Customer No.15454, Sowmiya gas agency, Tiruvannamalai. I booked on 4.8.11 for refilling of cylinder
and so far the cylinder has not yet been delivered. I got cylinder on 4.7.11 after that I am awaiting for cylinder. kindly inform for this delay in delivery.

Indane Gas — connection

Actually i have just 1 gas connection and as my kids have grown up its really creatin very problem for me.Its the rule that everybody can get 2 gas connection..My distributor is Lal Enterprise Sec-8 faridabad. Please help.I have spoken with the distributor but no help..please m looking for a positive response..

Indane Gas — Not issuing the transfer connection ( cylinder )

Dear sir / Madam ,

Myself is deepanshu Gautam. i am shifting from lucknow to gurgaon. i have an gas connection of Indane gas & already shifted to gurgaon. i was chasing for the cylinder connection & regulator for the local agency that is Urvashi Enterprises , UG - 201-D, Sushant Arcade , Sushant lok-1 , gurgaon , haryana (3292081 , 2570407) from last more than 15 days but they are not given the cylinder as on date.They give the excuse abut the regulator is not available in the agency.my family is suffer since 02.09.11 due to unavailability of cylinder.please take the necessary action against them.please take it letter as a warning letter after that i will register the complain in customer court.

Indane Gas Venkata Sai Agency — Late delivery

Hi am Yasin working in bank I have booked gas on 16 sep 2011 and till know I dint reciveany conformation that when I will receive my gas .
I call the landline Num 23117678 and asked abt it they told me that it will b done on 26 sep 2011 and till know I dint gety gas am surfing a lot with this service pox take some series action on this issues .other agency r given good service

I am a consumer of Inden LPG having consumer number 02011 who is catered by the Inden distributor having code no. 99141808. In case of IVRS booking the date of booking as mention in delivery slip of distributor differ from the original booking of IVRS by 15-18 days. Is this according to norm/rule?

Indane Gas — Not attending phone/mobile call

Dear Sir,
I am an Indane consumer having Cust.No. 21165 since last 18 years. The Distributer of Indane namely NABARUN GAS SERVICE
is in a habit of not attending Phone Call for Cylinder or Services for which the distributer has been reminded several times previously but he
ignore this vehimently. I had been trying to book for gas Cylinder since 07/10/2011 over Mob.No.[protected], phone.[protected]/1938
but in vain, none attend the call.
please, let me know how to book Gas cylinder at this distributor's office when I am not in a position approach physically Or
arrange to book.

The Agents of the INDANE GAS Company are not giving their services promptly.They engineer various ways to harass people.In order to book your gas connection(New One) all you need is to give your ID and Address proof and that could be Your Driving License/Pan Card/Ration card/or any such Photo ID and as a proof of address it could be Rent agreement or Receipt/Electricity Bill/Water Bill/Building Documents but the Company agent ask only ration Card. Is it not ridiculous ?

A person having Gas connection, does not book or take gas cylinder for six months they presume that the person has left and the cancel the connection and when he goes for booking his gas lapsing 6 months they don't book their LPG and will say your gas connection to be revived again for which they will ask for original receipt and Ration card once again. How can they cancel the gas connection on their presumption that the paty has left when the deposit of the consumer is lying with you. Until the consumer altogether request you to cancel the coneection how can you cancel it on your whims and fancy. Is not it malafide ? A person can book his cylinder in a month or two or three or six or eight months, why does the Gas company imposes such illigal conditions. A consumer can book his cylinder according to his convinience. Why should the Company imposes weird conditions on consumers.Is it a law ? If so can any body quote me the same ?

On 27.09.11 I have submitted all transfer docoments at agniraj gas agency at siliguri but till now i have not connection in siliguri for that i am facing lot of problem becouse i am having tow small kids.My cust. no is 160068.

Kindly do the needfull for gas connection as earliest.

I am the customer of Oran Gas Agency, Ranchi is the worst gas agency of this world has no system to deliver gas as per No. system. they are working on the basis of JISKI LATHI USKI BHAIS kyoki - i have got my no. on 1st November but till date gas is not delivered to me although lots of DABANG people got on same date 10 th day of placing their order and people who follow supplier's vehicle upto 1 KM with their cylinders on either cycle/bike/CAR/PAIDAL/RICKSHWA, can get cylinder after 10 days.it will be a funny seen where lots of people is running with their cylinders before agency vehicles although whereas consumers of all other supplier stand and take cylinder smoothly.

Indane Gas — not transferred

dear sir i am belonging from village bilaheri teh kotkasim distt. alwar i transfeered my gas connection from rewari to bhiwari, the bhiwari gas agency told that kotkasim region is not under there, they old for khairthal gas agency. the khairthal gas agency told that kotkasim is not under there.
sir what i do , now i am without cylinder & no one is rsponcipal for it.pls do somthing
