I am a customer of M/s Kheriwala Gas Services, Sonipat for the last 20 years with consumer No. K-11868. Recently I have shifted my residence from H.No. 1798, HBC, Sector-15, Sonipat to H.No. 25, Shivaji Colony, Sonipat and for the purpose of home delivery at my new address, i visited the said dealer for change of address in my gas papers, but I was told by the dealer person that my connection could not be continued and if I desire to change the address in the record for Shivaji Colony, the connection would be transferred to M/s Marwah Gas Agency which is having jurisdiction of my new place of residence. Since due to very bad and poor services of Marwah Gas Agency, i do not want to be a customer of Marwah Gas. As such i would request you to kindly instruct the Kheriwal Gas Services to retain my connection with them even after change of address to my new place of residence.

Indane Gas — Gas leak emergencies not answered

We have been facing gas leakage from last night and have been calling the Indane customer case and emergency numbers. Last night itself the person we spoke to routed us to so many people. In the end all of them stopped picking up calls. From around 6 30 this morning we have been trying all the numbers listed on the website. No one is responding to calls. either switched off or not answering. What is the point in having emergency services if they do not respond to emergencies!!!!

It seems that all the civic agencies here work only for these politicians and not common man.!!!

8/11/2011 ko DLY. men (Nagina or vinod) humare yaha aaya tha maine puchha mera gas aaya . to DLY. men (Nagina or Vinod) ne kaha ki aapka silip nahi mila hai.next week ko aayega. phir 19/11/2011 (saturday) ko phir aaya to maine tapko ko rukvaya or puchha mera gas aaya. to DLY. men (Nagina or Vinod) ne kaha aapka gas nahi hai. or kaha ki aap jyoti jwala me jaye or kahiye mera gas kaha hai. 20/112011(sunday) 12.30pm me gaya to mane puchha ki maine 20/10/2011 ko gas number lagaya hu. avi tak gas kyo nahi mila hai? to gas ajenci kahta hai aapka gas aaj chala gaya hai. aapke ghar pahuch jayega. phir mai vapas aa gaya . lekin sir shaam tak vi gas nahi aaya. 23/102011 tak wait kiya .lekin nahi aaya.. 24/11/2011 10:00am jyoti jwala ko phon kiye to Rajesh ne phon uathaya to maine puchha ki sir 20/10/2011 ko number lagaya hu avi tak gas kyo nahi mila. to rajesh ne kaha ki aapaka gas kal (25/10/2011) mil jayega .
lekin sir mai aaj (25/10/2011) subah 10:00am se 12:30am phon kar raha hu . avi tak uatha nahi raha.
phir maine 4.00pm ko phon kiya to recive hua .to puchhane par gas agenci kahata hai ki aapka slip nikal chuka hai. kal ya dusare din me mil jayega.
maine unka naam janna chaha to bolta hai ki naam jaan ke kya kijiyega.or phon kat kar diya.
sir indane agenci ka service dekh ligiye.

kuch kijiiye ye to humesha ka preshani ban gaya hai. humlogo ko sahi time per gas nahi maila hai.
Humesha isi tarah se pareshaan karta hai.

Indane Gas — Without Godown GAS SALE

Respect Sir,

My Name is Gowrishankar.k living in Kolathur Yamuna nagar chennai=99. In my area more than 100 People are living. There was GAS GODOWN in my area. Government has demolished that Godown but the workers are selling the GAS without the godown. They are keeping the GAS in open area where no GODOWN facility is available. If any disaster happened we all people will be in a dangerous situation. We cannot lead a peaceful. I request you to consider this issue.

Sub: Complaint against delivery and refill of LPG cylinder
Sir,
I am a regular LPG consumer of “TRIMURTI GAS SERVICE”, J- Block, Shop No.31, DDA Market, Vikaspuri, New Delhi-110018 having consumer no.751-T.I have too many complaints as regards refilling of gas cylinder every time. Recently on two occasions, I want to bring it to your notice as explained in following few lines:-
(a) First story : I booked the refill of LPG cylinder over telephone no.[protected] on dated 10 Oct 11 (reference no.5461176). After a week When I contacted personally, they said you have booked on 14 Oct 11 and will get after 08 to 10 days. In spite of saying again and again quoting booking reference no. 5461176, they are not ready to hear me any more. After waiting for so many days, I have received the cylinder delivery on 29 Oct 11. More over I have two cylinders and both are consumed at present I don’t have filled cylinder to cook our food.
(b) Second story : I booked the refill of LPG cylinder over telephone no.[protected] on dated 18 Nov 11 (refill booking no no.12001 and cash memo no.11444). As per Indane automated refill booking service, refill delivery is completed up to 19 Nov 11. Whenever I personally approach, it is assured that the cylinder will be delivered today itself. But the cylinder has not yet been delivered. Such situation exists for the last one and half years. Every time it so happens.
The supply of said agency is very-very poor. They delay in supply by several weeks sometimes. They also do not entertain telephonic booking for refilling gas cylinder on regular basis.
This is indeed a very sorry state of service. Otherwise, I may be referred to Saroj or Santosh gas agencies nearby in Vikaspuri. Both the agencies are having very good and fast service record as far as I am concerned.
So, I would like to request the concerned authority to look into the matter and resolve this issue immediately.

maine 24/11/2011 ko 'not delivery cylinder' complaints ke naam se kiya tha. pure 41 days ke baad aaj humko gas cylinder ki delivery hui hai.
sir, mera cash memo no 1869 hai. jo 10/11/2011 ko issue date hai.
sir , itana dino ke baad gas milega to kaise kaam banega.
sir ,kuch kijiye. nahi to aam puplic ko bahut problem hota hai.

I have a Indane Gas connection with RNB Udyog, Patna with customer no 13464.

I booked my refilling of gas on[protected] having reference no. 225582 through online booking service. Cash memo 1234 was generated on[protected] after 18 days of booking. sms stating that cylinder was delivered came on[protected] after 34 days. The cylinder is still not delivered today[protected]. Their phone numbers are either busy or not responded at all.

Indane Refilling Cylinder — late delivery of refill cylinder

Dear sir
I am virendra singh my sv. no.is [protected] and customer no. is 009289. my distribution branch is Rudrapur. On this centre there is no rules for distribution my last delivery date is 21 Aug. 2011. And next booking date is 12 nov. 2011. But after regular visit of distibution branch i hav not get the refilled cylinder till date. Being a employee really a tough job.
So kindely tell me how can get refilled cylinder on booking date. And there is no particular time for distribution. And it should be noted that on the behalf of abundant cylinder a needy person cant get while some person can pay more i. e. 500 or 600 and easily get. So please my humble request kindely short out my problem.

Indian Oil (Parwan Gas) — dbc not issue

My consumer no. is -1793 and my local Gas Agency is M/s PARWAN Gas (Indane Gas) is the distributor for my local area. .
I had visisted so many times to M/s PARWAN Gas but no positive reply received, every time they said please come after 15 days becuase of NO NEW GAS CLYINDER they have for DBC .
I am resident of H.NO.136/1 MULTAN NAGER NEAR JITENDER BAND BAGHPAT ROAD MEERUT CITY
I am trying from last 5 months for mine 2nd gas clyinder but not getting. Even, other people are getting new connection with immediat.

Kindly look into the matter and instruct to the distributor [M/s PARWAN Gas Services (Indane Gas)] to provide 2nd clyinder .

My Consumer no. 29217 Gas agency Name is Ambica Gas agency-Isanpur, I have booked my requirement of gas bottel in the month of Sept-2011 & till date we have not received gas bottel inspite of repeated request, Agency people are replying that address where you demand for gas bottel is having Adani gas pipe line, we requested them that we are living there on rent we dosn't have any adani gas connection, it is on our land lords, Eventhough we are not getting gas bottel from our agency.

Lastly, we have submitted our rent agreement copy as on 05/12/2011 and requested to agency people but they have told us to come tomorrow.

I the undersigned is working as Non Gazetted Officer in Directorate General of Quality Assurance under Govt of India, Ministry of Defence at SQAE(A) & LPR Khamaria, Jabalpur. I have permanently transferred from Central Proof Establishment, Itarsi (MP) to SQAE(A) & LPR Khamaria, Jabalpur on 01 Oct 2011. My residential address at Jabalpur is as under:

I have placed my all Gas transfer related papers along with my ID and Address proof papers to OM GAS Agency, Ranjhi, Jabalpur on 10 Oct 2011 with hope that I will get my 02 Cylinders + regulator as soon as possible. Several visits have already made by me to OM GAS Agency, Ranjhi, Jabalpur but till date I have not received cylinders and regulator. Every time they told me that vehicle has not come yet, now December has come. On 03 Dec 2011 I have again visited OM GAS Agency, Ranjhi, Jabalpur A/N their staff told me that vehicle has not come yet, but from my some neighbours I came to known that they have distributed gas on 03 Dec 2011. I again went to OM GAS Agency, Ranjhi, Jabalpur today (ie 05 Dec 2011) now again they are saying that when next vehicle comes we will provide you the same. Now this is totally unbearable for me because I have joined my work place on Oct 2011 along with my family and now more than two months gone but still I have not got the basic things here.
I can hardly believe that a department like yours which is reputed for its efficiency should be taking so much time in doing needful. I am quite hopeful that you will take a prompt action and oblige. sir, i neeru jain is customer of your company having connection no. 8809 for lpg domestic cylinder for more than 25 years. recently i visited the agency satya sai, lakhanpur, kanpur for new booklet coupun. the officials present there harrased me . they told me to purchase gas pipe inspite that i told them that i have recently placed a new pipe to my cylinder. they told me that if i would not purchase it, my connection would be cancelled, in abusive manner.
sir, i am a heart patient and i was shattered to hear such an abuse because i only asked that is the company has given norms for cumpolsory selling of lpg rubber pipe Rs 170.00 at regular intervals
I just want to know about company norms for this thing that is it cumpolsory to purchase gas pipe or connection would be automatic terminated. Please do the needfull at earliest as possible. in the mean time i am purchasing the pipe without any good heart...
