The most unprofessional people i have seen. Not ready to help at all. all you can hear from them is sorry the offer is closed.
I tried to book tickets for the weekend, and used the visa blockbuster weekend offer. I used 2 different cards for the transaction and both the times the transaction failed. when i called up the bookmyshow people, they said due to a technical issue from OUR side, the transaction could not go through and told me to wait for 30 minutes to get the card unlocked. when i tried again, they say the offer tickets have been exhausted. when i called them again to say this, their reply being, sorry due to a technical issue from your side, the transaction didnt go through and we cannot do anything now, whereas my internet connection has been working fine. the mobile number i used for the booking being [protected]. i would suggest all not to use such services from a crappy website but rather go book the tickets at the theatre or online from some other better site. Completely UNPROFESSIONAL. Ohh and when i said i would forward the complaint to the consumer forum, they said, no comments, go ahead! it seems something has got on to their head!

We had an investigation upon your transaction and have observed that it was a failed transaction wherein the amount in such case gets held within the account itself and does not gets claimed by bookmyshow whereas the card issuing bank has to get the transaction settled within a stipulated time span which may vary depending upon the issuing bank.
Also, incase of not receiving the amount we request you to kindly email us the updated bank statement at [protected]@bookmyshow.com and we would surely take it up with the concerned bank.
