i m your custmer from last 7yr's cu.id- r23677 from rajender gas ambawadi i found minor pro. in supply . when i book my riffil everytime but now this problem is hearting me there is a supplier called raju sitting at ravangate jaipur don't give riffil frm last 25days & their behave is abt third clas we also went to rajender gas but they don't listen so ples u take quick action & reslove my problem as early as possible .

Dear Sir,

With reference to the booking of Home Gas on May 6th 2011 on BANU GAS AGENCY,No 4 Chokkanaman Nagar, 2nd Street, Maduravoyal, Chennai-600095.

There was no delivery from the Gas agency till 31/6/2011.

It is a habit for the gas agency to deliver late.

Hence i wish to complain against them for late delivery.

I booked my refil on[protected] and till today I have not received my cylinder.

My area gas agency Leela Gas in Sohan Ganj, Delhi-110007 they never attending the phone of customer properly, (Ph.23855406/[protected] always only ring and ring but no one attending the call for booking gas, i am trying their phone for the last many days but in vain and behaviour of staff is also very rough and rude. Indianoil vigilance section should see and check the agency to improve their services. thanks

i would like to inform u that the services for customers in Leela Gas Service in Sohan Ganj, Delhi-110007 is very very poor, they never attending phone calls of customers, i am also trying on phone to booking gas for the last many days from morning to evening but they not attending call, ioc vigilance section should take necessary action for improve the services of this agency and also behaviour of staff there, thanks

Vikram Gas agency — LATE DELIVERY OF LPG GAS

I AM NAOT GETING THE DELIVERY OF GAS ON TIME. THE AGENCY MAN ARE DELIVERED IT WITHIN 30 DAY AFTER BOOKING THE REFIL MADE AND REFIL OF NEXT GAS ARE MADE AFTER THE 21 DAYS OF DELIVERY SO EW ARE GETTING A CILINDER IN 51 DAYS. SO IT IS NOT POSSIBLE FOR US TO MANAGE THE SHORTGE OF GAS IN OUR HOME SO I AM REQUSTED THAT PLEASE TAKE POSSIBLE STEP TO MAKE A GOOD DELIVERY OF GAS.THANKS

I had booked gas cylinder in 22nd december.kesar gas agency for our area told me that it would reached home within 7 days.But till now after 25 days of booking they didnot send gas cylinder.On 22 they told me gas delivery of 15 dec is going on.Today they told me that 5 jan booking is going on.
Earlier also in may i had done complaint of misbehavior,leakage & blacking of our cylinder to the company but again problem arised.also they are not giving me slip of booking.

they takes booking after 21 days of gas delivery and delivering gas after17 days so they are giving gas after 38 days or more days

B.S.Indane — cylinder Not Deliver

SIR,

Last month, I had booked a cylinder with M/S B.S.Indane, Govind Puram Ghaziabad. My consumer number is 14012. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. my booking no.[protected] Date 21 Feb 2012.--- Dear sir as per your process after 21 day you will provide the new cylinder but your agency guys told me this is not rule we will provide the new cylinder base on after last delivery if you do the same each month what will we as a customer will do

Our Dealer Ekta GAS Service,SA-10, Near Vaisaali Mandapum, Avas Vikas, Roorkee-247667,Distt.-Haridwar,Uttarakhand,phone number[protected] is told to us that You will take GAS Cylinder after 10 days of booking and this is the rule of indian GAS authority. while the defference between our two booking is approx 2 Month, but suddenly we had lost to GAS Cylinder so what we do for it. so please tell me their is any rule of 10 day after booking.
