Indane Gas — service delay
Dear Sir,my Indane comsumer ID is 0707. i had booked my sylender on 7th may, from thats time my gas service provider is'nt provide me my booking. e tell me after 1month ur booking is automatically exit. u take new booking there after i send u sylender. pls confirm me and do my needfull.....its urgent sr.

Refil Gas not received till today
I have connections of Indane Gas and my agency is Trimurti Gas Agency at Vikash Puri, Delhi with consumer no. 7437
I had booked the refill on 28/5/2011 respectively . Its almost 22 days now but i haven't received any refil Cylinder.
Kindly look into the matter urgently.

my consumer number is a15071 with kk indane bangalore.. i have booked for a refill on 17 jun 2011 on online number [protected]. th3 booking no is 212511. till now refill has not been delivered.. could you please look into the matter..Also there in no telephone number one contact for clarificataion. could you help.

BAD SERVICE GAS AGENCIES
Sir, i booked gas with my mobile no. [protected] on date 27.06.11 vide booking no.[protected], and received a sms from 544111 on date 29.06.11 10.34 a.m. dear indane customer your refil booking 8900 cash memo no. 8906 cylinder shall be delivered shortly. and also received a sms from no. 544111 on dated 4.7.11 10.46 a.m. cylinder has been delivered against your refil booking 8900 withcash memo 8906. but sir 6.7.11 till 2.20.p.m. not received the cylinder sir last month booking no. 489 and cash memo no. 500 dated 2.6.11 and cylinder received after 12 days on date14.6.2011 app 5.30.p.m. several agency reminderand personnel visit with agency at pooth kalan delhi Sir what is the system . can change the system or otherwise i booked mobile phone and visit age4ncy and thean delivered the cylinder after 12-15 daysrepeated reminder or personnel visit. Indane Gas — unable to complaint online
I have a gas connection 6289. This day one fellow came home and showed identity card issued by Mahe Gas which is my distributor collected Rupees 50 for checking the gas connection and gave a receipt for the same. I had suspected the move as there was no news on such a charge by Indane. I had inquired the agencies number and they asked me to pay the amount as per IOC company`s instruction. I am not satisfied as the fellow had not done anything except writing down the form to collect the amount after verifying the voucher. Kindly let me know whether this collection is authourised and legal. Let me know why the website is not helping to lodge consumers complaint. Indane Gas — delay in dbc gas
Sir,I am an indane gas customer resident of chalakudy . My local Indane gas agency is delaying my DBC connection saying that people who are applied in year 2007 for DBC are geting now so you have to wait .I already had booked on 16.12.2008 ,(3years) and my consumer no.was 36300 and My registration number was [protected] . The cylinder has not yet been delivered. whenever I personally approach, it is assured that the cylinder will be deivered today itself. But the cylinder has not yet been delivered and their approach is very rudely behaving.

Indane Gas — Misappropriation in booking and delivery
I am a LPG consumer of Bright Indane supplier located at Kolenchery in Ernakulam district of Kerala. My consumer number is 3651.Now a days online booking is introduced by IOC for Indane customers and my mobile number [protected] is registered with them for booking the refill . Since last two three booking there was no problem and my last booking was during June 2011 and the refill delivered on 18 Jun 2011. On today that is 21 July 2011 I tried to book a new refill through the online booking service and it is came to understand that my booking already done on July 02 and delivered the cylinder.By whom the cylinder was booked or to whom it was delivered that I don't know. I hadn't booked any cylinder with them during July 2011.When my mobile number ;is registered with them how can somebody else book a cylinder in my name and deliver it to somebody else in black market. Is there any provision is given to the dealers by IOC for doing this kind of malpractices? Will there be any action against the culprits. I want to get clarification in this matter. the wender and the manager miss behavior if we complain them.

Of late, the tips paid to delivery man (not 'tips', but the "delivery charges", as it is demanded forcibly, with a threat of not getting future delivery in time) is so high that it exceeds the hike prices by the Government. Indane Gas — not delivering the gas
CYLINDER NOT SUPPLIEDSIR,
Last month, I had booked a cyllinder with M/S Tilakraj indane chinchwad, pune. My consumer number is 2452. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. I went to the agency to enquire about it, but they disn't response me properraly
Gas cylinder received from OP Gas Agency, Nirman Vihar, Delhi on[protected] is leaking. Complaint to emergency service and to OP Agency has not been attended to till date. Life of the people at home are at risk since gas is leaking.
Indane Gas — severe leakage
Indane refill received on[protected] is having leakage. Complaints registered with Emergency service as well as M/s OP Gas Agency, Nirman Vihar, Delhi could not yield any result. Nobody attended the complaint so far. My family's life is at risk as the leaking cylinder is kept in my house. The casual approach of OP Gas Agency may cost lives. Who will be responsible for this??? Indian Oil Corporation may take suitable action against the agency and do the needful to replace the leaking gas cylinder.39%

Indane Gas — Non acceptance of Booking for refill.
On my booking for a refile last month the dealer M/s Maa Mangala Indane at Bomikhal, Bhubaneswar supplied me refile on 2nd June, i.e after more than 15 days of booking. Today while booking for a refile they refused to accept the same on the plea that the same sill be accepted only after 21 days from the date of supply of the last refile.Is there any rule for not to supply the refile on the basis of booking priority and refile at any time after delivery of the same. By the method adopted by the dealer, one family will get a refile once in 6 weeks. What is the way out ?
