Sir, my cooking gas has been finished.
i booked my gas on 14.03.2011 by IVRS Booking No.321 from the
Agency: Bedi Indane gas, Kartar Nagar, Delhi

My Gas has not been delivered by me till now, 15 days has been finished of booking of my Gas.
We are facing very big problem without gas. kindly do the needful and acknowledge please by mobile or e-mail please.

I am a consumer of Indane Gas agency (Divyansh Gas Agency) whenever I book my gas refill always he supplies after 18 days which causes we lot of problems. Kindly take the necessary action in this matter and ensure the supply within a week time.

i have booked the gas online 11 days before but they are now saying to contact the karol bagh agency but they are not picking up the phone. This problem is not new to me i have faced it before also and recent being last month and this is not appreciable. please look into this matter because it creates alot of inconvience. And i am really not satisfied with the services.

I am your consumer for last 39 years. Now a days i am facing the problom of late refill cyllander delievery. I booked my cyllander on 28th or 29th through Mob. No. [protected] but till today ie. 5.4. 2011. I did not recieve it. It is not this time but happening in every delievery. I have contacted Area Manager through mobile but ni use.

Dear Madam/ Sir,

I am living at Sonia Vihar, North East Delhi, and proper resident of Delhi State since 1983. I have many proofs of residency in Delhi.
Sir, I need a Indane Gas Connection. I dont have any connection of Gas. Whenever I go to my nearer Indane Gas Distributor for new connection they reply there are no vacancy in new customer in my agency. Sir, I am facing this situation since last 8 months. I goes to every 15 days to nearer Gas Agencies since Sept. 2010 but till now I have no connection. Sir, Who is the (officer/ office/ authority) I approached to for a new connection.

Sir, in the absence of Gas Connection, I and my family, facing lots of problem. Kindly do the needful so I have got a connection as early as possible.

I am very thankful to you if you help me as above mentioned problem.

I am the customer of BEDI INDANE GAS, Kartar Nagar, Delhi, there is nobody pick the phone while bell is going repeatedly so many times...

Sir, If have a any problem in GAS REFILL, Leakage GAS, Low weight Refill, or any accidental problem is find immediately, then who is one of the responsible person/ office as I approached.

If they do not want to pick phone, then I advised to them they should disconnect phone as mentioned on his papers, web, gas book, or any other place they have mentioned his Tel. no.[protected], 22946868.

Sir this is a very serious matter and required to take necessary action against the Gas Agency 'Bedi Indane Gas'.

Indane Gas — leakage in delivered LPG Cylinder

Dear Sir,

I am, Sanjay R/o Mahavir Enclave, Palam. I want to complaint against SHAHI GAS AGENCY (LPG), Delhi Cantt. which is deliver me LPG Cylinder. The delivery man deliver the leakage LPG cylinder on Saturday 2nd April, 2011 around 2:15 p.m. After some time I smell the gas and then I realize that delivery man supplied me LEAKAGE LPG CYLINDER. Immediately I call him but his mobile is switch off. Then I complaint to the computerized system that gave me the Complaint No. but nothing done after complaint. That time I have no. direct Ph. No. of Shahi Gas Agency. On Monday morning I found the ph. no. of Shahi gas agency and call there. I complaint to their representative Ms. Kanchan and she asure me that delivery man come to my home and change the LPG Cylinder but nobody come till evening I again call there and talked to another lady she also asure me but nobody come to replace the leakage cylinder till night. Next day I again call to shahi gas agency they again told me that the leakage cylinder will change but nothing happened. This is the very critical situation that the leakage cylinder stay my home from 3 days and shahi gas agency not bother about that. If some accident occurs then who will responsible for that. Will shahi gas agency take the responsiblity for that?
Sir, please take necessary action against Shahi Gas Agency as early as possible.

I am the customer of vivekha gas agency in nagercoil. i am trying to book the gas but no one pick ups the phone/ it is always busy / whenever if pick up the phone they agree to book the gas but after taking all the details the delivery is not being made.and again if i call they saying still no come gas load. also they sale gas in block for more price to other.thatsway they saying over the reason.so pleas help to us .

YOU CAN TRANSFER YOUR CONNECTION TO ANOTHER DISTRIBUTOR M/S NCR INDANE BY GIVING JUST A REQUEST LETTER TO BHIWADI INDANE. NCR WILL ISSUE CONNECTION WITH IN 10 MIN . AFTER THAT NO DELIVERY PROBLE.

Cylinder Crime is rampant across India. I stay in Bommanahalli area of bangalore and same happened to me as well. No delivery of gas even after 15 days of booking. When my dad visited the office all kinds of excuses were given. I hope Anna Hazare effect cleans up Cylinder crime as well.
