SIR, FOR THE LAST FOUR MONTH I HAVE BEEN MAKING ROUND TO TRIPUTI GAS AGENCY @SIKANDRABAD GAS AGENCY AT BULANDSHAHR.BUT NO POSITIVE RESPONSE . BOTH THE AGENCY ARE SAYING THAT THERE IS NO NEW CONNECTION.IS IT SO MUCH DIFFICULT TO GET NEW CONNECTION. MOB NO [protected]

i have booked bharat gas cylinder on 15/03/2011 in cooking feed but till date it is not delived by the agency

I am a customer of Indane Gas (14623) my distributer is Kasana Gas Service, Greater Noida, UP. I am facing problem in refiling the cylender even after 20-25 days of booking, I hav ebooked my gas on March 27, 2011 but till date April 17, 2011 I have not get any cylender even I have personally vsited agency office two time they have promised me that my cylender will deliver same day but that was not happen. I am seriously disatisfied with the services of my distributor even they arenot picking up phone so for any complaint I have to personally visit the agency office.

I am a holder of Indian Gas cooking Gas No 12198, I booked my gas on 09th April 2010 through the Telephone Gas Booking service Give me Ref no and after than me confirm the today status 18th April 2010.its confirm the cash memo no-8581 and booking no-7135 but its say release the Cylinder Booking of 19 march 2011that time sir told me use just one cylinder wt do me purchase an Black Gas ? Cylinder not over to 20 day wt happens with Government Sector.Hoping u take an action to solve my problem ASAP.

Indane Gas — not able to reach the agency and my file entries are missing

Dear Sir,
I am resident of Tejaswi Colony Attapur Hyderabad. Since 2006 ( Consumer no No 28598 ). , I am taking gas from Swapna Gas agencies. Every time since 6 years, I am facing difficulty in booking gas by Phone .Many time they wont turn up and deliver the gas.
Recently I have booked the gas through electronic system they installed and no is 5.( 1.4.2011 ) As on today , I have not received the gas.
Most of the time they keep their phone engaged and non of the staff answers the call.
Major problem is since five years, I have been taking the gas every two months and my detail file is missing in the agency.( no entry )
Authorities are not responsible one as I have wrote earlier in the complain papers.Management is very bad and workers are selling the gas in black.
Please help me in this regard.

My Consumer Nor is 28257, it has been really hard for me to get this nor (28257) after calling some hundred times, firstly its always engage & when connected no response, infact no one lifts the call & very moment its again engage, this is really taking my head off & from 15days i am waiting, we have old people at home.
I hope you would look into the matter, and make sure such an incident is not repeated.Your company has been known to provide good services, and such events tarnish the company name.

so please address this issue soon.

Even Iam a consumer (no.15500) of Indane gas. Agency is Sardhana Enterprises Vidhyapeeta, Bangalore. I booked gas on 11.4.11, and after making many reminding calls received gas today on20th issued on a duplicate bill dt.13.4.11. This happens so often that many times we have to cancel our programmes waiting for the gas cylinder. This is very common with our agency. Gayatri.cg

Mera naam Vishal Geheni hai aur mere paas Pitamans Gas & appliances 02 gas cylinder hai,

par pitmans gas time par cylinder nahi deta hai balki, Mr.Heera jo ki pitmans gas ke propriter hai woh mujh ko black me dene ko tyar hai par legal nahi de rahe hai.

sabhi log es se preshan hai, aap kuch karte hai to thi hai nahi to mai uss saale ko marunga sahi kah raha hu mai,

kutte ki tarah marunga, yaar phone karo ko waha par koi uathata hi nahi hai, kaat dete hai phone ko, 2-2 hour tak maine countinue phone kiya hai, par ko uthta hi nahi hai, saalo ne pagal kar diya hai.

mere aap se request hai ki kuch kare nahi to mujhe usko marane ke alawa koi option nahi hai.

I am a resident of Alwal, AP. I have been trying to book a gas cylinder with Sphurthi Gas Agency Alwal since 4 days over phone but the number is continuously busy. I think the executives might have kept the receiver away so that no one could contact them to book the gas. Its really awful and irritating to leave all other works & try to call them.
Even for this agency there is no online gas booking facility.

I am Surya Kumar consumer of INDANE GAS Consumer no. 32053 of M/S. NANGLOI GAS AGENCY, Nangloi New Delhi - 110041. i have book my refill cylinder on 14-04/2011. The sms received on 15/04/2011 from 544111 that your cylinder has been booked with booking no. 9955. Then again i have received an sms on my cell on 20/04/2011 that DEAR INDANE CUSTOMER, CYLINDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED AGAINS YOUR REFILL BOOKING NO. 9955 WITH CASH MEMO NO. 9953. But refill cylinder has yet not been delivered by M/s. Nangloi Gas Agency till date. (25/04/2011). Kindly arrange for delivery of cylinder at an earliest.

I am Annapoorna consumer of INDANE GAS Consumer no. 3264 of M/S. Shri Rajiv Gandhi Gas Agency, Nainar Mandapam, Mudaliarpet, Pondicherry. . i have booked my refill cylinder on 09.04.2011. But refill cylinder has yet not been delivered by the Agency till date (28/04/2011). Kindly arrange for delivery of cylinder at an earliest.

The Agency is not also picking up the phone[protected] and is kept off the cradle.
This is not good service by this Gas Agency.

Indane Gas — Gas booking and service

Respected Sir/ Madam,
I am a customer of Indane since 18/19 years , from 2003 I am taking the facility of cooking gas from
your distributor M/S Chayanika, 41,Regent Place, Kolkata - 700040. Day by day the service , behaviour of this distributor is going down,sometimes it is beyond tolerable condition. From 28/4/11 onwards I tried their both tel.nos. 22+15=37 times as their working hrs.to book gas. No one received the phone, I called 10-12 times at EMERGENCY SERVICE CALL, they are receiving and dropping the phone 2 times said me' call later on'. Sir/Madam, can you just tell me then what for all these tele nos. they are providing us? This is not the first time , last almost 2 years we are suffering like this. It is not possible for us to book gas at their office everytime. Whenever they are recieving phone calls they don't even bother to listen anything other than consumer no.let it be serious matter. I can't understand IOL like company how they are giving distributorship to these type of irresponsible persons those who are completely least bother about their customers? These distributors know only money and don't know about GOODWILL OR FAME OF COMPANY. So, what should I do now? Should I go to CONSUMER FORUM AS PER CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT? or should I change my service to other gas servicing company? Please look after this matter bit seriously and facilititate the service to keep the good name of INDIAN OIL.

I HAVE APPLIED FOR DBC ON 23 NOV 10 FROM JYOTI INDANE, SATNA, MP. I HAVE`NT GOT THE SECOND CYCLINDER. I USED TO ENQUIRE REGARDING THE DBC. BUT WHEN EVER I VISIT THE AGENCY THE MANAGER TOLD ME THAT YOUR DBC HASN'T BEEN DELIVERED BY THE COMPANY.WE CAN'T SAY WHEN IT'LL BE DELIVERED.I REQUEST YOU PLEASE INFORM ME WHEN IT'LL BE DELIVERED.

Indian Oil Company / Indane — delay in supply of indane gas

connection no.56795 gas booked online on 15/04/2011 in maruti gas agency anna nagar west
booking no.200496 but delivery made only on 29/04/2011
after a big fight with the delivery man in the street. He insisted delivery could be made only without bill.
though booking computerised delivery is at the mercy of the delivery man/gas agency staff
computerisation of booking did not serve the purpose.
please take steps this problem donot recur in future
