Here the deliver boy saying I did not receive any gasreceipt from office and office people are saying we gave your gasreceipt to delivery boy, again i called delivery boy then he told me yes i received your gasreceipt but the deliver would be tomorrow he said, after his confirmation i went medical shop at 7.30pm at that time he came to our flat- flat doors were closed he went way. sir this is not first time - 3rd time. my wife pregnant and 2 year boy are staying alone envisage there hardship and do needful inthis regard.

1. Very rud staff in his office and no manner for hw to takling with cliant
2. Everytime given late delivery for LPG
3. Colleted service charge Rs -40 in last year but till not send the eng for service
4. Everytime demanding for service charge when we calling to booking the cylinder
5. Owner Mr. Rajendrabhai said that company rule -Every years pay the service charge before booking thecylinder, also his behave is not good and staff is very bad
6. Today we are booked the cylinder booking no is 11743 and they said that delivery will be receiving after one week
Pls take the action against youe agent for asking service charge and not fulfill th commitment

Dear sir/madam,
i am customer of indian gas .my gas Agency name is RAJENDRA Gas agency, AMBA BARI, JAIPUR, RAJASTHAN. When ever I try to book the cylinder over the phone I find that the both the phones are busy for more than an hour. Phone numbers being 0I[protected]and [protected]
To find the reason I visited the dealers office and found that both the phone receivers are off the phones. When asked as the phones were kept intentionally busy, however the phones were kept busy intentionally for more than an hour, does not want to place the receiver on the phone in spite of informing, that it sums to gross negligence. I want the concerned authority to check into such behaviour. There was no in charge to take compliant. we are not recived cylender so that pls sent gas cylender .

It is common phenomena that you have to try continuously for 30-40 days, you will feel lucky if agency people pickup your call. Please take necessary action against the agency so that they can improve upon services.Since last fifteen days I am trying to know status of my cylinder booking but unable to contact them as the numbers mentioned above are continuously busy.

dear sir/madam

I want to know that in how many days after booking i can expect deliver. Let me know the rules and regulation, that for how many days after booking, one can expect delivery and when one can book gas? whether after 21 days from the date of booking or after 21 days after gas delivered at home. please kindly reply my mail. Because no one is giving the correct answer, even i spoke with the chennai customer service also i didn't get the answer.

Every time i am getting the gas cylinder 20 days 25 days late only. even more this time 30 days late and also my 2nd cylinder is over. for getting the 2nd cylinder after 30 days also we have to remain them everyday that my cylinder is going to over. But they won't care about. every time when the cylinder is over i have to compensate with my friends hp cylinder.If i want to change to another agency i have to pay the deposite amount every thing again.Then why all this problem.

With this so much problem why the indian gas agency(company) is giving new connections to the people and make them suffer with mind tension with veryyyyyyyyyyyy late delivery.you simply say pls go with another gas company we are not possible.
