They are telling me there is not stock of modem some line problem etc., if i complain any telephone line problem means they wont care about this. because there is no person for asking question....

I am residing at Rammurthy Nagar Bangalore.
For past 3 weeks the broad band connection is not working.
Already we tried giving complaint to BSNL Rammurthy nagar branch but all in vain.
Yesterday we got the telephone bill and the complete broad band charge is levied.
Why should we pay when the service is not provided?
At least there should be some discounts when the service is not...
10 days before the BSNL authority came with Modem for installation. DUe to system problem, they are not able to attend the same. But for the past two days, we are trying to contact them through phone. They simply said, just connect it and get the line. But we are not able to get it activate. Who will take this responsibility in Govt. sector organization. Pl. help us for speedy service.

although i have one-way connection of my landline connection alongwith bsnl's dataone,still i have got a bill of RS 1071.i should have got the bill of somewhat RS 850 according to the charges of the company as RS 160 for one-way connection and RS 250 of dataone for one month,so it should be around RS 850 for 2 months.plz check what d problem is with it....
