[Resolved]  Indane Gas — gas booking

My Connection No. is 29785 (Indane Gas). Distributor is Popular Gas,[protected]/[protected]) Sunder Nagar, N.Delhi. It is to submit that since last eight months I have been facing problem to receive the booked Cylenders with the reason conveyed that there is a huge shortage. Whereas, many of my known from different areas have stated that there there is no shortage and smooth supply thereof. particularly this Agency / Distributor is not supplying smoothly because of the reasons best known to them. Please look into the matter.

Indane Gas — refusing to home delivery

I am Mohd Rayeesuddin s/o Mohd Rafiuddin,our gas connection no is.23474.and the distributor name is sharada gas agency.which is situated at gowli pura and thier phone no is [protected].we have purchase this gas connection five years before and since that we are collecting our gas by hand only from the agency the concern person is mr govind he is refusing to deliver the gas at home when we are asking at the office they are saying it is mr govind area.but mr govind is saying it is not in my area.so what we should do.please do the needful in this regard.thank you.

Indane Gas / Mattanur Agencies — Very bad services

Whom ever it may concern

This is to inform you that past 2 months we are not getting even a single gas.The gas details are mentioning below.we have booked the gas on 01/03/2011 but they are not taking any action.From 01/03/2011 to till date we are daily calling them,there answer is ' today we will drop the gas there'..like this they are telling every time.In between this 2 times that gas vehicle has came near to our home and supplied the gases to all other home except ours.His name is one Mr. Santhosh..This person is doing every time like this.we are in troble.So please do the needful things as soon as possible and i am waiting for your reply.

Indane Gas — Poor Booking/Delivery system

I am a Indane Gas Consumer. My consumer No.21242, Dealer: M/s.Goverdhan Gas Agency, Visakhapatnam. I have booked a refill on 23/04/2011 through the website Tomogas.com. Till date the refill is not supplied. When enquired with the dealer, I am surprised to know that there is no booking on this consumer no. This is very riduculour after waiting for more than 20days.

Such complaints should not be repeated.

I have booked my cylinder on[protected]&SR No1058 on The Pioneer Cons.CO-OP Stores Ltd. agency Bhadrakali, Hooghly, West Bengal circle( Ph.no 26631819/[protected]but till date it is not delivered (35days before) I am facing a lots of probelem, they are telling it will come today and tommarow but nothing happaning.But every where supply of Indane is being made within 7 to 10 days. except 19 no. Ward, Uttarpara, Bhadrakali Hooghly most probably. Hopefully you would be kind enough to enquire the matter seriously so those consumers like ours do not suffer.

Indane Gas — not booking cylinder as their phones are always busy

I want to tell you that from last one week i am calling 30 times to chahal gas agency in a day but there phones is either not working or always remain busy.i request you to take some action against them.The no. are [protected] , [protected] ,[protected] .. My consumer no is 20264 of my mother's name mrs. monika sharma. I hope you will tell me the answer in near by time..

I am a customer (No. M 9182) of Maheshwari Indane Gas agency, Madangir, New Delhi 110062 and really concerned about their pathetic and corrupt services .

They are not picking up phones and after booking, they are supplying after 25 days even after repeated requests and reminders .They are selling the cylinders by black and they always send the cylinder half filled and their supply boys bring cylinder after earning money by using this in hotels .

I booked my indane cylinder vide no. 14309 on 27.04.11 and even after 23 days cylinder is not supplied and they must have sold this in black .

Kindly take enquiry and stern action immediatley .

मै पिछले 15 दिनों से गैस बुक करने के लिऐ 1260 तथा 28755120 और टोमो गैस पर गैस बुक कर रहा हूँ लकिन फ़ोन करने पर फ़ोन नंबर ग़लत
बत्ताते है गैस agency पर फ़ोन नहीं उठाते, कृपया करके सही नंबर और agency पर एक्शन ले.

Nangloi gas distributor — Cylinder delivery issues

We are facing the late delivery of cylinder issues from the day we shifted from keshopur distributor to nangloi distributor,i spent 40 mins today on 1800 number to check the status of my cylinder then i finally got a number where i could check the status,and status was it was delivered on 3 of may, we booked the cylinder on 25 of april according to that may 3th is the right time,but it was never delivered to us they have delivered to somebody else on black...

That's how things works in india,corruption is everywhere from top to bottom ,i hope writing this complaint will make some different ,Please take some action against these people ...

Late for connection
Dear Sir,
I beg to inform you that i am registration for new gas connection on dated 21.03.2011 in shnehalata agency at Dist Angul. The gas agency has told me your connection after 45 days. But till date i am not received the connection and any other reply.So kindly consider my case and the connection received as earliest..

Indane Gas — STV Not Transferred

my gas conection no.4478 Bramha gas agency orai jalaun .I requested to transferred Gas connection to Bundelkhand Gas Agency Jhansi on dated 23.04.2011.but confirmation not sent now till date.

I am a customer of indane with customer no 35501 and have been registed with Ameen GAS agency palakkad, (telephone No[protected] . i am trying to book the gas over phone the Agency people will not take the phone, they keep phone idle.(or no one pick ups the phone/ it is always busy) bad SERVICE OF INDANE

Indane Gas — Refilling

is there is any website to improve the services of Gas Agency? Tomogas seems to be not working apparently....

I agree with the complaints of delay in delivering the gas and malpractices in the weight of cylinder. There should be someone in the Indane organization to set the matter right with the agencies and their delivery men.

We booked for refil cynder through Indane Gas IVR Service on 13th May 2011 and the booked number received as 37.

But not delivered till date in spite of several reminders to the agency named M/s.Venus Gas Mannar and Ernakulam.

My Consumer number is 5078 .Kindly look into the matter ASAP.
