I have bought BSNL SIM (Cell No. [protected]) in year 2003 when studying in Amalner (Dist.Jalgaon, Maharashtra). I have submitted my documents to the dealer over there. After 3 - 4 years of subscription in the end of year 2006 BSNL personnel has blocked my sim without giving prior notice. When I inquired at customer care they told me to submit documents. I have applied fr a braodband connection some 15 days back but nothing has happened since then .. they have even started asking for money .. there s no other provider so i have no choice but to go to BSNL only..These guys are dumb , non productive and a burden to our country and society ..instead of helping ppl and their company they are just creating problems .. they dont have capability to stand and face competition..

I had the most horrible experience dealing with BSNL for the three months that I took the connection. I finally got it disconnected after waiting for anyone to help me when my net was not working for 15-20 days.No one came to resolve the issue for 20 days.

I am a prepaid subscriber to BSNL in Andhra Pradesh residing in Hyderabad. Due to some unknown technical reasons I am unable to make my outgoing calls from 22.12.2007 noon. The dail up service of BSNL " Netone" is very unusful. It take lot of time to connect and often gets disvonnected. They chareg regularly.
Its shame on BSNL to make such things...

I have been using broadband connection of bsnl. I see that month after month my broadband bill has increased multi-fold. I suspect misuse of my account so i wanted to change the password. I contacted them called at their call-centre executive multiple times.But to no avail. At times i was told a weired site, where i could go and change my password viz.—

i had taken 250- home plan i had also submitted my modem which i have taken in rent modem was of type one. in my first bill after using broadband for one month bill came in which security money was also added. i had also given application for this. but there was no any money adjustment in my phone bill till now. so please look into the matter as soon as possible.br...

recieved call from pune phone no.[protected], on 12.12.2007. that now you can make outgoing calls. but till now not yet started. what a poor show of bsnl services.i hope all the person must go to consumer forum &put joint complaint & must penalise bsnl .if not resumed i will put complaint to TRAI....

respected sir,kindly fwd this complain to TRAI OR DOT WHEATHER TO CONTINUE BSNL OR NOT IS A QUESTION FOR ME. wheather to continue bsnl or not im in dilema
as in last a month thisis 4 th time whre i cant calll any where. if i used to inquire they used to tell technical fault . its big problem inn using bsnl.no adqueate network coverage. after trying twice or thrice we get the call .1st time they charge for the echo.this is worst part...

Sir,

I have a WLL phone in my house. BSNL provide me a battery
backup set with my instrument. Suddenly Last week some
fire and smoke in battery backup set. So I plugout the my
phone. And I try to log complaint on BSNL. But unfortunatly
BSNL help line 198 not registered complaint for WLL phone.
Then I try lot BSNL officers no. and ask him what I do now
for my WLL phone. But no one answer....

I am pawan kumar, I use bsnl prepaid connection from the very begning as BSNL launce prepaid in HARYANA and now i want to purchase a migration coupon of RS 350 as per BSNL custmor care i.e from prepaid to lifetime(ANANT) coupon is of RS 350 but from last 6 months i didn't got it from haryana and even the senior persons of BSNL exchange give statements that they dont have ever heard about dis type of coupon I reported bsnl...
