[Resolved]  Indane Gas — gas booking

Iam in Gurgaon sector - 14, i have lot of problem every time i have to book a gas no one picks up the phone since last 4 days i have been trying to call but no one seems to answer because they always hang the phone or they don't take the booking before 20 days now i want to know what do we do if the gas is finished do we take in black if we do then u all say help us by not taking gas in black it is becomming so difficult please help us.

I am a consumer of Indane gas bearing consumer no. 24882, registered with Sabharwal Enterprises, Geeta Colony, Delhi, I have to complaint that I booked a cylinder on 25th Aug 2010 & till date No delivery of cylinder has been made. the agency staff do not pick up the phone. what to do???

i m customer bearing the number 76832. First thing is they keep the phone lines busy and dont respond. i personaly tried alots of time but they replied so rudely and even i have given my registration 2 times before but yet did not get. i booked my gas on 20th august then they said dat it will come within 7-8 days.but it didnt come...than i again called them on 30th august so they told that there is no booking from this number. i also complaint to their owner so he told us to submitt a complaint.then he told us dat i ll get it on 1st of sept, but still didnt get ...on 3rd of sept i again called them so he replied that it will come within 5 or 6 days..i m harshly facing this problem its not d very intiall but it has done soo many times bfore..as i am a working women soo not getting time to do the same thing again and again...and the most important thing is dat they are always providing a duplicate recipt nd not d original one always with a new defending reason... THIS HAPPEND ALWAYS THATS WHY I AM LOT OF TROUBLE DUE TO bad SERVICE OF INDANE named SUNDARAM GAS COMPANY 3116/E SUDAMA NAGAR...kindly make a strict action against this...

Dear sirs,
Even though we are paying the L.G. Gas charges of 355/Rs to the delivery boy, they are asking for tips minimum 10 Rs per cylinder . since we are not offerdable to pay the TIPs to the delivery boys, the delivery boy is taking the revenge in some other way by delaying the supply with in the time frame. Since we are the senior citizen we are not in a position to give the tips demanded by them.
If this is the way my request is to increase the delivery charges to the delivery boys by IOCL, so that this type of TIPS problem will not occur aswell spoiling the reputation of IOCL in India.

Indane Gas, Pearey Lal & Sons Pvt. Ltd., Karol Bagh — not delivery gas

I had booked my lpg. gas cylinder from indane gas, pearey lal & sons pvt. ltd., 13, pnb building, karol bagh My Gas Consumer No. is 4532R. But even after 15 days of booking till today the agency failed to deliver the cylinder....

Indane Gas — booking cylinder & delivery to home is irregular

I am a senior citizen living in kumara park west. The supplier of indane gas is JYOTHI gas agency in sheshadripuram b-lore 20 and my consumer No 31200. from past 6 months it has become an herculean task to get the agency on the phone line for booking the gas. In the month of AUGUST 2nd week they have regestered my refill supply call.Till todate I have not received the refill gas. I have been trying to contact the agency telephone numbers given in the bill to no avail. I request the responsible offcials to intervene and make the consumers life easy.

Indane Gas — Gas half filled with water.

Dear Sir,

I Manmohan Singh, R/o B 318, Lok Vihar, Pitampura, New Delhi - 110034 and my consumer no. is 3776.
This is regarding my gas cylinder which was delivered on 26.08.10 and the cylinder is finished in 14 days because the cylender is filled half with water. And on website there is no complaint form where we have to register the complaints and the toll free nos is given but the no. is NOT IN USE.

So I please request you to change the cylender Immediately.

i am drove gas agences customer (customer No is 7035), i have booked my gas cylinder on 9th of September but till date i have not received, i have call many time through telephone of my agency but every time phone was enged or not picup by the agency. last month i also phase same problome after 11th days of booking my cylinder i go to the agency tel about my cylinder, they ask for my indenty prof, i provide them my id prof, this month they doing same thing, sir i requested you to kindly intimat to said agency to supply my gas cylinder immediatly.

Indane Gas — No Gas Available in Gas agency

We are continuously having complaint against Sai Sewa Enterprise,shop no-2, sector-B, pocket-1, csc, ground floor , Vasant Kunj, new delhi-70.
Delay in LPG gas is almost every month.
Recently we booked on 9/9/2010 but till today that is on 15/9/2010 it didn't came , Booking No -26 so we called Sai Enterprise gas and today they are saying that we don't have gas available.

So please suggest what we should do as we can't cook food at home.

Indane Gas — new connection only with gas stove

I had apply for a new gas connection and approach dealer to buy the cylinder with approved papers they inform we have to buy the gas stove with cylinder it will coast around Rs.5000 I am using best quality Italian made gas stove with safety futures please give me an answer is it compulsory to buy gas stove with cylinder is there any rule from Indane.

it is 100% true for every complain.
Can someone tell me waht is the maximum days for booking the cylinder.

SEAL FOUND LOOSE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY

Dear sir,

Sub: Indane customer no- KD3630, Kamdenu Gas Services, Khuldabad, Allahabad

We are using LPG from KAMDENU GAS SERIVCE, ALLAHABAD, we often find cylinder with loose seal & weight of cylinder seems less, as weighting machine used is in bad condition and unreliable. We have to take cylinder as there is no other option and cylinder ends within a month (as much I know it should end after 02 months as per our use of LPG). We complained against this issue to the respective service provider but thing doesn't changed.

Kindly do the needful. As it is deficiency in service.

Indane Gas — Misbehavior

My consumer no. is TG 1798, My distributor is Gas & Gadgets,Manton Super Market, Shop no.34, Kolkata- 34. The delivery man Swapan Ghosh (there was no name tag, I am stating as said by him, rest can be confirmed from the delivery date and consumer no.) firstly kept on ringing the bell at 3.30p.m. for several times and then asked for extra money over and above the billed amount of Rs.365.10, when asked to bring his weighing machine for measuring the quantity of gas he declined stating that all weighing scales of Gas & Gadgets are broken. We had to accept the gas as we didn't have any spare gas left with us. You are requested to take action and let me know by return mail, which kindly do.
