SIR,Last month, I had booked a cyllinder with M/S HAR GOVIND, CHHATARPUR, . My consumer number is 53,196. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. I request you to please look into the issue

My consumer No. is GD 4770 and concerned agency is Golden Gas Service, Shop No. 233, Palam Vyapar Kendra, Ansal's Palam Vihar, Gurgaon-122017 (Haryana).
With great pain and grief I would like to inform you that the above said agency has failed to deliver the refill cylinders on time due to which my family has to suffer a lot in this winter. We are boiling milk for children in electric kettle and preparing tea from our water dispenser. I feel like going on hunger strike before the agencies premises because I am tired of this routine exercise i.e., running and requesting Golden Agency to deliver the refilled cylinder to my residence. I had booked my cylinder on 23.12.2010 and as per the delivery time of 12 days (as informed by Golden Agency) the refilled cylinder should have been delivered by 4.01.2011. But the truth is that I have still not the refilled cylinder ven after 18 days of booking. The Indian Oil Corporation become a mute spectator in this gas scam.
My consumer no.17557 and I am a resident of Burari, H.No-199, Sreet No-3, Nathu Pura Road Burari village (delhi) M/s DEVI SINGH SHARMA Gas Agency, Badly, Rohni (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my connection. When ever I have been trying to contact the said agency the phone remains busy and many time they have a endless hold. I have been trying for more than 46 days) over phone continously for booking the gas cylinder. But am very sorry to bring to your notice that there is no response from them. The tel. nos. provided by them([protected]) remains busy and not answaring, the gas has not been booked. Every time I have to face this problem for booking of gas cylinder. Some time i measured the cylinder at my own measurement and found the gas short in 3kg to 5kg in each cylinder.
Whenever they booked the gas they will give us cylinder after 45 days. I face this problem since i have taken that connection. When we go to the agency they always ask give me Rs.600/- i will give you immediately.
Kindly look into the matter and ask the distributor to set his system either by fax or e-mail, and have some acknowledgement system to overcome this situation and also give us the delivery within the time.

Not very sure how the customer issues is addressed and how seriously it is taken after posting on this site. However, as an immediate redressal forum I am posting my complaint here.
I am customer of Indian Oil Corporation for LPG registered with LV Reddy Gas Agency, Bowenpally, Secunderabad, Andhra Pradesh. My customer # is 44424.
The attitude of the officials employed with this agency is pathetic. The way they treat the customer is very too rude and consider them as servants. I am sure the servants are treated very well now a days. They do not how to speak over the phone. While the customer is speaking to them, they either give it to someone else or bang the phone on the face. This is very unethical.
Also no right information or requirement is shared with the customers. I happened to call up the Agency for re-filling of the cylinder on cell # [protected] as their other two landlines numbers 27753549 and 27750715 are engaged 24 hours. In case if we are able to get through the line, the calls are never answered. I booked the gas on 21st December, 2010 and was confirmed that the gas would be delivered by 31st December, 2010. When a booking is done via their office phones no confirmation number is given. Hence, I am not able to share that here.
Till yesterday I did not get the gas as it is past 20 days. When called to check the status I was being told that there was no booking done. When I referred to the call and confirmation of 21st, they outright rejected stating that they had not confirmed my booking and not sure as to who took the call though the cell phone belong to their agency. When I tried to explain them the phone was disconnected while I was speaking.
Forceably I had to go to their office with the complaint. Unfortunately there were no decent people who could lend a ear to the complaint. I was just ignored and asked to complaint at the head office when tried speaking to their Manager. They have a do not care attitude and least bothered about customer service at any levels in their office.
Please advise what remedy can I get and what action would be taken against such ill-mannered employees.

divya gas agency indane dealer channi vadodara should keep more than two phone numbers for gas no booking. Both the phone numbers are continuously engaged. It is cumbersome to book gas thereIndane Gas — not deliver to my home

Dear sir,
I introduce my self, that i am one of the residence in the medavakkam, chennai 100. I am having domestic gas connection vide consumer no.41941 with your agency m/s rose agency, vanuvampet, chennai from the year of 1999.
Further we like to inform you that the above agency is not all giving any intersest to supply the fresh cylinders and also they are neglecting our request while the time of booking. Eventhough they are baving lot of vehicle the agency will not deliver te cylinders to our house. Moreover they are telling to arrange carrier vehicle by our side to collect the cylinders. But this is not possible. the same problem attend my area of medavakkam people.
Now we request you to advice the above mentioned agency to delivered the gas cylinders to our door stept against our request as are when we book for fresh cylinders immediatlyh as desired bny the IOCL terms & condetions. Kindly oblidge.

Indane Gas — LPG Cylinder not delivered
LPG cylinder booking was done on 17/12/2010 through registered SMS service og INDANE and with the reply SMS it was confiremed. But on contacting with the agency it was stated that booking was done on 01/01/2011. As of 16/01/2011 night, no delivery was made to us. This to mention that the agency office is located 4.5 KM far from our house and the condition of road is in quite bad shape with one side of road dig out upto 15 feet deep. Out of three land line phones, two numbers always come busy and the third one is never picked up making it difficult to book the cylinder so we opted for SMS booking option. Dear sir

my consumer no is 12658 gas connection at vimal gas services indane gas gokulpeth nagpur. last delivery was on 1 jan 2011, we attached the cylinder for use on 2 jan and went to book gas. our request was not registered and we were said to come after 20 days. but our gas gas has exhausted on 18 jan. therer is surely something wrong. we r 3 members in the family and we use immersion rod to heat water for bathing purposes.How is this possible? this is the second time we doubt of getting supplied less gas.previously we did'nt face such problem when members were more. plz look into the matter because it is extremely grevious

Indane Arihant — Non delivery
This is with regard to Pool Gate Indane Gas Service, Arihant Gas Service, at Pool Gate, Pune.Gas not delivered for 20 days. Booking made 20 days back.
Their excuse is that I did not allow the check up person to check my connection. I did not allow him in as he did not have an I-card and did not wait for me to confirm from the agency.
Repeated calls to them have no effect. They say they will send the check up person but he has not come for 20 days.
They say they will send the gas cylinder. This has not happened for 20 days.
I stay off Salunkhe vihar road, Badhai sweets lane.
Indane Gas - Pattammal Agencies Tambaram West — Non delivery as well as No Proper Reply
We had booked our Gas Refill with Indane Distributor M/s Pattamal gas agency ( Consumer No.56011 S. Latha, in my wife's name ) on 31/12/2010 and were told that in max 15 days delivery will be done. But the Booking is shown in Computer as done on 2nd January 2011??? HOW ??Again we went on 20/1/2011 as Delivery was not made. we were told that in 24 Hours supply will be done.
Again when I went today 25/1/2011 they say it will take 2/3 days. whats happening.
i gathered information that they have delivered for people who had booked on 5/1/2011 and mine is an Old Booking But no One to Listen. Finally I asked for seeing the manager, but no one responsible in office so I asked for Complaint Book and in Page No.38 i Registered My Complaint and came away.

Indane Gas — Non-delivery of domestic cylinder
I have booked a refill cylender for Indane from Siddhi Vinayak Indane, Kothrud, Pune on 23-Jan-2011. The queue numbr is more than 400 and the distributor says it can take more than two weeks for the delivery. Both of my cylinders are empty and I am left with none for two weeks now.Is there any way that I can get the refill as soon as possible.

Indane Gas — NON SUPPLY OF CYLINDER EVEN AFTER 11 DAYS OF BOOKING
My consumer no. is 34087 at ABHIMANYU INDANE at Hoshangabad road Bhopal. I have booked the cylinder on 18.01.2010 but even upto 27.01.2011, the cyninder is not supplied at my redidence. In the meantime I tried to contact the distributor at their contact numbers but I could not be able to contact the distributor as their contacts are either unreachable or busy. At last I have to visit the agency where it was replied that the cylindre will reach within next 2 -3 day as the wait list is about 15 days. Here I would like to bring the point that the distributor takes the booking after 20 days of supplying the cylinder and current wait period is about 15 days then customer is facing difficulty of having cylinder in time as the average cyliner in normal family consumes within 20 to 25 days. I request you to either reduce the wait period or next booking time so as to relief the average consumer.Thanking you sir.
