i am customer of indian gas cust no 47005 my gas Agency name SRIDHAR GAS SERVICE. 7/19, Morrison first street, alandur, chennai-600 016.PHONE:[protected], 22328349 .
i always get delead to get my cylender by 40-50days.my booking for gas on
[protected].till[protected] i could not get cylender.i have not get any answer by this agency.their behavior to customer is also not good.please consider my problem...can you help me?????

but sorry to inform you that till today (10.03.2010) I have not received any response from Khandari Gas Service.When I call in your office manytime always I found your phone is busy.then I booked by Online on last month but still I have not recieved. two days before i went to our agency and I complaint that why are you not sending cylinder, then he told me that they already deliverd in our address. I am surprised that the cylinder I have not recieved that means that agency was black my cylinder to any body.
So I request you kindly look into this matter and do the needful .

Indane Gas — extremely Late Delivery

Respected Sir,

With due respect I would like to inform you that I undersigned is a customer of your esteemed company under M/s Abhoya Gas Agency, Shop No.19, D-Sector Market, Durgapur-713204 (West Bengal). Sir since a long time I am facing problem for the delivery of Gas. Every time the said Agency deliver my Gas after 45 days. Whenever I asked the reason for so late they use to say that due to crisis of Gas Refilling in the company the late is occurring. But I got the news from my sources that there is no crisis at your end. I feel this mispracticies is damaging the Goodwill of the Company.



I therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful so that I may get my delivery of Gas as per your rule.

let me know the rules and regulation, that for how many days after booking, one can expect delivery and when one can book gas? whether after 21 days from the date of booking or after 21 days after gas delivered at home. please kindly reply my mail so that i can take necessary action against rajendra gas agency, amba baari, jaipuri. with the help of your reply message not only iam the benefiter but also so many others can get the benefit.

We have not yet recieved a gas cylinder from ur service named 'Indian gas agency'.we have registered it on 1.2.2011.its refill order no. is 211.consumer no. is 881.its sv.no. is 237981.Our current registration date is 25.4.2011.and its refill order no. is 4634. we are from nanded and it is registered by the name BASRIWALE NARAYAN SINGH AMAR SINGH, address:- SHAHEED BHAGAT SINGH ROAD, NANDED.Our distributor name is SHAMA INDIAN SERVICE, The service provider adrress is STADIUM COMPLEX, NANDED.-431602.STATE;-MAHARASHTRA.
Indian gas service is famous in every region of our country but the service is not proper. We do not get a home delivery which we get from other gas services.It is 15 kms away from our house and we are asked to go to the respective godown and get it.so please u should definitely take an action towards this and look into the matter.
