Not able to check

HI,
I am not able to check my data usage of dataone. when i go to check account usage link. like is blank & no Page opens.
& also i want to change my user id password so can anyone guide me that how to check account usage & about changing password.

Harashing BroadBand Service

I have BSNL broadband connection with leased modem.

The BroadBand stops working any time. Modem shows link working but there is 100% packet loss which means that the problem is from exchange. It happens atleast twice a week. There are occasions when it resumes working after a day but most aften I have to make a complaint and it takes them a week to repair.

As far as complaint is concerned, I keep calling 24 Hour...

data one password not told, bangalore

i got my internet connection on 24thdecember, bot i still do not know my password.i have made several calls to bsnl office and even gone there but they told me to call 1500. from there i was told to call [protected] , and when i selected the option of customer care they told me to hold on. till know no response.

New connection problems!

I booked for new landline and broadband connection on 07.01.2008; (Consumer No.[protected] , Waitlist No. RTN/NON OYT GENERAL / 57552. It is inform this type of connection would be available within about 1 week. Since, i have not been provide with the line, I request you to kindly look into the matter and get the connection at the earliest and oblige.

refund of sequirity deposit

i have submitted my sim card along with the copy of last bill deposited on dated 05.03 .07 to the JTO BSNL Kshtwar J&K with request to kindly refund my sequirity depositand unadjusted amount that i deposited during taking connection.but after passing ten months till now i am waiting for my refund of amt.RS 2700....

Slow speed of Broadband connection

we have a cyber cafe at r.k.nagar kolhapur. ourbsnl broadband plane is 6000.
lat 4/5 days we have problem with internet speed & some site like orkut ,gmail, google you tube are not opened rapidly . what should i do . we confirm from egineer that problem is not from our place. please guide us....

internet not connecting for last 1 month

Our bsnl broadband is not connecting for the last 1 month!!!!!
Our telephone number is 24027566.Inspite of many compliants and phone calls ,the problem was not rectified because of the irresponsible attitude !!!!Error number it shows is 691.It is enough if they just reset it, as they say, which they never do quickly.I just dont understand what to do....

Complaints for Basic Phone(0122-2325059)

My landline phone no. is[protected].
My phone is not working from almost one month and if some day if it works OK then after 3-4 days it again goes out of order.
We filled complaint regarding this problem several times through telephone and personally also but to no response....
Thats why I am complaining about the problem through this channel.
Kindly do the needful as we got hopeless complaining.....

Service Not restored Even after so many folllow ups

Hi,
I have a broad band connection and have been facing too many issues right from the beginning. I got the connection in last January 2007. In March 2007 the service became unavailable and with so much of follow up with Banaswadi office,they restored my connection after 2 months.

BSNL used to bill my service with wrong tariff and had to visit their Banaswadi office in Bangalore quite often to regularize the bill....

BSNL Broadband Installation Charges - Cheating by Franchise

I am a new subscriber to Dataone. I got my ADSL modem installed by Franchise of Transport Nagar Exchange, Agra. His name is Manoj Gupta. His mobile No is: [protected]. He charged me Rs. 250/- towards installation of modem on 7.1.2008. Next day I enquired from SDO about it. He informed that modem installation is free. There are no charges. broadband service activated yet not working

i have recived my broadband connection and user id etc on my phone line [protected] two weeks ago afte the next day i recived my details brodaband connection is not workin its always giving 691 error even i cant log in in the portal from cyber cafe though i input the user id and password as stated in the email bsnl sent me ..i have complained about the problem every where i could and i am fedup with the situtaions i think all the bsnl officers...

Receiving missed calls

Sir,
I am a consumer of BSNL Excel prepaid service for last 5 years. From last 15-20 days I am receiving short but missed calls from one mobile number [protected]. poor internet connection

sir,
i am sorry to say that ur service is at the lowest level from the date i have ur connection.your staff is very poor to respond,they just transfer the calls and while talking they disconnect the telephone and never call me back.i have three airtel mobiles,airtel land line and broadband connection.

please do tell me whether its better for me to change my connection to other company or will u be able to provide similar...
