Indane Gas — Delay in delivery of the gas and distributor not picking the phone

Consumer id : 78495
On 4th feb 2012(saturday), we booked the indane gas and the distributor said that we will get the gas within 2 days(Monday). So we called him after two days i.e on monday. At that time he said he don't have our latest documents,so he asked us to submit that first. We submit all the necessary document at the same day and again he said u will get the gas in another two days.
from that day onwards, whenever we called him.. he keeps on delay the gas delivery. Now its almost 15 days over, and we didn't get the gas yet. And at the same time he is not picking up our call.
Is this the way your disrtibutors treat the customesr. How irresponsible and unprofessional they are.

Indane gas is a big name but the customer satisfaction is very low and bad because indane hired that kind of irresponsible distributors.

Sardar agency — Booked 15 days before still not received

Dear Sir

I have booked my Indane gas on 15th Feb ,today date is 28th its crossed more than 13days ,please make sure what is my gas status.My Cust ID- 663901,Booking No-348558,

I hold the consumer no-28858 with GAURI ENTERPRISES, PALAM COLONY, NEW DELHI (TEL[protected],[protected]. I had booked for a refill through mobile at around three weeks back but could not note down the no. of registration no given to me.I checked the status of my cylinder on 25/02/2012 and came to know that cylinder has been delivered at my house on 22/02/2012 whereas tilldate i had not recieved any cylinder.
You use to say that cylinder will reach to the consumer within 48 or 72 hours, but here it is normal practise of delivering the cylinder after about two -three weeks from the date of registration.
You are requested to look into the matter and regularise the supply.

Chandani Gas Agency our authorised agency. Accoding to rule sylender will be delivery within 3 day but chandani gas agency delievery 7 to 15 day always. and not attend phone and solve query. and always talk rudely. so please take action immediately and cancel his distributionship and take other honest person agency. Take direction to delivery sylender within 3 days to all customer.

But cylender is still not deliverd at my home when I call on Distributer office no [protected] / 256216 their person is not gives satisfactionary reply and saying that stock's not available and they are now delivering. but in the open black market have available full stock on high rates and distrubuters are not taking any action against them. So I request to you please read my complaint on high priorty and take the nacessory action.
