I have been booked the gas for refilling two months ago but I don’t get delivery till date. I also visit many times to Gas Agency and asked to provide complaint register, he denied any type of complaint register. Further I request to him provide cylinder on time, but neither he delivered nor give proper response.
Please get my complaint solved immediately and arrange to deliver the gas on time. Pl. Give the reply on my email address also as “[protected]@gmail.com.”

his complaint is against Shashi gas service which has taken over Rudauli gas service in town Rudauli of distt.Faizabad.My Booking No's is [protected] dated 07/12/2009 but i did not received the documents yet. I have paid all amount and not receive dthe documents till now. In Rudauli there is a huge crises of Indane LPG and it is created by the staff of the agency because of black marketing.Agency staff is hand in gloves with black marketers and we can not rule out the possiblity of area staff of the I.O.C. being invloved in it.At times fully loaded truck of gas cylinders, ment for Rudauli is diverted to faizabad for Shashi gas service and there at the distribution point people keeps on waiting without being informed.More so, the staff of the agency also misbehaves with the customers specialy the manager is very abusive.

Please take the matter seriuosly as it is directly ralated to public interest and it is also damaging the image of the company.

I am having an indane connection customer No 30966 with DBC at M/S Shanti gas agency G.T Road near Afim kothi kanpur.The agency is not booking gas on the pretext that they will only book the gas only after a gap of 22 days from the date of last delivery.After the booking they take a time of 10 to 15 days for the delivery.This is causing great convenience as my family is big .The telephonic booking of gas in this agency is also very difficult as they are not attending the telephone calls promptly.
You are requested to look into the matter and if there is any legal provision for not booking the gas before the expiry of 22 days from the last delivery that may be kindly brought to my notice.

With Respectfully & Painfully, I want inform you that I have customer of Indane Gas (Oriental Gas Agency, Param Purwa, Kanpur, u.p.). The Agency is not giving good service from the last few months.
The agency is not delivering of Gas cylinder in proper way. Their booking process is very well. But cylinder delivery is very poor and corrupt.
The godawn in-charge always calls for cylinder in morning 8 A.M. I always go and fallow timing as per agency time. But I doesn’t get cylinder. This process continues 3-4 days. Many time, I have seen that Godown Incharge (Mr. Gupta) has given cylinder of costumers, take extra charges (50/60/70 Rupees) and we have always stay on the line.
It is as essential to all, so that without LPG it cannot be survive a family in modern era.
I think some negligence is there Please check and solve the problem as soon as possible.

The reply from the dealer is not satisfying that as if we are beggers they are treating us for asking for a cylinders.

There is no proper response from the dealer.

This is not this first time it is happening. it is happening from past several months. We have to keep giving them reminder calls and one fine day they dispatch it to us. Even we are woking people and we dont have time to keep calling them now and then for the cylinder. Moreover it is very difficult to get through their lines.
