Your request for UPC has been delayed. Please wait while your request is being processed. "
Second- "Request for UPC for your mobile no. [protected] could not be processed. Please retry after some time. "
Not problem from my side with sms
I sms to 1900...

BSNL Broadband payments

Sir/Madam,

I paid my BSNL Broadband/Landline account (Account number: [protected]) on[protected] around 7:51 pm through PhonePe.
But the payment is not reflected in my account.
The Biller website still shows that I have not paid the bill yet.

PLease have a look and update the issue.

Network access denied

Rs. 49 Refund Not Received

UPC not generated due to payment outstanding

Dear Sir,

I want to port my BSNL number [protected] but every time send SMS on 1900 I receive message from 1901 as " UPC cannot be generated due to payments outstanding. Please contact your service provider for further assistance".

Please solve the issue immediately as I have already cleared all the dues/bills generated as on 02.03.2023. Any balance due bill may be generated on the portal for clearing the issue.br...

Not terminating broadband connection

I have a BSNL finer broadband connection with number [protected] and landline number[protected]. On 8/02/2023 I have submitted an application to terminate my connection to their office through email as well as hard copy to their SO office after clearing up all my dues. After that I have followed them several time but they are not responding. And today after a month I have received a bill. Please help me to terminate this connection....
