Indane Gas — yadu gas service vasundhara ghaziabad new connection

When contacted for a new connection Yadu gas service informed me to buy a new gas stove frm them although i already own a 4 burner hob
They wanted me to purchase one frm them for Rs 3500. When i said I did not need one they refused to give me a connection as it was an instruction by their incharge.

sir today i have received a gas cylinder which is leaking

Indane Gas — use of domestic gas in commercial use

Sunita Pandey is taking contract of fooding in Mahila Samakhya 4/13 Vishal Khand Gomti Nagar, Lucknow and charging Rs. 100 per person per day whenever a meeting is there. A meeting a again organized from 4th to 10th August, 2008 and she will again run the Mess. She is using domestic gas instead of commercial cylender which is an offense. Please lodge my complaint and take necessary action during 4th to 10th August between 9:30 to 6:00 PM

I am sorry to write such a mail, but i have no option. M/s D.N. have very bad attitude and response. whenever asked for new connection, everytime they said, don't have new connection. even they not talk properly. now, i had booked my GAS, and it already passed two week, i never got the gas cylinder till now. When we try to make contect - there telephone numbers are either busy or out of order... so, how can we get the good service? if there is any problem, then they can inform properly.

Please support me for the same...

Indane - Lpg Domestic — Leakage in Cylinder

The gas cylinder supplied by dealer M/e Satyam Gas Agencies, Vijay Nagar, Indore is having leakage at the time of supply. We complaint twice and person from the dealer came and try to stop the leakage, but it does't stopped. The dealer denied to replace the cylinder. You are requested to see into the matter.

Indian Oil & Natural Gass — IRREGULAR SUPPLY OF GAS

Dear Sir,

I, Devindar Singh R/O of 860 HUDA, Sect-12, Panipat. I have one Gas conection No. 13247 under INDIA GAS Agency Ganga Puri, Panipat. I am not getting the Gas cylender supply from this agency properly. The owner told us that We have the standing instraction from DFO, Panipat to book the Gas Cylender after 25 Days. We are agree with these instraction. But, When we book Cylender after 26/27 Days. We are getting the Re-Filling Gas Cylender after 10 to 12 days. Now I have book the Cylender on 7th Aug'08.But I could not get the re-fill Cylender so for. Yesterday, 12th Aug'08 I went to the agency to supply of Re-File Cylender. The Agency employ Mr AMIT told me that you will get the Cylender after another 7 to 8 days.

Sir, We have one Cylender connection. You can imegine, how we can manage the Gas to cook our food. Many time I have to manage the Gas from illegal sources. As per our knowlage that there no crisis of Gas. Inspite of that we are not geting the Re-Fill the Cylender timly.

So, We have humble request to you. Pls look into that matter seriously.

Indane Gas — Non Delievry of Cylender

Dear Sir
This is to inform that I am having DBC connection of Indane Gas with Aar Dee Gas service Jail Road Lucknow with consumer no. 22429. I have shifted my house to nearby House No 42, Jal Vayu Vihar Colony, sector L Ashiana, Lucknow and I submitted my application of address change on 27/07/08 with rebooking of sylinder. Now whenever I am trying to followup with the agency they are giving blank assurences of getting my booking in line and will make delievry within a week . My Concern is that till date i.e 13/08/08 agency is still giving me same statement without any progress.
Kindly look into this non cooperating attitude of the agency.

I am a customer of Sai Sewa Enterprises, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. I have an very very bad experience to deal with above mentioned dealer. Their telephone numbers are always engaged. I have to go personally there and book my gas for refill. And when I saw the receivers of telephone un hooked It is frustrating. On telling them about services towards customers their approach is negative. So I request yourselves to do the needfull because I am afraid if there will be any accident of leakage or any other problem then the losses will not be filled.

I have booked my cylender about 25 day agos but I have not recieved the cylender till today.

it is very very difficult to contact the phone numbers of indane in hyderabad .The delivery of gas cylinder also takes lot of time after booking .the company should improve to respond to complaints as well as to delivery of cylinders

Indane Gas — Non-Receipt of Gas Cylinder

Sir / Madam.

We have been using Indane gas connection for the past 20 years.
For the past 3 years for us the Gas Agency is Shivsankar Gas Agency
at Porur.

However for the past 1 year we have been facing problem by the
delivery boy. He behaves in a rough to the old aged person and
uses unrespectful words.Already I have brought this to the notive
of the Gas Agency Manager but the situation has not improved.

Although the gas agency takes a delivery lead time of 21 days from
the date of booking, this person takes another 10-15 days. I have a
strong doubt on the delivery boy, that he supplies at the open market
and doing some manipulation.

For Instance, I have booked the Gas cyl on 30-Jul-2008 & the waiting list
number is 753. I called almost 10 days back to the agancy and informed
that I have not received the Gas Cylinder. They informed me that the
door was locked when the person came on 02-Aug-2008. I know it was a
LIE as mom was very well in the house. For the Past 10 days, I have been
calling the agency several times but they never give a proper reply.Till date
I have not recd.the gas cylinder.

Request you to investigate the matter please. Most Urgent

I am Gautam Maitra from Vejalpur and i am having 2 cylinder connections at KIRTI GAS AGENCY, Jivraj Park unit .Consumer no 13272

When ever we call at the kirti gas agency, its always busy or if not busy they dont lift up the phone.After much trying the number we have to personally go and lodge the call. It is the same process for last several years.They don't offer any mobile no also. And today I tried 1260 Indane Helpline number. It is also get disconnected with one second of the beep when it ask you to record your complaint.

Also they take 15 days to deliver the cylinder, and once the cylinder is received they take another 10 days before which you cant lodge new gas requests.

Every time consuner has to personally go to register gas refilling . Then again another time to visit to place reminder. This is happening for last several years.

So it takes 25 days to receive the cylinder once the call is lodged.

Request you to please look up into it and if possible shift the licence to operate the agency to some sincere genuine agency
