sir, i neeru jain is customer of your company having connection no. 8809 for lpg domestic cylinder for more than 25 years. recently i visited the agency satya sai, lakhanpur, kanpur for new booklet coupun. the officials present there harrased me . they told me to purchase gas pipe inspite that i told them that i have recently placed a new pipe to my cylinder. they told me that if i would not purchase it, my connection would be cancelled, in abusive manner.
sir, i am a heart patient and i was shattered to hear such an abuse because i only asked that is the company has given norms for cumpolsory selling of lpg rubber pipe Rs 170.00 at regular intervals
I just want to know about company norms for this thing that is it cumpolsory to purchase gas pipe or connection would be automatic terminated. Please do the needfull at earliest as possible. in the mean time i am purchasing the pipe without any good heart...

Indane Gas — Unwanted shifting of gas connection

I had my INDANE gas connection at Arvind Gas Agency Sac-10, Bhilai
While I went to book my gas, I came to know that my gas connection has been
shifted to a gas agency at Umarpoti, district durg that place is far away from my residence
at Maitri Kunj, and it is very difficult to go to Umarpoty to book a cylinder
In sec-10 gas agency they have given a number for any complaint of Mr Saikiya as [protected]
as an officer in Indane Gas, By trying several times in last 2 days I came to know that this number has moved
out of coverage area or some times it is not availlable and sometimes it not responds
My question is that without my knowledge how it can be transferred, It is very serious matter which should be taken care immidiately

in my town area i booked indian gas from agency name is yasharth indian sewa vill-dhanupur, handia, allahabad

i booked a gas from one month but agency member doesnot respone in within time.i and all villager that are customer of these agency.they suffer from these problem and anyone told agency man they never gives any answer to the customer.they always told that i am owner of these agency .we all suffer from this problem last two years.
please sir solve this probleme hurry up.

My consumer no. is 19803 AE. My gas agency is Angad Enterprises Delhi. They keep the phone lines busy and dont respond, and when we went to their office to book the gas personally, there was office staff sitting at the booking counter and they are least bothered in answering to her queries properly, They were very rude to us and harshly answering to the questions asked by anyone, i strongly suggest you to either terminate them from services. Our refill is not booked on phone and IVRS. Please suggest me what can I do for refill booking.

Indane Gas — 1. company changed dealer without any information.dealer not responding

company has changed dealer without any prior intimation. new dealer is faraway from my residence and not convienent. distence between new dealer my residence is doubled than previous dealer.new dealer is neither responding properly.nor attanding telephone calls.

I am a customer bearing the No.12672, we have this connection from last 2 years, through Shyam gas agency, Mandi Adampur DIst Hisar Haryana.
i have a lots of complants towards the gas agency. First area manager is not responing to any of my complaint, he is very unfriendly towards all the customers, secondly the shyam gas agency manager works for their own profit and talks very roughly to every person.So i want some contant numbers
to complant regarding agency workers and area manager.

Indane Gas — grave risk of fire outside my house

There has been a Gas Agency van right outside my house that transfers gas from one cylinder to another, evidently, illegally because their only job is to deliver the cylinders. My concern is that this activity might cause a grave fire right outside my house affecting the entire neighborhood fatally, especially my house. Kindly look into this as soon as possible before a fire actually breaks out. Because while they transfer the gas, they are constantly smoking beedis and cigarettes. This has continued despite our complaints to the local agency by the name of "United Gas Agency; Rajendra Nagar Sector-3, Sahibabad"

I am the bearing the Consumer No. 33742, and we are operating from Gandhi Nagar Gas service, Geeta Colony, New Delhi - 31 .
I have got the confirmation of the booking of the cylinder on 10th December 2011 and the booking no is 4084, cash memo 5064. But till date i have not received the cylinder and when i am trying to call the Gas service, the phone is constantly ringing but nobody is picking up the call.I would be grateful if you look into matter as quickly as possible, take a quick action and help me get my cylinder sooner.

Indane Gas — NON-BOOKING OF CYLINDER

I am a customer with Shahi Gas Automobiles (Gas), Delhi Cantt:10 and my consumer number is SH-18573 in the name Manoj Kumar since
April, 1999 onwards. Last 3 months my refill cylinder is not booking by IOC . Last 30 days continuously I am booking online/IVRS number alslo
many times till date I am not received my refill cylinder. Due to operation for my wife I am outstation more than 3 months, I am not done Regn.
with IOC. Today registration also done & again booking refill for my cylinder. Please note that both of my cylinders are empty many days, so

Indane Gas — refilling is not taken place even in 20 days

i had requested for refilling on 13th december 2011 and they had said i will get the cilynder in next 10 days.
today it is 6th January 2012, and still i am waiting.
the delievery person say he has not received the filling request form.

when i try to call them their all phone seems to be busy. once i got the call connected to one of their staff, he replied i will get by the end of the day.
but i din't recevied.

please help or suggest.

i have booked my gas on 19/12/2011 and till 3rd jan 2012 i have not recieved my gas. on third jan i went to the agency to remind them about my booking. my area agent Mr. rajesh told me that he has not recieved my gas slip. To complain about it, again i went to agency on 4/1/2012. the office bearer told me that ur gas will come today but the gas deliever person rajesh told me again that again he has not receieved my slip till 7th jan. finally on 8th jan i got my gas cylender in afternoon. their delievery boy's behaveiour was very rude and was not talking properly even. that person's name is lala ram. he is doing work under rajesh. he came and told me that he came yesterday and no one was there in house but from last 15 days we were at home and my tendents were everyday there in home.
kindly take a strick action against that delivery boy " lala ram."

My gas booking no. is 14422. I have to book the gas on counter every time I cant reach out them on phone. This time I have booked the gas 25 days before at Banaras Gas Sarvice DDA Market Mata Sunderi Marg (Phone [protected], [protected], [protected] ) in the counter. They said to delivere the gas after 1 week. After waiting 10 days when I did not get the delivery, I again reached the office to book the gas, thier response was that the entry was not made in computer and they are not aware of the booking and I have to book it again again said the gas will be delivered in next 7 days. But today it's already 12 days and the gas has not been delivered. The agency people are not picking the phone whenever I make a phone call. This is very rediculous. Yesterday onwards we are cooking the food on kerosene stove. Indane gas service is really poor. Please help me!!!

I am one of customers of Indane Gas, vide customer no. 226349 has booked on 11 Dec.11 and the booking no. is 280373. It is one month over, so far I didn't receive our gas, We trying to contact our gas agencies, i.e Cantonment gas supply, 381/A, Dumdum Cantonment, J N Tiwari Road, Dum Dum, Kolkata - 700028, Ph.[protected], but noone is receiving the calls. we have 7 month baby in our home, therefore we are facing a lot with empty cylinder. Also we doubt the door to door delivery boy has sale it in black, taking the advantage of online booking system.

You are requested to do something.

[protected].Bearing PH no.[protected],[protected] which work 0.5% out of 100%, maximum time out of range, busy(even i[censored] call @ night 1am), out of service...& such nonsense.My compaint is about late delivery of gas.This has been repeated many times in the last few years, but this time i booked for my cylinder on dec 28th 2011.The lady at the reception told that sir, no need to worry we would deliver to u very soon within 5 to 7 days, i asked is it the confirm days of delivery..she replied yes this is.On the 8th day i went and asked about my refill she said it would be delivered to u within 2 days.But till date-13 jan 2012 my refill cylinder has not been provided to me.yesterday night my gas cylinder was empty.Today morning when i went to ask for my cylinder, the lady in the reception was disagreeing from her statement told to me at the time of booking, abuse languages told to me by other staffs of that agency.The authority are ready to supply in BLACK.But they deny to sell them in booking ques. This is my plea, dear sir / madam you are requested to reply me & take any serious action against those rogues sitting in the agency.The slogan by indane is no more working..."TRUST OF GENERATIONS"
