SAI INDANE — PICK UP THE CALL !!!
I have been trying to book my gas cylinder with sai indane at domlur, bangalore for the last 15 days over phone. Being a working women it is impossisble for me to go and personally visit the office for gas booking. The service is hopeless. I am surprised how, none of the phones work in the office. There are 3 nos. provided 25351063/25353723/25355414....but nothing works for the last 15 days.... I am unable to contact any of their numbers. Either the phones are ringing or busy. 24 hour booking no. as well as the helpline nos. are also not responding.It is very frustrating !!! How do you expect people to book the gas when telephones don't function. fully agree

I am a customer of indane with customer no 26831 and have been registed with Bakson gas agency Jhandwaln Oppt. Jhandwaln Mandir delhi (telephone No[protected]. I am trying to book the gas since Tuesday[protected]. but no one pick ups the phone/ it is always busy / they not to book the gas The Lady at the counter rudely told me that you have not booked any gas, now you will get it after 4, 5 days. I request concern authority look in-to this matter.

I, Anandrao Deshmukh, I am a consumer of the Indane gas (No. 767) My gas distributor is M/s Diamond indane gas Dhoptala tq-Rajura, Dist-Chandrapur, state-Maharashtra .
I am very remorseful to fetch to your perceive that the distributor doesn’t send the gas after 21 days of previous delivery as per company norms rather they take minmum 42 days to take new delivery order. Though I have Double Bottle Connection (DBC) but always single bottle is delivered.They send us after lot of communication and they blame to the company, due to shortage of the cylinder and some times they say due to the vehicle breakdown. So really I am suffering from this.
Lot of time I have informed to them but not any significant action has been taken.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

Indane Gas — Casual approach in booking through call center
Booking gas refil through call cemnter is a hoax. I've booked a gas on 21st Jan at call center & they provided me a booking no & committed to deliver by next 10-12 days. After 15 days when I inquired at call center some body replied me to inquire in the concerned gas shop. When I cantacted them they confirmed that there were no booking against me. When again checked with call center, they confirmed cylinder has been delivered to my home on 22nd Jan ie very next day of booking !!!!!I really astonished what the hell is going over there.
i m the customer of indane gas, i was shifted from gandhidham to bhavanagar on 18th jan, 2011, till date i didnt get my gas connection here, i had visit here indane gas agent, m/s.yogikrupa gas agency, bhavnagar. they give me very funny reason, they told me in my computer syestem is not showing your gandhidham agency name, here i had try to contact mr.patel whos is the incharge of bhavnagar city he did nt pick hes cell phone, i was suffering very bad with indane gas service, every day i want to buy keroscne from black market, no one is responsible person here to whom i can contact.plz solve my problem plz.my e mail id:[protected]@yahoo.in my cell no:[protected].my gandhidham agency name is m/s.aditya indane. now was shifted to bhavnagar here agency name is m/s.yogikrupa gas agency
Indian Oil Company / Gas Cylinder — non delivery of gas
i am registered consumer of indane gas with their dealer m/s tapeshwari gas agency. our connection no.11089 in the name of shiv shankar mishra residing at 28/3, feelkhana, kanpur. after booking one & half month past till today my refill cylender is given to me by the dealer. i am suffering for fooding. thanksanilkumarmishra

Indane Gas — Poor Delivery of Cylinders
Dear Sir,With reference to the mentioned subject, I am holding an Indane gas connection with dealer Shoba Gas, Nungambakkam. I dont know if the problem persist with the Agency / the Company (indane gas). When I call them, the responses given are either call after 19th as we will be able to take the booking only then. Or they tell me it will be delivered on 6th of next month. We dont receive the cylinder till 10th and on follow up they inform us it will be sent in another 2-3 days time.
I feel it is totally a lethargic way of working in these agency. They inform us the delay is due to poor supply of cylinders to them. I fail to understand if the policy is in 21 days the cylinder is to be booked and given can't the agency / Indane Gas company track this out of the basic consumer requirements.
We have come to know from known sources that the cylinders are being sold in black. The poor experience with this agency is that they had supplied leakage gases and on regular follow up for 4 days it got replaced. We were forced to keep the leakage cylinder inside the house with infants and elderly people at risk. After the late supply of cylinder as well we are facing problem of lekages of gas. On follow up the employees just bang the phone on us early morning. Are we suppose to put with all these factors instead of paying the regular cylinder cost ? is there any solution or action being taken against this ?
After several ways of explaining them, though I dont get any other way than escalating this issue to you.
I hope you will be taking a prompt action against the Agency / Company.
I also suggest, consumer be given the right to change the Agency according to their wish rather than putting up with these kind of agency. Unless we create a competitive market for these agency, there will be only poor service from them.

My indane gas consumer no. 19382 in the name of Girdhar Gupta S/o sh Ram Chander Add is K-2/13 Phase I Budh Vihar Delhi 110086 SDir I booked gas with ivrs no. 37 on date 31.01.2011 app time is 4.37 p.m. but Sir gas cylinder not received till date 14.02.2011. time is 10.45 a/m/ sir you are requested to please deliver the gas cylinder immedaiately Sir again and again requested to please deliver the cylinder already delay and delay. so sir hum toh sirf request kar sakta hai. aur kuch bhi nahin.

Indane Gas — Improper response on Gas Leakage Complaint
I have found gas leakage from the regulator given to me by Indane Gas Agency since on the time of my connection a few years ago. After detecting such leakage me unable to contact on my authorized dealer "Mallick Brothers" Address:- Dr. Prosad Das Mallick Road, Hooghly, Pin:- 712103, West Bengal as my phone calls are going unattended in all the provided nos. My consumer no is 15894 and the name on which the connection has been issued is Mr. Ranjit Kr. Sadhu. Me also unable to contact the nos provided in the last receipt dated 27/1/11 which are meant only for the emergency purposes.Anyways after contacting the delivery man of our gas service, i got the phone no of the area manager Mr. Goswami, who is insisting me to attain some documents and get a authorization letter as the Gas connection is on my dad's name. Further he is also telling me that he is helpless today, and wont be able to help me out before tomorrow. Moreover my dad also stays outside as he is in Service in PSU, and me much panicked about the situation and unable to find out any possible solution to it.
Is it justified for the indane distributor to deal with me like this in an emergency case?? And may also get in contact via email in [protected]@gmail.com or call me at [protected]. Keep faith on the online consumer forum me eagerly waiting for a suitable reply from your side as urgently as possible.

Yashoda Gas Company — Never take the call for booking gas
Dear Sir,My consumer no is 02607 everytime when I want to book the gas they never take the call, I have to go personally there and book. This is a regular problem with them every consumer complains the same. My mother who is also a consumer in the same gas agency, she is 80+ year old widow every time to book the gas she will take auto and go all the way there to book. When I am in the city I will help her out by going personally to the Yashoda gas to book cos they are not accessable over phone.
Once after going there I tried to call in front of them but both the Phone no's are engaged I was shocked when no one was there on the line.
Even you can try on the following phone numbers :[protected] and[protected]. I request you to look into the problem and come to the rescue of the consumers.
Early action is highly appreciated.
