I am a customer of Indane with customer no 13273 and have been registed with gas agency venkateswara agencies, mandarakuppam, tamilnadu. For the past few months the quality of service provided by the gas agency has been below standards..there has been a needless delay in the prompt delivery of domestic gas ..leading to unsurmountable difficulties .There is poor customer response while we try to contact with the agency..i am hereby reporting the above mentioned difficulties i have been encountering and i ask you to intervene at the earliest..i do have the prospect of approaching this problem through customer court if this same problem continues...

I have booked my cylinder on[protected] on pratap nagar gas agency, jaipur(telephone[protected],[protected],[protected], but till date it is not delivered i am facing a lots of problem, they are telling every time that it will come today or tommorow but noting happening.i called them many time but no result. please do something regarding my problem.

We have informed JK gas Services, Gangapur City, Rajasthan to refill the cylinder on 03rd May. Still after 25days, didn't receive the cylinder even after several reminder to them. Please look into the matter urgent basis..

i purchase gas connection. with it i m given fire safety instrument of Rs 1400/- compulsirily. it is not proper. Is in coppulsory to purchase? In fact is not financially affordable for middle class person. Any one can ans me?

Indane Gas — Almost no gas in the cylinder

I booked the cylinder to "Chander Gas Agency" via my connection number 23923. The cylinder was delivered on time, but once it was put to use; it got over in just 5 days (against the normal consumption time of about 40 days). The cylinder still has the weight; but without any gas...

Is it some fluid that the agency has filled-in to get the weight correct and used the gas elsewhere?

Indane Gas — Non supply of double cylinder - regarding

Respected Sri,
This is to inform you I, Mr. N. V. Rama Dass, Wide customer Number 15970 applied for Double cylinder on 29/09/2005 with WL No. 5796. So far I didn't get my double cylinder. After my requisition so many people got the cylinders but always distributor refused to give second cylinder to me. Agency name by Sri Srinivasa Gas Service, Code Number 983031. I request you to rectify this as early as possbile. With great regards.

I am the resident of Aajara/Kolhapur

I have a below complaints

1)Un-authorised sub-dealership given to Taluk –Aajra Dist. Kolhapur to Ms Donkar.

2)Sub Dealer charging excess from customer. MRP is Rs.325/- actual charge is Rs.400/-.

3)No Cash memo has been given to customer for Rs. 400/-

4)Waiting for a cylinder for more then a month.

5)At the time of new registration, we asked for 2 cylinders. But no receipt has been given for more then 6 month and later we received the receipt for 1 cylinder

6) Selling LPG illigally to Hotel.

There is gas connection on my name at our native place in Chittoor district. Now my father and mother along with my brother lives in native place. I started living out of my native place. Now the gas dealer is insisting for my ration card to deliver the gas where it is not possible to have ration card for me in my native place.

Can any one advice how to get the gas for my parents. Is there any possibility to tranfer the gas on to my father's name?

Resp sir am juned from sironj, dist vidisha mp. Sir our dealer ms heera gas agency sironj, has been sending a person in the name of gas inqury but by forcing they are changing gas pipe line if we resisting then they are warning ur number is blocl by the company please help us

many complaints have been registered against prathana gas service air force faridabad for non-response on phone booking they kept the phone idle or never pick the receiver but still no action has been taken

LPG cylinders are supplied some times found containing less weight, sometimes found almost empty when used after breaking seal. There is no provision to check the weight in presence of delivery man and the distributor is reluctant to file any complaint in this regard.We are ignorant of redressing under this situation.my consumer no 11969 under jaspreet gas agency out side of ambedkar stadium new delhi 110002 tele no.[protected]

Periyanayakiamman agencies, uthukuli road, tirupur not response through phone, they not attend phone line and sms booking was very poor. not confirm the booking status. delay delivery, delay supply of gas. Concerned officials do the needful action to them.

I have recently transfer my gas connection from junagadh (dev Indane Gas) to Rajkot (jay Bhim Service).
The responce from the agency is very very poor regarding the same.
They are Charge more then regular charges as per applicable.
They are force to purchase Gas nozzle from himself, and say about that its compulsury i[censored] want your transfer connections need.
They are given me mahiti pustica compulsory, already i have it.
They are not responce for Double bottle already my connection is 6 yrs old at junagadh, now they are inform me you are in waiting from today itself only.
And non available of Resposible person at there.
I am visit there for transfer for 3 to 4 time.
They are getting monopoly business.

I had applied for New Connection for Indane Gas (Balaji GAS Proddatur, Kadapa District, Andhra Pradesh -516 361). recently I had consulted to the Gas Agency People about the connection. I had been told that for new connection i need to pay 5800 (single cylinder and stove) .. But where as in Bangalore for HP Gas they are providing single cylinder and stove for just 2400/- .Please take the necessary action for taking extra amount.
