I purchased Excel Magic 75 on 13March, 2008. According to the plan the call charge during 10pm - 7am should be free for a call to a bsnl land line phone. I have applied for broadband connection on 19th Feb 08. During depositing the money I came to know that it will take 15-20 days at max. But till date I didn't get installed the braodband connection. I have applied for the broadband connection for my education purpose & I am suffering.
