[Resolved]  Indane Gas — gas booking

I am the customer of Indane with Customer ID: 29800 which falls under Sri Balaji Agencies, G1 G2, Fortune Classic, No 29, Stedford Hospital Road, Krishnapuram, Ambattur, Chennai - 600053. I booked the gas on[protected] till today[protected] i did not get the gas cylinder yet. When i queried three weeks before they said that there is some booking token mismatch and asked us to bring the gas book and the bill statement. I have already submitted all the copies they have requested for still no proper response from them. Also Whenever we call the line is always busy and if it rings also they never pick it up. When we go directly to book or query why it is getting late. The person who sits to book the line is always very rude to all the customers. Sometimes they even use filthy language to the customers. Sometimes the gas is supplied to someone else which is booked by my name. When we query or complaint against that they are least bothered about the cusotmers. Please do the needful my gas cylinder is already dry. I do not have any other choice. I cannot go and buy from hotels everyday for my whole family. Please do the needful ASAP.

Indane Gas Agency “spick - N Span” Kullu — BLACK MARKETING

Its is very hard to get INDANE GAS refilled gas cylinders not even a SINGLE TIME in two months I didn’t got any refill gas cylinder from last two months because the gas supply is not properly available from last two or three months i.e. September October & November 2010. Most of Filled Gas Cylinders( Domestic) are being used in “Hotel SANDHAYA PLACE ” Shamshi through MR. DHARMPAL (RINKU’S ) STD AND CONFECTIONARIES / DAILY NEED STORE , NEAR AROMA NURSERY, SHAMSHI . Mr. Dharmpal ( RINKU) are doing BLACK MARKETING for Indane gas with the help of “SPICK-N SPAN” gas agency’s Truck Driver and Helper. Both driver and helper illegally earning money from Dharmpal ( Rinku) . All the filled cylinders are being given to Mr. Dharmpal ( Rinku) and after that Dharmpal distribute that to “Hotel SANDHAYA PLACE ” Shamshi . And No cylinders remains saved for rest of consumers residing Near at NAG MANDIR Shamshi. We are all suffering this from last three months. The owners and officers of indane gas agency “SPICK-N SPAN” kullu are not going to say or taking any action against these black marketers and their driver and helper.

Now Some body Please help…. us …what to do … how can we get the proper supply of INDANE GAS refilled gas cylinders ?

I am customer of indane gas my consumer no is 16037 our distributor (sre ragavendra gas agency)is one of the very worst disributor whenever call them nobody pick the phone I have booked the cylinder 25 days back they are not deliver still now it is very serious,
their staff told me that the delivery man mr pandiyan sold my cylinder undermarket our bill is made one week before your sevice is very poor

I am the same sufferror. I had booked my cylinder on 12.11.2010 vide Confirmed booking no. 12552, connection no. 64908, but till date on 20.11.2010 its not delivered even after making call at Complaint cell 4 times. Whenever try to contact Yadu Gas agency firstly phone will be busy otherwise no one pick the phone. This process has to repeat for 7-10 days on every month when have to book the cylinder since last 1 and half year.

Complaint cell of Yadu Gas Agency everytime give the reason for late supply that supply from back is low. When we conatct to IOL authority they always said NO LOW SUPPLY from our end. I am surprise that if everybody is fine and supply is fine then what is the reason of late supply and poor service from Yadu Gas Agency.

Prasanna Gas Agency is a dedicated team of cheaters who sell the cylinders at high prices and to consumers they say that they will deliver as soon as possible but they never turn up.

It will take atleast one day to get in touch with them through phone, most of the time it will be busy or not one will pick it up. The worst part is after long a ring immediately you hear "the number is busy". This seems to be done purposely.. Atlast you have to visit their office directly to book the cylinder, you have to wait more 40 days to receive the gas. They will make us to beg for that..

Delivery boys are selling the cylinders and telling that they have delivered to the customers.. once i asked a delivery boy whether they are selling it in block.. he said.. yes we do that.. when i got angry he says .. go and complain in the office.. something has to be done about this we cant go and beg for cylinder everytime.. we have our own busy schedule..

Very very pathetic customer support, , they are selling it to tea stalls and hotels at high rates and not delivering to the consumers..

MY consumer number is 31205 with sunder shyasm agency, janakpuri. I have booked cylinder through 1260 on 01.11.2010 but now this dated i.e 23.11.2010, no delivered cylinder and it is a habitual process of this agency. I have so many tried and request to agency owner but no response. Please help me.

The above complaints are all reoccurring and not redressed by either the agency or the INDANE authorities.Indane doesnot have a complaint cell and the phone nos or the addresses displayed for complaint are fake or false as no one answers these nos.

Indane Gas — Lesser Weight

I am put up at Pammal, Chennai - 600 075. Here we are facing lot of problem with the Vijayakumar Agencies. Even though I have made so many complaints regarding the same matter with our portal "Consumer complaints" but there are no actions taken. Add this report also:

While calling for booking the cylinder, the phone will not work (out of order) or always busy (put the receiver down). Now the condition has gone more worst. I booked the cylinder on 04.11.2010 till now I have not yet received the same when I ask them they coolly tell that it will take 7 - 10 days more to deliver the cylinder. I don't know whether they are manufacturing or getting supplied.?

Even though we receive cylinder late, the cylinder received are with only lesser weight and could not come for the same days as the correct weigh are. Government Authority should take necessary action to cool down people here in pammal otherwise one day people with Riot here.

Indane Gas — BAD DEALRING AND BAD SERVICE

I am a LPG Indane Gas customer with Gurvarinder Gas Service, Near Dhingra Petrol Pump, majitah road, Amritsar and my consumer number is 16060. I have booked for a refile on 6th november over phone. They replied that they will Distribute with in a two days. But after weeks when I made a call to them they replied it will deliver with in 1 or 2 days. Again I called them on 23rd nov 2010.they informed me that your number is not registered till today. And it is registered by now only it will be distribute after a week. In person I explained the things to the agency and my 2 cylinders are empty due to abnormal delay, but they are not ready to hear anything and they are dealing the customers very bad. today 25 nov 2010 i cant receive my refill. I am also attach delivery copy with this complaint This is the think not only happen for me but gurvarinder gas agency consumers. Please take necessary action.

sir Mathura gas service is a gas agency dealer & provide domestic & commercial cycleder. he is cylender booking to late & not dilever at time & domestic cylender sale out in black market or higher rate. i complain to owner then he said that i have received cylender from IOC

I would like to bring this complaint to the notice of Indian Oil Uncorrupted officers who can try to eradicate this activity thats happening in Indane gas supply.

Indane Gas Delivery guys use to sell the filled in Gas cylinders to non customers of Indane at a very high price approx. to Rs.900. So people (Customers) who really booked the cylinders even after 15 days stay with gas cylinders at their home.

Please take neccessary action those who sell the cylinders to shops.
