Excess money deducted from account

At the time of booking I had applied coupon FLY and it shows discount of Rs.400 but when I made payment there is no discount on my flight fare i.e. total amount deducted from my a/c is Rs 3871.00 but Yatra shows Total paid amount is Rs 3471.00
I had called to Yatra customer care but I am so much disappointed with yatra bcoz I am not getting any response from their side....

Complaint for no refunds and exchange of words

I booked a package for my friends for honkong and macau from them. as they board there.the cops there did not allow them to enter and treated as terrorist and sent them again.
very same day i requested to cancel the hotels and all but till now i dint get anything and yesterday as i called they said that there is no refund.
initially they said they can but as the time pass they changed their words....

i booked 10000 for flight airfare with return and 13000 for hotel accomodation for 7 days 8 nights in goa for couple
i paid last payment on 27 dec 2013
till date i do not receive any of above
