[Resolved]  Indane Gas — gas booking

Dear sir

i am the consumer of your darshan lal gas service auriya in utter pradesh. my consumer code is 10226. i have to complain about his service. he is providing the one gas cylender in a 2 month span of time. he booked the gas after 35 days of last delivery date and delivered the gas after 15 to 20 days fom booking date. so despite a gas connection i have used to buy the gas cylinder from the black market on double rate, which your deler sold in the market. he delivered the gas after 3-4 reminder. his telephone is not working. so this is request to you pls do the needful so that consumers can get the gas according to company norms which they expect from company like indane gas.

Indane Gas — about new conection

Dear sir /madam,
I am purshotam das from FASC ,MITS, Lakashmangarh, Sikar (Rajashthan) . I am the employee of this university. and i want a gas conection for me. but gas station no to give me gas conection. they say to me for rasan card but i am my parmanant address from haryana. I gave them our all documents of address proof of my parmanant address and coresspondence address. but they not give me gas connection. Before a few days a news coming on the news paper dainik bhashkar 13th feb 2010 on the front page ( terytatry manneger C.K.Ramanathan) . I went eith news cuting and repeat for conection. but they say no to conection so i am very puzzlled and please no to ignore this complaint.

I am a customer of Indane. My Consumer code is 3376 and it falls under Sona Gas Agencies, Vasant Kunj, Delhi. It is one of the worst agency across the globe. None of their phones are working and some times if it work then no body pick up the call, I have booked my gas on 14th feb 2010 and stll not recived the delivery, i did followup but not recieved any feebbackfrom thr side

Please have a look in this matter and waiting for your quick response

Indane Gas — Gas not being delivered

We have booked the gas from Kasna Indane Gas Service in Greater Noida in Jan 2nd week and till date we have not received the gas cylinder. When we complain to the agency they say we will send you today but that never happens . Reaching them on there help line number is very difficult please take some action.

I very much agree with various complaints on Indane Gas booking and abnormal delay in supply.

My C. No:18309 with Sun Gas, Selvapuram, Coimbatore. They rarely answer the phone. A lot of difficulty in booking Gas cylinder. Last time I booked gas on 29th Jan.2010 and after a lot of reminders they supplied the cylinder on 23rd Feb.2010. I made a complaint to you and I request you to give proper reply to my complaint, atleast now. Please inform me the reasonable time within which they should supply gas.

Also please ensure that your dealer answers properly and supply gas within a reasonable time.

Indane Gas — NO HOME DELIVERY

I booked gas cylinder on 10.02.2010 with UDAI GAS SERVICE AJMER (RAJ.)
CODE NO.74018122 but since one month they have not supplied as usual.
My consumer number is 18354.Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please look into the issue.

Indane Gas — Inadequate gas in cylinder below normal weight

I have a gas connection no ms 17665 with distributor Mata sheetla agency in Gurgaon .They provide inadequate gas in gas cylinders that could hardly run for 20 days in a family of 2 people . Moreover they do not provide gas cylinders on time . After 21 days when they come to supply gas cylinder and due to any circumsrtances they find noone in the house , they do not supply gas for another 21 days, saying that cycle will run again . This is making a nuisance for working ladies . Kindly look in to this matter as early as possible

Yes, i confirmed the above complaint . Mata sheela agency at gurgaon is harassing people by not supplying the gas on time and giving less gas as required by norms . Kindly take action

THEN I ASKED ON 10/03/2010 THEY REPLY THAT ONLY ONE TRUCK WAS COME SO WE CANNOT SEND, WE WILL SEND TODAY BUT TILL THAT TIME I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CILENDER. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL.

I booked my cylinder on 11.02.2010 at Lorik Indane gas agency Ram Ghat Road, Hardwaganj, Aligarh 202002 but till date it is not delivered. I am facing a lot of problems as I am a patient of anxiety. Telephonically I requested many times but every time they used to tell that it will deliver today and tomorrow but nothing happening. Moreover they are reluctant on home delivery and every time they ask to collect it from the distribution point.

ioc gas — BOOKING NOT ACCEPTED

The said distributor is not booking me further gas cylinder without showing me any authentic IOC's circular. i'm in distress without having no cylinder for cooking
