Respected sir, I am a consumer of Indane gas through your Madhu Gas agency Tilkamanjhi, Bhagalpur.I have given complain telephonically regarding leakage of cylinder, but unfortunately nobody is taking responce.Later on I have deposited my cylinder with receiving.But with that receiving his outlet people is not ready to give me cylinder. Besides this there is no any complain no is working there, so how people will take help in emergency. Kindly take necessary action in this regards so that no any unhappening will occur. I am aconsumer of Indane gas for the past 40 years. When I started using gas for cooking, it was branded as CALGAS. My present distributer is SRIMA KIRUPA GAS AGENCIES located at Annanagar Western Extension Chennai 101.My consumer No is 19542. Of late there is lot of delay in supply of gas by the above agency.
I have booked for gas on 21 Jul 2011. The agency is yet to supply the gas till today the 12 Aug 2011. The previous supply of gas was on 31 May 2011.
The agency may be adviced to avoid such undue delays in future to avoid inconvenience to the customes,

Indane Gas — GAS BOOKED WITHOUT REQUEST

I am a Indane Gas (IOCL) consumer with consumer No.28922.
Distributor APSCSC Code No.7634252, Destn Code No.04846.

I have registered my Cell Phone Number last month for booking
of Gas cylinder. On 11.08.2011 I got an SMS stating that Gas is
booked against my consumer number without sending any booking
message to the distributor. Nest day, 12.8.2011 again I got a SMS
stating that Gas cylinder is delivered at my house. But I have not
received any gas cylinder till date (18.08.2011). I think that the
distributor of IOCL is booked a cylinder sold away to a third party.

I request you to kindly take up the matter to the respective Authorities and suitable action may be taken against the person
responsible for the fraudulent act under advice to me.

Indane Gas — Poor Delivery service - even on emergencies

I am a consumer of Indane Gas Agency Cylinder. My Customer ID is 25751. On 5th of Aug'11, we booked cylinder with a request to deliver it within 3-4 days because existing gas cylinder was empty at the time of booking. We were told that the agency will try to do that. Now, Even after 15 days of booking, no delivery was done despite repeated calls done from our side. 14-15 days is a normal delivery time for them and a person in emergency expecting delivery in 3-4 days don't get delivery in even 15 days. Quite frustrating!!

The agency is located in Sector-17, Panchkula and delivery to be done in Sector-7

our supplier m/s jyoti jwala bhaga dhanbad is worst supplier of gas

not responding our phone always swith off.
i m in travelling job my parents are very old and my 5 years daughter is suffering a lot from last 5 day we are taking our foods from hotel.

Iam customer of vipul gas. I want to know that the price of celendr include with home delivery. But when we purchased the gas they cant do home delivery but price charged full as home delivery. if he cant give us home delivery then how can he charged delivery Rs. 20 rupee per celendr.

Indane Gas — non delivery of GAS refill

Dear sir

I have lodge a complaint against TEJ GAS before 4 to 5 days for not supply of cylender and
phone no not responding.

We have checked and found that M/s TEJ GAS DELIVERY DELIVERYMAN came on our house on
dated 24.8.11, but our house is locked. I don't know this sitution and complain on on dated 28/8/11 or 29/8/11, and after lodge of complaint we have contant tej gas office for the supply of cylender and discussed with Mr. Dangi for supply of gas. Mr. Dangi give us good responce and solved our supply problem same day. We don't have any COMPLAIN/ ISSUE with TEJ GAS AGENCIES JAIPUR.

i had booked a cylinder of lpg gas on 10 days before but i havnt received till date. I asked my gas distributor Saravana Gas Agency, 25/19, Gandhi Raod, Kamaraj Nagar, Perungalathur, Chennai 63, they told everytime we sent your gas refil and get it today ...like this told past five days. I , sunil prabhakar thakur, am consumer of Indane Gas Agency.My Consumer No.45487.My distributor name is Sri Raghavendra Gas Agency. 404, CTH Road, Chennai-54 . The distributor never give
delivery ofthe cylinder at home. I have to take the delivery at their office and waster my three hours for takeing delivery.Almost 90 per cent of the consumers have to take the delivery persoally. Sometimes I have take the leave from the office for the purpose of taking deliery as the dealer do not give the home delivery.

You are requested to look into the matter and take the action against the distributor.
