Dear sir,
My Consumer no: is 23560, and Gas agency is Rajhans Gas Agency, Goyla Najafgarh, ( INDANE OIL GAS DISTRIBUTORS ) the distributer is refusing to deliver the refill at our address, even though I received a SMS on 12/01/2012, that the refill against our Booking No: 4444 has been delivered vide cash memo no: 4542, but we have neither received the refill nor is the agency responding to our calls. We are facing this problem from the very begining, but then there was no home delivery facility provided by this distributor but now as the home delivery facility is available there, last time we also received home delivery without any hindrance for the first time inlife, ( now a days even in villages and small towns people are able to get gass refill on home delivery basis ) but we eventhough residing in Delhi, that too the location is too suitable that there should be no problem in delivering the refill, but the gas agency is categaricaly refusing home deliver of the refill. As actually the gas refill has been issued in our name, so he will sell it in black market, that is why he is refusing home delivery.
So, I request yourgoodself, that I am working in a private company, and I can not take leave every time for these things, that is why I am requesting for home delivery, otherwise I would take the delivery personally from the godown itself. Please help me in solving this problem for ever.

Dear Sir/Madam

I am existing consumer of INDANE GAS SERVICES, I had booked my cylinder on date 12/01/2012,through mobile

no;[protected],they sms me booking no:[protected] on same day, on next day they sms me cash memo

no:-7045.and assure me delivery of cylinder shortly.

Today is 20/01/2012, their complained contact no [protected] is nonoperational,distributor is not picking the phone[protected];[protected].

My distributor is CAPTAIN GAS SERVICE,SECTOR-12,GHAZIABAD.

After recieving the cash memo no. and assurance how many more days we should wait?,as me and my wife both are working couple.it would be better if they can give the date of delivery +/- 1 day?

blackmarketting in Sarni ,Distt.-Betul,M.P — new connection

i avail new connection in rahul gas agency & it cost me 5800 bucks for single cylinder +stove+regulator+hose pipe among these except cylinder all other accessories forced sell to me without which new connection is not available as per rahul gas agency please kindly sort this problem

Sir i am a INDANE gas holder with consumer no on 3245 I have booked a refill with( SHABBHU GAS SERVICES BARI DIST DOLPUR RAJ. )on dated on 23rd DEC 2011 & till now the refill is not delivered.In that case when we approached to ALWAR i e.(area head office ) simply respond me we don't know how much time it will take & DONT CALL HERE.Plz suggest me what should i do to get my delivery or let i suppose that you can not provide the delivery

By mistake i am putting consumer no wrong plz ignore previous complaint.

Cylinder book on 20th december 2011 but didn;t deleiver till today

I am a customer of indane gas with customer no 32358 and have been registed with sundaram gas company 3116/E, sudama nagar, indore(M.P) (telephone No[protected] and[protected] . i am book the gas since tuesday[protected]. the delivery is not being made. My father go to the gas agency office daily for that matter, gas agency representative always misbehave with my father & gas agency representative say that you change your gas agency & after 21days gas agency representative also say that we can not do the home delivery, you can go to the gas godown to bring your cylinder .when every past time we book the cylinder to this agency, I always face the same problem. My father age is 54 years. I also talk to the field officer Miss. Iti Tondne (mobile no.[protected]) more than 5 times on this matter but the solution can not be made. currently I also talk to the bhopal area office (telephone No[protected].

My name is Rajnish Kumar singh .i am from Powayan (eastern u.p).there is no regular supply of indan gas.this is happening since 40 days.we r facing lots of problem because of this.and here nobody to see about it.the problem happens in (Powayan Gas agencies powayan). my problem is when i taking my reffling gas and ervery day i standing in at early morning near about for 10.00 am after, then i have not recieve reffling gas. please see about it.

Dear Sir,
we are having indane gas connection consumer no. is 41641 from Vikram gas services, Sikar, Rajasthan, distributor's code (SAP code) no. is 115764.
They are not supplying gas on time after booking, don't book gas within one month of supply, don't weight the cylinder even after insisting to do that, we weight the cylinder that is always 2 to 4 kg less gas.
When we are complaining, no one is there to listen, they are misbehaving.
Is there any solution or we should find any alternative ?

I am M.Deivendran Gas no ;24200 . Last one monthe (8the Dec 2010) i will registered cylinder in ur company by Sm's, still now i am not getting cylinder for past two monthe.
And same i follow ur company and every time cylinder person ask to me still there
is no response and irritate to talk words.

sahajanand gas agency — delivery Gas cylinder after month

Sahajananda gas agency dilevary cylinder aft 30 day , the book cylinder after 21 day but they are given cylinder after booking at least 8 to 10 day. if we ask about cylinder they are not given any answer for delivery and also office time for opening is not confirm ,they write that office open time is 0900 hrs to 2000hrs, launch time 1300 to 1500 hrs.but office is close at 1200 hrs and open at 1600 hrs,
after 1800 hrs they are no replay any phone or direct in office ,

Indane Gas — regarding domestic cylinder delivery

respected sir/madam,

i have a indane gas connection for domestic purpose. my dealer is KEDAR GAS AGENCY KOLAR and my consumer no. is 30689.
i have booked a cylinder on 27th of january and till today i haven't received the cylinder. when i call them they dont receive the phone and if received they tell that because of lorry strike in the last month they are having back logs.
kindly clarify
