[Resolved]  ICICIcredit Card — Reward points transferred to Imint program

I was shocked to check my last month's credit card says I've redeemed all my points! When contacted ICICI Call centre they are saying all the points have been transfered to imint...without any intimation to me! Its very dissapointing to see that a leading bank which claims to be customer-service oriented works in a such pathetic way. I feel this imint program is a pure waste and just another way to sqeeze money from the customers. I suggest ICICI Bank should withdraw this program and should continue with their own program of redeeming points.

Very True... ICICI is playing with Cosumer Loyalty and Basic Inertia of Customers holding its cards... IMint is a fraud site with no consumer oriented mentality.
my total point is 662 and i would like to purchase or invest my point through obtained a product with this point. And send a list of material which I easily choose the product and confirm it.

ICICIcredit Card — Levying of Interest and service charges and if not paid Late payments also

ICICI EMI credit card 4477XXXXXXXX8005 has levied Interest Charges & service charges on a card after 4 years and now levying Late payment fees, It is just a fradulent act by their side
I cannot get to know how much points I have accumulated. cannot redeem my earned points. shows transaction incomplete

ICICIcredit Card — Non receipt of Credit card statements

Almost for the last 5-6 months no statements have been despatched to my address. Sent mails from mail address dax_ [protected]@yahoo.co.in many times regarding non receipt of the credit card and you have not bothered to reply or send the statements.Untill last to last month some how confirming from call centre and use to pay.From last month onwards stopped paying till the time of getting the copy of the statements. However, last month one mr. Bhaskar collection executive called me and told me that he will send the same through Mr. manjunath. But Mr. Manjunath could not bring the card statement instead, he requested for minimum amount to be paid i,e., Rs 1000/- and he will send the statement very next day. Since than I have not received statements. As I am using your bank credit card for the last 9 years and this is the second time facing the difficulty. Therefore, I request you to send the statements regularly and if at all any charges levied for the late payment or any other taxes may be waived as the delay or any thing caused is not because of me.

ICICIcredit Card — settlement complaint

Respected Sir,
I am a credit car & account holder in ICICI bank a/c no[protected] & card no [protected]. On behalf of my card Lombard has cheated me so I complaint to Credit card division & Lombard as well. But in spite of my instruction they have paid to Lombard now they are deducting money from my account without my permission.

Hi,

I am holding ICICI Credit card from 2007. I got call from ICICI bank for settlement then I said OK and they agreed for 33500 but they given me letter for 37500 but when I asked the reason they said that they would send me revised letter so I paid 33500/- but they cheated me as I still there is no reply from the Bank. Please suggest me what should I do on this?

Keep away from ICICI. One may land in ICU after patronising ICICI. It is a Chor company with Chor business policies.

I am unnecessarily victimised for credit card dues I long settled. This is totally unfair. I made the settlement in 2006. But I keep getting payment statements till date every month. Is this the way this Chor Company does business. It must surely doing this to all its customers who are now victims.

If this is how I get treated, I pray that nature shuts down ICICI Bank forever and gets it down on the streets leaving all its board and employees begging for alms rather than pester honest customers. I wish this on ICICI. One cannot attract or sustain customers by this third-grade business methods.

ICICIcredit Card — unfair trade practice

Dear Sir

I am holder of credit card of ICICI bank Ltd. for the last so many years. I used the same and pay the used amount in time. But crruent statement i was very much surprised when i saw the statement in whict the credit card devision charged extra amount instead o[censored]sed amount. The said devision charged Rs. 500.00 extra approximately without disclosing the said particulars.

I tried to contact with the branch at Hoshiarpur but they did not here me properly and advised me to contact on [protected] and said that they have no concern with that type of matters......... i tried many times but my efforts could not bring any fruit for me............ so i humbly requested that please lookinto the matter and do needfull so i may able to pay the amount in time without any delay.
