Dear Sir,

we wish to inform you that i am the resident of House no, 1324, Vaidwara Maliwara Chandni Chowk Delhi-110006, and user of Indian gas . In our Area Banaras Gas services is authorized for indian Gas (LPG -domestic uses) Distribution.

our consumer no.6792
booking date is 08/09/2010
Expected delivery was 12/09/2010

but regret to inform that till today (27.09.2010) we have not received .
we request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful if possible.

we wish to inform u that in our locality we have been facing problem of late delivery of gas cylinder. i m resident of renukoot, quater no: I-832, sonebhadra. my consumer no: is 5594. i had booked my cylinder on 14 oct but not delivered till the date.is there any rule that after booking of one cylinder we will able to booked another cylinder after21 days and to receive the cylinder after 12 days of booking.

i shivpujan live in purasofi mubarakpuris " mubarakpur gas agency" . If you want book you gas on phone first of all no one pick the phone or no response from there and second think these people attitude is not well with their customer. and...they provide after 25 day date of booking please hilight this matter and take action please

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a resident of East delhi & my Gas connection is with shivanika Enterprises TIN:[protected].I have booked cylinder on 17-Nov'10 & still waiting to get cylinder delivered at my home.I haver tried several times to their nos. but no positive response given,Everytime they told me they'll deliver by today .First of all they'll not respond to our calls & not ready to help.Every month i used to face the same thing ,but now i want that you should take some concrete steps against them so that they'' improve their services.they are working for customers & we are the only ones who are paying for their salaries& if they dont want to serve their own customers i think their agency should be sealed.
I request you to personally visit this agency & their godown & check whether blackmarketing is there or not because earliar also so many cases has been registered against this agency.I am also taking this matter to consumer court now.

Looking forward to get positive response from your side...

In our area SAI SEWA ENTERPRISES is authorized for indian Gas (LPG -domestic uses) distribution. These days we are using the service of 1260 as the number of Sai Sewa is always busy.

I regret to inform that I have booked the gas 10 to 15 days before. Today is (30.11.2010) and I have not received the Cylinder.I have to pay double amount to buy the Cylinder from local people.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and make the services smooth. It is difficult for woman to run from pillar to post in the absence of cooking fuel.

Dear sir,
I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. 11387 in the name of Nand Ram Yadav on dt. 19/11/2010 but till today on 30/11/2010. I have not recieved the cylinder yet.

I have been calling to Bedi Indian Gas Agency, B-43, Kartan Nagar, Main 3 and half Pusta, Delhi-110053, their phone numbers are[protected],
[protected], M- [protected] but their phones are going busy. This is not the first time, . It is their regular response.I am getting from the agency.

They not delivering to right time, it's very very difficult for me i have a kid and i am working also how to maintain? every month problem for me because of LPG Gas

Kindly help me as soon as possible.
