sir on 16/09/10 i have received a gas cylinder which is leaking
please have it resolved Consumer No.16090.
emergency mobile no. is showing switched off.

I am consumer of Yours gas company (Navdeep mala gas agency, sec-16, chd) for the last approx. 4 years My Con. No. is 21184. I have booked my gas on 02/09/10. But I do not get gas cylinder till today & now today I spoken to Mr. harmesh([protected]) on phone and he said there is no booking .
This is happening 3rd time and last time also I complained regarding this matter to Navdeep mala gas agency and I got revert from that side that i have not face such kind of problem in future but i am facing again this problem.
I hope you will look into this matter as I need my gas delivery urgently and already its delayed by two week.
If these kind of things happen again and again I will take up this matter to the next level.

i had book indian gas on dt.16.09.2010 at 10.15 a.m but 9 days later no gas has been delivered stil than i have again and again contact to indian gas deling assistant but they are not received my mobile than i am going to indian gas deling assistant and say way this problem he say later 7 days i think gas delivered to your home--------
so i am totally fedup there for i pray you to be good & kindly please seen this matter & help to me.

Indane Gas — VERY POOR POOR SERVICE

I have booked my cylinder on 2 sep of 2010...But i got the cylinder on 25 days of booking i really fed with the Indane gas service of Kinathakadavu branch..Becos they are not responding..and also some of them delivering Boys were selling the cylinder

My cylinder is about to finish Could you please look in to and arrange the Gas booked ASAP.

This is not first time I have a problem in booking LPG gas cylinder, MAHESHWARI GAS AGENCY, Madingir, Khanpur, New Delhi-62 have given three numbers on the slip[protected],[protected],[protected] but it remains engaged all the time or if by chance it gets through they never pick up the phone. It is very frustrating every time we have to go to the booking office to book the LPG Cylinder despite having phone facility. I had used the IVR method to call 1260 as well but ultimately I have to go to book the LPG at the booking office only because it never get booked at the agency.

Please help and give convenient way out.
An early responce is appreciated.

i have booked my cylinder on 27/09/2010 on b/s indane gas service shop no -16 super market anaj mandi hapur road govindpuram ghaziabad but till date it is not delevered i am facing a lots of problems they are telling come to day & tommarow but nothing happaning & phone no is always busy my card no -3493 & consumer no -3745

Short Supplied Gas in Cylender
Dear sir,
last month, I had booked a cylender to M/S Sai Gas Agencies Vasant kunj, New Delhi My Consumber no is 16815. Last month One cyledner supply to me on 27.08.2010 vide book no 86 by one cycle man who has no weight for proper weight. person say to my wife your old agenices Vasant Kunj Agencies has been closed And now I will come for delivery for cylender. but we need cylender so that i have to delivered cylender. next month I had changed cylender on 20.09.2010 & Book new Cyledner after 6 days my old cyledner has been finished. fortuniatly my new book is reddy on 21.09.2010 book no 122. this has been happen first time. but now we want to book new cylender . but according your chenal I can book new cylender after 21 days. Now I will Booked new cylender. please Book my new cylender as well as soon posiable.

Dear Sir

This is to inform you that I have a gas connection from Om Gas Agency Ranjhi Jabalpur. They are creating problem in supplying cylinders to the customers . They are not delivering cylinders to the houses . Even when stock comes they distribute it from such places which are at the distant places and unreachable. Just think the people working in the private firms who could not afford to take leave every now and then how could they get the most important requirement of their life .Every day we go to the agency and get the negative answer, is this fair to customers? Kindly look into this non cooperating attitude of the agency.

my gas no is S 10316 from sheel gas service 21-B pooth kalan delhi 41, one phone no not owrking other is always heldup.and we called by TOMO service on phone 25611031. they told again and agian customer no is not correct. totalilty service is very bad abd rude . it will apprecaited even book our gas on this reqest. pl convey us if any change in consumer no. ?

Indane Gas — Not issuing the 2nd cylinder and not behave properly with the customers

My name is Rajeev Ranjan. I have taken a new Indane Gas connection from Mata Sheetla Gas Service, Sector - 14, Opp. Air Force School, Delhi Road, Gurgaon Ph. [protected], [protected]. My Com. No. is 213286, which I have taken on 8/05/09. They have taken 4500 rupees for the connection and gave me a lighter, hot plate, 1 cylinder, stand, lighter etc. And for Apran they have charged 270 rupees. and yet not given. it's almost more than one year. whenever I call them, either they don't pick the phone or otherwise simply give me an excuse that they don't have Apran in stock. Finally they said whenever you will take the 2nd cylinder we will deduct that money from the amount which you will pay to take a 2nd one. On feburary 20th 2010 I have applied for the 2nd cylinder, for which they said that they will give me the 2nd cylinder after 6 months. now it's more that 6-7 months but they are not providing the 2nd cylinder. everytime they give an excuse that they don't have a stock. but they are giving a new connections to the people because with new connection they are earing money. Whenver I go there they don't even listen what we want to say. they always misbehave with the customers and don't even pick their bloody phones. you can't even book your cylinder. noone is there who can listen to the customer's complaints. Tell me what to do. The no. which they have provided me for the 2nd cylinder is DBC [protected] 20/02/10. Please do something if you can do anything. They are just harrasing the customers. doing nothing else.

i have a indane gas connection with sri shiridi sai gas agency but recently the dealership was seized where i have to book for refill and whom to contact.

MY INDANE GAS CONNECTION NO IS 48114/CHELLA GAS IN EAST TAMBARAM OR SELAIYUR.NO RESPOSE BY PHONE EVEN AFTER TRYING ONE HOUR .THERE IS MUCH GAB IN SUPPLYING THE CYLINDER TO THE HOUSE AND ACTUAL DATE IN THE RECEIPT.
THIS AGENCY BECAME VERY WORST AND IT MAY BE CLOSED AND ANOTHER AGENCY MAY BE FIXED.

my name mukesh kumar s/o shri karan singh my gas no- j-1956. i have two problem gas wait every time low and every time late delivery in my home

I have booked a gas cylinder in Rose Gas Ageny at the time of address transfer on 18th of September, still waiting for the Cylinder.. they are not respond properly..I am residing in Shanthi Niketan near NGO Colony Bus stand, If they con't supply up to NGO Colony then why they accept for the transfer.

Please any one kindly take an action. I am working woman just think about the burden.
