[Resolved]  Indane Gas — gas booking

i am calling so many time is consumer no[protected] but i didn't found the line and sending so many sms to booked the celender but i have get replied your registation is failed...
Also i have call so many time to ANUBHA GAS (no is [protected]) agency but no one pick my call..

Kindly advise how can i book my celendor.

Indane Gas — improper delivery not accepting calls

Shivshankar Agency Porur is supplying indane gas cylinders to in and around porur area.Two months back we went inperson gave awritten statement about our change of address, enclosed the proof for new address and since all o[censored]s in our house are employed we opted for supply of cylinder from 6 am to 8 am in the morning. everything was updated in system and i booked gas. I was informed that the gas was availabe and it would be supplied the next day. But not done .Inspite of me frequents quarrels and since i said that i would lodge a complaint they supplied the cylinder in the morning hours but without giving bill. Now this month i booked on 3 rd and they said it would be supplied within 15 days. Last thursday the gasman phonedup and said that he would bring it on Friday. When i said that i have opted for delivery in the morning he asked me to contact the office. When I cintacted the agency they said that they have not entered abouut morning hour delivery in the system and they promised to deliver it by monday. Till date i have not received the cylinder. The gas agency switch on the recorded message that all lines are busy and i am not able to lodge a fresh complaint.this is how sshivshankar agency reacts. will the authorities look into it'

I am a bonafied custmer of ALFA INDANE GAS Agency situated at Kachanartoli, Hatia, Ranchi in Jharkhand. My cosumer No. is 3139. I have booked for LPG cylinder on 2nd day of December, 2010 and booking No. is 199. No gas cylinder has been delivered to me till[protected] although the delivery slip is issued against my name. One of the Bengali fellow (name not known, but is an employee of the agency.) who come to deliver demands 360+ 25 Rupees saying there are scarcity of gas cylinder. I am not agree to pay him more than the fixed amount.He did not deliver. Let me know how can I get the gas? Please look into the matter. I had booked a cyllinder with M/S Sringeri Enterprises, Gurgaon, Haryana. My consumer number is 16735. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please look into the issue.

My Distributor always supplies Cylinder with broken Seal.. when i return Cylinder 5 to 6 times then i get 1 proper Cylinder.. its not the story of one day every month i have to repeat the same process of returning 5 to 6 Cylinders... I complained to the manager every time and he says ok return the cylinder and after that next time also i get broken Seal Cylinder... they says Company Supplies broken Seal Cylinder.. I have a doubt that they r using false seal also..

Sir, This is regarding the superflame gas agency. They are really thick skined people. They say a reason for every day. They charge rs 25 for deliverying the gas cylinder on a saturday between 9 AM to 5PM. And rs 50 for deliverying between 6 AM tp 9AM on a saturday. Then will request they said that indefinite of the da of booking, the immediate saturday the cylinder will be delivered. But it does'nt happen. Should call them everyday, they will give a reason and will not send it. Hope it is high time for approaching the RTI and consumer court.

I am Sanjay Kumar Sharma i have a indane gas connection SV no. 09176 for Suvidha Gas Agencies, Hathras - 204101 ( UP ) this agencies is provide poor services. first thing all time phone lines are busy and not respond any call or I am going their but not booking gas. they are saying next day and another next day.
i am very tense my home gas cylander is empty.
And delevery date gas is differ recipet date difference between 8-12 days.

I am consumer of Indane GAS (LPG) vide Consumer No 10268 with M/s Paramveer Gas Agencies, Bathinda . This agency is not supplying the gas cylinder well in time and they are not attending the consumer properly while booking the cylinder. the supply takes 15-20 days or more.

Dear Sir,
My consumer no.32080. I booked the gas on 1 Dec 2010 from Rudrapur’ gas service Rudrapur’ Uttrakhand, but as on 5.01.11, I have not received the cylinder yet. During booking we got assurance for getting the same with in 15 days. Know they are not lifting phone (No.[protected]) as tried many times.
Pls look into this at the earliest and hoping that strict action will be taken against this complaint positively.
