COMPLAINT

We book gas on date 5th march 2012 at 4:29 and our refill NO. is[protected] . But they tell that cylinder was delivered on 17/3/2012 .But it was not delivered yet now. then i was booked cylinder again on 26th march 2012 and now onwards it was not delivered .........
i requested u to plz see that where cylinder is gone.

I am Customer your Indian gas. My Consumer no. AE11254 and i was gas booking on dated 07 May 2012 it's Booking reference no. 5314644. But not response from your side to till date than again i complaint lunch on dated 28 may 2012 it's complaint no. 496851. even no any response from your agency or customer care center so far.

yaha pe gas ki bahut problem yaha par ek hi distibuter hai jo apni manmani krta hai . aur khule aam gae ki black marketing kr raha hai. do do mahine tak gas nahi mail pa raha hai vaha puch tach krne par galat tarike se pes aaya jata hai pls.................help

dear sir/madam my consumer no is 28186 & my distributor is maa durga gas, vineet khand gomti nagar. i book for double cylender (dpc) on 26-5-12 but till now cylender is issued by distributor. when i ask for this, distributor is always replying cylender is not in stock. please solve my problem..thanks

I had booked a cylinder on 20 Jul, bill was raised as well as cancelled on 02 Aug. All efforts to contact the agency failed, today when i finally got through to Nataraj gas agency yelahanka bangalore they told me that i have been transferred to some other agency. My consumer number is 74725, could the status be intimated to me at [protected]@gmail.com

Indane Gas Agency, Malkapuram — Non receipt of gas refill cylinder

I have not received my refil since 01month(approx.). I have booked the refil on 16 Aug 2012. Please do the needful.

I am consumer no 00172 of indane, my distributor is sunder shyam enterprises, A-1/B-20, DDA market, janakpuri, new delhi-58. I booked my gas on 10th sept before the new rules regarding 3 subsidied upto march 2013. I got the deliveryon 14th and the cashmemo was not marked with subsidised as the order was after the booking. Now when I booked gas on 3rd oc. the delivery was made on 4th and the cashmemo marked as 2/3 i.e. second subsidised cylinder whereas it was first.

I got transferred the Indane Gas connection from Golden Gas service 233 Palam Vyapar Kendra Palam Bihar Gurgaon by termination voucher No. [protected] dated 25.08.2012 to M/S Rao Gas Service Mandi (H.P.). on 07.09.2012 but M/S Rao Gas Service Mandi shows his inability to issue gas connection due to non-confirmation of termination voucher issued by M/S Golden Gas Service Palam Bihar.
You are requested to intervene into the matter and instruct M/S Rao Gas Service Mandi (H.P.) to issue the Gas connection at the earliest.

Indane Gas — ALWAYS DELAY IN SUPPLYING REFILL CYLINDER

MY GAS CONNECTION NUMBER IS 20505 (Kamlesh Jain) FROM SHAMA GAS SERVICES,STADIUM ROAD NANDED.431602-
I am facing problem in getting Refilled cylinder everytime..Always the gas company takes 20-30 days to deliver refilled cylinder after booking.We are the working people Do we require to Visit gas office 2-3 times to get Refilled cylinder.
Very Poor services.
