PL Gas Service, Garia, Kolkata 7000153 as per their regular practice do not answer to phone calls and take longer than normal time to deliver LPG refills (home connection). We have booked for refill on 08.08.2009 and even after 16 days today, we have not received our cylinder. After numerous failed attempts to call them over phone, we were informed about a "gas-strike of Indane" by them. The irony is that another dealer in the vicinity is providing refills regularly and have delivered cylinders booked on 20.08.2009 today. We can just hope Indian Oil deal with their distributors with stronger hands...

This is a complaint based on last 3 occassions on which I have booked my LPG cylinder with the Guruprasad Indane gas agency on Aundh Road, Pune. My customer number is "4301". On all the 3 occassions the time taken to deliver a cylinder to my accomodation has been more than 10 days. Let me give you an account of my latter experience. I personally went to the office on Tuesday last (i.e. 18th Aug, 2009) at around 9 am in the morning. There were no official there, however one of the delivery guys was sitting there. I went and told him that I wanted to book my gas. So he took my customer number and noted it on a notebook used for noting new delivery orders. There was another number mentioned before mine. The person there told me that the delivery will happen within 3 to 4 days. No delivery was done till Monday (24th Aug, 2009) so I went to follow up in the morning. I found the same delivery person there. When I enquired about the delay, he showed me a cold shoulder and said, this happens and the lead time now was 7-8 days. So I thought that the delivery will happen by yesterday. I have tried calling the agency, but there is only one number which I have been finding busy for the last 4 hours (its 2:30 pm now). The other number is coming switched off.

Can you please help expedite and get the delivery done at my place. This is totally unprofessional to commiting a date and not being deliver. Awaiting your response and action.

I wrote mail earlier. i complained that i booked my LPG gas cyllinder 2 weeks ago & he assured me that he will deliver a gas within 3 days. now two weeks already spent i reminded him twice more but he only console me that i will deliver your gas.
Such type of incident also has been occurred in past also.Please find suitable solution for that. the information regarding my connection & dealer is given below

I am indane gas consumer with customer Service No. S17148 Secular Gas Agency, Panchkula (Haryana). I booked a cylinder on august 06, 09 which was delivered to me on august 22, 09 after regular reminders.Refill Bill No. 1101. Heavy leakage noticed and complaint was lodged with the agency by phone call. Even after regular reminders through phone calls and messages, mechanic has not come till date and problem lies unattended. It is very lamenting that agency services are very poor as most of the time they dont attend to the phone calls and no emergency handling facility is available for such condition.
Kindly consider the case and do needful to help as you ll appreciate that leaking cylinder is hazardous.

Indane Gas / Sangameeswara Indane Services — delay for getting filled cylinder

Respected Madam/Sir,

We have only one cylinder. so, we have booked for filling the
cylinder about 45 days before.

Now i didn't get the filled one.

Indane, Kwic Gas Service, Jwala Heri — No nody picks up the phone

Every time we try to book gas, nobody picks up the phone, 25262663 / 25256108. Every time we have to visit the shop to register complaint.

Are they feeding commercial demand via domestic cylinders? Why Indane is not taking any actions on such agencies.

DBC Connection i have a indane gas connection ( consumer no 4130 ) for domestic use, but i have only one cylinder i want now DBC i have enquired form Quick gas agency, Dhanera gas agency dhanera -385310 DBC but Quick gas agency refused to provide second cylinder, i am facing problems without having two cylinder. agency for no two second cylinder. Dear Sir/ Madam

My name is Ganesh and i residing in New No 26, Manikam Street, Krishna nagar, Chrompet, Chennai-44. I have given form for new registration No Dt: 13/08/09(Registaration No: [protected]) with kripa gas agency No 15 Varadarajan street, Nehru Nagar, Chrompet, Chennai-44. But till date i have not recieved any letter from Kripa gas agency. Today(ie 30/08/09) i personally gone and enquired about my new gas connection but the person of kripa gas agency have not given any proper response to my query.

Further i have checked with delivery section no letter has been posted in my name. This incident have caused me a deep pcyogolical problem with me.right now i am facing lot of problem with that kripa gas service.

Further to the above without doing inspection in my house one Mr. Kamal of kripa gas service have charged me Rs 300 and persons of kripa gas service is forcing me to purchase gas stove there. This will lead to spoil the name of INDANE GAS which is one of the most admirring company in india.

I earnestly request you to take necessary action against the kripa gas service and provide me the new gas connection urgently.

Sir,
I am qualified post graduate doctor (ENT specialist) residing in REWA (M.P.) At present i am not having any gas connection. I have booked a new connection of Indane gas from PAWAR GAS AGENIES REWA (M.P.). After doing all necessary formalities (i.e. submission of address proof, identity proof, effidavit etc). After some days they send their representative for inspection and told us for bribe. We refused bribe & they reject my application & told me that there are so many connections in your building. I requested them that I dont have any gas connection of any company form my or my husbands name. We are a seperate family and not having any connection in my flat (for that I put affidavit also). They repetedly asking for bribe & threat us to not give connection.

Also they took all the papers back not not gave us again.

Please take immediate aciton to cancelled their agency to stop corruption.

My card serial no. is 2k[protected] & customer'ss no.AP4640 i had booked for a cylinder re-fill, but it was not delivered with in a week.when i receipt cylinder i did not weight it before taking because hoker had not weighting machine.
However this cylinder only lasted for 20 days against usual 30 to 35 days
Is it possible that the cylinder may have have been delivered under weight. my autorised dealer is "Anuj gas agency" at Agra.
Please advise how do I loge my complaint with Indane Gas Authorities.

Mala Indane Gas Agency — Non Delivery of Cylinder

I've Booked a cylinder refil 20 days back and still i dint get the cylinder delivered. hen am about to contact the agency(Mala Indane Gas Agency, Porayar, Ph[protected], 288345), They are not responding me properly. My Connection number is 3180, and i've booked on 07/08/2009.

example--

I am using indane gas since 1996 and my no. is 22830. I had reuested to refill my cylinder on 13th August, 2009. Till today ( i.e[protected], I have not received the refill despite reminding the agency ( City Gas service, Sector-37A, Chandigarh) atleast six times. Can you tell me the phone number of Indian oil coporation where I can lodge an official complaint.

We have always get these and always need to change it everytime
If not tested any one time then we are cheated.
Please do the needful
As this is dangerous to get expiry date cylinder. As we are using it at home.
These cylinders are also half filled so they finish very early than the expected date.
Please take strict action against these people.

when pressurise them and told them this is old booking. He refuse no booking is there at this id-23138 on 16th august.
Further arguing them lady representative told that today itself you get the delivery i.e. 30 august.
Delivery still awaited even daily reminder and argument.
Phone pick up and response is very poor.
This is the way they are facilatating the costumer.

I have INDANE gas connection from Shyam Sunder Indane Agency in DDA mkt, Janakpuri, I have booked my cylinder on 20 Aug , booking No 45 , my connection No is 29677, but the cylinder has not been delivered. The telephone Nos are not being attended and there is no way to contact or communicate with the Agency.

sir firstly i inform u that the agience man not picking the phone secondary when we r going there for booking process they told us that we delevered it after two days...
but after four or five days when i go there they again booking the gas and told us that after two days they can delivered it.but after four days they again do the same process...

we all r so tired four that gas agencies the agience men told us they cant able to delevered the gas at home...they are not afaraid to black the gas after taking 50 or 100 bugs more ...they people also make four gas celender to five gas celender...

so that our reqest for that plz take action against him so that the people cant service for that...
